Fantastic experience: First visit with Truly Dental in Bray, Really well looked after friendly and welcoming from the first greeting to the final goodbye, I was looked after by Dr Zubbarr, He was exceptional, he talked me through the whole process, which was painless. I can highly recommend Truly Dental Bray to anyone who has reservations around the trip to the dentist. Truly Dental put the focus on you as a person not just as a patient.

Fantastic experience: Had appintment this week with Dr Jimmy at Truly Bray for a number of implants to be fitted on my upper jaw. Dr Jimmy was very good with carrying out the surgical procedure and explained each stage of work step by step. I am a pretty nervous patient,however I felt very much at ease on this visit. If you are looking to get dental implants , I would recommend that you seek a consultation with Dr J. Butt. It will be a worthwhile visit for anyone thinking of implants and want a professional opinion beforehand.

Negative experience: Unfortunately it was not great. I travelled 5 hours round trip as the practice had good reviews. Appointments were rearranged 30 minutes before my treatment on two occasions but I pleaded i was practically there. When I complained Evanne was not happy. Evanne cursed through out my appointment over me. Im no angel but im my job if I behaved like that I'd be unemployed. I felt intimidated. I was glad to have my crown sorted but it is high and my bite is off. I was fitted for a guard for my mouth, it was very tight and Evanne asked me to remove it when I was in the chair as they couldnt get it off. I couldnt remove it and it hurt like hell. Eventually she got it off herself. I called three times afterwards to have the bite rectified on the crown. A simple enough procedure but obviously no other dentist will do it. Im like this now many months.It is causing the odd headache. I never post negative reviews or any reviews but I am very disappointed.

Fantastic experience: I had a consultation today at Truly – Bray and I’m very happy with my experience! From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the lovely ladies at reception – very friendly and kind. The clinic has a cozy and comfortable atmosphere, and there’s even a power socket built into the couch, which is such a thoughtful and convenient touch if you need to charge your phone while waiting. The doctor (unfortunately, I didn’t catch his name) was incredibly gentle and thorough – probably the most careful and considerate dentist I’ve ever met. He examined all of my teeth carefully, explained everything clearly, and gave me excellent advice. I truly felt cared for and in good hands. I’ve already booked my next appointment to get two fillings done. I’ll definitely leave another review after the treatment. I’m actually looking forward to going back and will make sure to ask the doctor’s name to thank him personally — he was absolutely amazing. Thank you to the entire team at Truly – Bray! Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: I Attended Truly Dental today for the 1st time. Its a beautiful, bright and modern premises. I was made so welcome, as soon as I arrived, by Catherine. Positive experience: Hi I don't want my dentures used as end result as my gums have changed I want the implants to update to the change my gums are now more shrunk from the original fitting 5 years ago

Fantastic experience: This is a really bright, friendly and very modern dental surgery and having started as a customer in the last year I have come to like it more with every visit. There is a big team so appointments are pretty easy to get and recently after a really old filling popped out I was seen and sorted out the same afternoon. Nice touches like a TV screen on the ceilings mean laying back in the dentists chair is more relaxing than I have been used to. First class and strongly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Excellent experience. The practice itself is very modern & fresh. My dentist explained everything that was happening throughout my entire process. The dental nurse also was warm and friendly & helped me relax. There are fabulous screens with relaxing music and visuals that really helped me with relaxing through my time there. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I booked a free consultation online and so glad I did, the atmosphere was nothing like a dental clinic more like a beauty clinic. Fantastic experience: I saw Dr Evanne for an extraction, implant and crown. She immediately made me feel at ease and explained everything so well. Positive experience: I went to see Madonna today as I had pain on the left side of my face for 4 days. A and E could not discover what it was, but Madonna took an xray and discovered a tooth infection. I need root canal treatment. I am due to fly to Portugal on Saturday and thanks to antibiotics and pain killers prescribed by Madonna, I will be able to enjoy my holidays and have the treatment on my return. Monica was so kind and professional. I was completely at ease with her.

Fantastic experience: I Had a very positive experience. The décor is absolutely beautiful and calming and the dental service was first class and very friendly and welcoming. I enjoyed my visit and it’s not often you would say that about a visit to the dentist! In my latest visit I found the receptionist very friendly and welcoming. Alex for example addressed me by name, very important good training to look up the patients name as they arrive for their appointment. My dentist was Dr Madonna Kamel and I had a relatively complex treatment. Dr Kamel was excellent. I was fully informed and understood everything that was being done. Rate , first class. Fantastic experience: Always very well looked after by all the staff who are friendly and helpful from the moment you arrive..A very bright clean dental surgery and as I am an extremely nervous patient Dr Evana is so professional. She talks you through each step of the procedure and completely puts the patient at ease. The other dentists are excellent too. Last year I had to have very expensive dentist work done and I was told to try Truly Dental Bray for a second opinion..I was delighted to find a better solution and this was less money. it was still a lot but the professionalism and the care taken to find the right solution for me, is why I will always return and highly recommend truly Bray.

Positive experience: Overall, very professional, inviting and friendly staff. In regards to the dental work, I would say it was very comfortable and relaxing. You can watch TV as the work is being done, which helps distract you if the procedures are long. Equipment looks all new. Would give a 5 star if only it were a little cheaper, but on the long run, I personally think it is worth the good work.

Fantastic experience: Definitely the best dentist I have ever been to with the most comfortable atmosphere. The staff are so lovely from the dentists, hygienists, dental nurses to the front of house, all of whom provide an unmatched service and the greatest of care. I am someone who has an intense fear of the dentists and I have never felt as comfortable in a dentistry as I have in Truly. I could not recommend them enough!

Positive experience: Nice modern ambience, receptionist really pleasant and helpful. The dentist explained every detail. Overall very happy
Negative experience: I’m in the market for a full mouth reconstruction, as it is a big job and quite expensive I decided go for multiple consultations with various dental professionals. I’ve had consultations in Ireland and abroad and I have had some very pleasant and professional experiences! I booked an appointment with Truly Dental and expected a similar experience to the other practices I’d already visited as in they do a full mouth analysis with every option available and a detailed proposal for treatment, when I arrived at the clinic (Bray) I thought I’d walked into a childcare facility, lots of bright painted walls with neon lights, I was brought into an ordinary little office not a consultation room and given a varied price list of the various treatments, everything was more focused on finance than treatment, I would have to make another appointment and pay before I would see a Dentist! This is completely different to the other practices I’d already visited, they would literally spend an hour plus scanning your mouth with x-rays, 3d scans etc etc and the surgeon would consult with you to answer any questions you might have about the procedure, all extremely professional, completely different to Truly Dental!!! If you are in the market for advanced dental treatment my advice would be to look elsewhere, find a dentist that has an interest in you and not so much in your wallet!!!

Fantastic experience: Great service. Got work done in 10 minutes that'd taken an hour in another dentist. Very reassuring too, was nervous and tense the whole time but they helped with that chatting away. Definitely felt I was in safe hands.
