Fantastic experience: I recently became a new patient at The Dental Studio after avoiding the dentist for a few years. I’ve always dreaded dental visits, but my experience with Wilson Sproule has been genuinely great. He’s made what could’ve been a stressful month of treatment feel easy and comfortable. For the first time, I haven’t dreaded going to the dentist. The whole team has been friendly and helpful.

Fantastic experience: We’ve always had the best experience at The Dental Studio as a family. But our last visit was exceptional, Wilson and Julie were patient, understanding and compassionate with our little girl who is neurodivergent but also with me - everything was at our daughter’s pace and explained well to me. They worked really well as a team to make the appointment run smoothly for us and for that I’m hugely appreciative.

Fantastic experience: I honestly don’t even know where to start, I came here as a terrified, new patient with a horrific toothache and from start to finish they couldn’t have been better! I got a massive back tooth extracted and honestly the care and attention was second to none! I have been putting off going to the dentist after bad experiences with another dentist, I was so overdue and had built it up in my mind, The dental studio came highly recommended and I can see why, they were brilliant! Anyone that’s putting off booking their check up just do it and get started, I’m only sad I didn’t come here years ago!

Fantastic experience: I had to get a tooth extraction as was in a great deal of pain. I managed to get an appointment the very next day. I was seen by Richard and his fabulous team. The procedure was quick and was delighted with the outcome. Definitely recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been using the Dental Studio for a century of years now. The staff are very friendly and the dentists are very good. They don’t push every treatment under the sun and always keep to the appointment times. The place is spotless and well laid out. Just remember to wear a face mask when you visit as they are mandatory.

Negative experience: Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I had been very pleased with my visits to Christine in May when I had to have an extraction and other work done. She explained what she was going to do and how much it would cost prior to having the work done. My next visit was not so pleasant. One of the other Dentists in the same practice did a filling for me last year at a cost of €85.00. The filling broke recently and I rang and asked how much would it be to have it replaced and I was told between €80 and €120 so I agreed and booked the appointment. Another dentist saw me on this occasion and when I went to pay I was told it was €155. So the cost of a filling had practically doubled in 12 months and there was no taking into account I had the filling done there the previous year. I told the young receptionist that I had been quoted €80 - €120 and she said "That's the price of it" and moved the card machine over to my side of the screen and asked could I pay as they were going to lunch. I requested itemised receipts for that visit and my previous visits so I could claim back on VHI as the other receipts issued did not give enough detail. She said she would post them out that day. I paid the Bill and left. I rang the clinic on the Monday morning as I was really not happy with the way I was treated so I explained what happened about the quote to the other receptionist who had remembered quoting me and she said that the dentist would call me back. A week later I rang again to say nobody had returned my call and that I still had not received the receipts I needed for VHI and was told again that the dentist would call me back. Still waiting for the call! These are difficult times right now so it would help to get the correct information before getting treatment done. If I had got a call explaining why they had charged me almost double the price because of inflation or whatever the reason then at least I wouldn't feel ignored.

Fantastic experience: I have been twice over the last week to replace a filling that fell out and the second trip to do a new filling. Zero pain both during and after, really friendly staff, modern facilities, Dr Rebecca looked after me.

Fantastic experience: I called The Dental Studio where I was not a patient. I had been in pain for over a week and was attending another practice who were not addressing the pain or infection. The Dental Studio saw me immediately. I attended Christina who is so professional, warm and friendly. She numbed the area and prescribed medication and got me an appointment for a root canal on Monday. For the first time in a week I am pain free! If I could give The Dental Studio 100 stars I would. I, and my family are going to be patients of this fantastic practice from now on.

Fantastic experience: I am of the generation that is totally terrified of the dentist but never again as I have found the best Dentist ever in Dr Christine Sweeney - The Dental Studio in Greystones, Co Wicklow. I am now attending every six months and am pleased to say my dental phobia is coming to an end. I would highly recommend this practice as thorough, professional, efficient and above all people-centered and friendly.

Fantastic experience: Excellent care by Christine Sweeney - was recommended to me after having a bad experience elsewhere and I trust her implicitly. Relaxing, listens well and explains everything she is doing before doing it and asks for your opinion. Highly recommend with children too as she now looks after my two under 6's (2013)
