Fantastic experience: I am an incredibly anxious patient when it comes to Dentistry. to the point that I don't go at all. This means I have had some problems set in for years that all eventually came to a head. I needed complicated emergency work. I was in a state. Every single person at this practice turned my worst nightmare into a good experience. I attended 3 times in a week for varying terrifying procedures. From a filling, to a complicated extraction and an incredibly overdue hygienic clean. All were handled with the highest level of professionalism, warmth and care. I genuinely can't believe I am writing a positive review about a DENTIST. But I cannot believe how well I was treated and my procedures went. I am cured of my anxiety, not just my awful teeth and gums. Ligia, Janet, Loredana and Raquel have worked far above and beyond the best I could have hoped for. I will not hesitate to go back and I cannot recommend then any more. Literally the best.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service and pricing

Negative experience: Terrible experience at this ‘dentist’. Her first introductions were to speak to me as if I was a child misbehaving for having a couple of fizzy drinks. I’d compare it to going to a personal trainer to lose some weight and having them scold you for having a poor diet… the advice is probably correct but her manners and attitude towards telling it absolutely isn’t. Next was the procedure itself.. clumsy is the best way to describe it. Dropping the syringe in my mouth while attempting to give anaesthetic and dropping other tools on the floor as the procedure went on. I initially went in for a broken tooth (quite a bad break to be fair), she was very pessimistic telling me a root canal would never work and I would have to get the tooth pulled, she ended up doing a filling. I left in the worst pain I’ve ever been in, Unable to eat or sleep for days after. The pain was so bad I had to return a couple days later in the hopes she could do something. Again very pessimistic and passing it off as if it was my fault. I was then away on holiday the week after still unable to eat or sleep and needed to get emergency dental work in Athens because of it, they couldn’t Believe how poorly she did the filling not to mention the fact she cut open my gum next to it. Thankfully they were professionals and managed to fix her mistakes, they also did a root canal which went perfectly (even tho she assured me this would never work…) I could keep going on about how poor this experience was but I’ll save you the trouble of reading it… In short, Avoid this dentist. There are plenty of much nicer and much more knowledgeable and skilled dentists. On a positive note the receptionist was very lovely and kind….. unlike she who shall not be named

Fantastic experience: I saw dr.ligia in November she was lovely my ba k tooth very painful smi kn es dentist looked after me but with medical card t by Rees a dispute and to be honest werent very nice so this lovely lady saw me and the receptionists are lovely on phone she took my tooth out ,shes very calm and treats people with respect,I'd go back ,thanyou again

Fantastic experience: What an amazing woman, and her assistant I've been in horrendous pain for months, been pawned of with antibiotics from a different surgery, had a broken tooth and was causing havoc on me, today this lady was my saviour and removed the broken tooth that was causing me SO MUCH PAIN!! She stayed behind after hours to see me because I was in tears with pain thank you so so much ❤️

Fantastic experience: I was with Dr Ligia for a cleaning two weeks ago and have to say I have never had such a amazing, thorough job done. Today I was back for two fillings, I am a very nervous patient of dentist but Dr Ligia, always puts me at ease from soothing music playing to asking how I am throughout, using the most gentle and professional technique. I won't ever go anywhere else ! Both reception/dental nurses are very kind, welcoming and helpful. The whole business is always run smoothly and on time!

Fantastic experience: I had my teeth cleaned recently, and had to get my tooth filled whilst there.The tooth is dead but the enamel is holding up. I feared it might crack under the drill. but to say that extreme care and caution was taken would be a total understatement. The job was done with confidence, exceptional detail and precision. AND totally 100% pain free. I would highly recommend Bray Dental Clinic, for their friendliness, care, patience and dedication.

Fantastic experience: whilst on holiday, a filling came out and so I contacted Bray Dental Clinic and they were able to see me immediately, I had my new filling done pain free, and to say it was the best dental experience is not exaggerating, I would totally recommend this dental practice to anyone, my only regret is that I live almost 300 miles away otherwise, they would be my preferred dentist. thank you again bray dental practice.
