Fantastic experience: Just been in again today with David and I seriously can't recommend him enough. David is brilliant at what he does. David is so kind, very patient and caring for his patient's. He's fantastic at what he does he aways puts me ease when i am getting work done on my teeth.

Fantastic experience: I recently visited Vard Dental as a new patient. Dr David was so lovely and friendly. He talked me through what he was doing as he was doing it. I had to get a tooth extraction which I nervous about but Dr David made me feel at ease and getting tooth was no problem. I highly recommend Dr Vard Dental Surgery. Also the staff were very friendly, warm and inviting

Fantastic experience: I was here on Friday as a new patient after moving back up to Dublin. Dr Vard made me feel so welcome, he is very friendly and understanding. When i was getting work done on my teeth Dr Vard spoke though everything to me of what was being carried out. I was extremely impressed by this and was delighted with Dr Vards knowledge when he was explaining this to myself. The staff here were also lovely and very friendly. I would definitely highly recommend Vard Dental.

Fantastic experience: I recently visited Vard dental clinic for a routine cleaning and I must say I was thoroughly impressed. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Dr. David did an excellent job with the cleaning and was very gentle, which I appreciated. He is also very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. The office was clean and modern, and I felt very comfortable throughout my entire visit. I highly recommend this dental clinic and will definitely be returning for future appointments.

Fantastic experience: I had a fantastic experience here and I highly recommend it to anyone in need of dental care. From start to finish, the staff was incredibly friendly and professional, making me feel comfortable and at ease throughout my visit. The clinic was clean and well-maintained, and I was impressed with the state-of-the-art equipment and technology they had on hand. The dentist was knowledgeable, skilled, and took the time to explain everything to me in a way that was easy to understand. They were also very thorough, conducting a comprehensive exam and providing recommendations tailored to my specific needs.

Negative experience: My wife went to this dentist today, he was incredibly rude, zero bedside manner and caused her to cry during and after the visit. It is absolutely disgraceful for someone to do this to a patient no matter what the issue is. We have already booked in to another dentist who has already put my wife's mind at easy about a number of issues and was in agreement with her that how this ‘man’ spoke to my wife was utterly appalling. Do not use this dentist! Completely unprofessional! Rude, ignorant and a horrible person to deal with.

Dave is fantastic, he makes you feel at ease from the moment you walk in. Dave talks you through what he is doing which makes the experience more relaxing and less daunting! Fantastic experience: My first experience with Irish dentistry! I recently moved to town after living in France for several years where my experiences with dentistry were limited heavily by a language barrier and an approach I was unaccustomed to as a US native where dental care is held in higher regard. Fortunately, I felt quite at home during my first visit to Vard Dental in an extremely welcoming atrium, impeccably clean dental offices and in the hands of Dr. David Vard who was extremely passionate about his practice and informing me of the care I needed with affordable and professional services. No fear, no judgement, no pain! It certainly rose to a higher standard than I was familiar with since moving from the continent! Each person I interacted with from the door to the exit were kind and welcoming. I have no doubt that others would find equal welcome here and encourage anyone on the market for a change of dentist consider Vard Dental!

Fantastic experience: Me and my son (3,5years)visited Vard Dental today and not only did I get the most extensive instructions to adult teeth care I've ever gotten, my son has not stopped talking about the great fun he had at the dentist's house. Dr David made the little lad totally at ease and he even let the young man use the chair's adjustment buttons. Sure the goody bag given was inspected thoroughly with great glee afterwards, but apparently it did not beat the chair buttons or the magical light that hung above him while sitting in the chair. I could not ask for better introduction to dentists than this. I am happy now. I found a great dentist near my home that is indeed professional, homely and has absolutely wonderful staff and I am happy to go back (apparently my son wants to come along tomorrow to see the hygienist too!).

Fantastic experience: Very professional service as usual. Greeted at the door by the lovely receptionist, and seated in the bright comfortable waiting room. Today I was a bit nervous and sensitive. No problem to the lovely hygienist. She reassured me, talked me through the whole process and not only numbed me with the numbing tubes but injected my gum to ensure total numbness. I'v never had this done before for cleaning and polishing. I had a lovely experience today which I never thought I'd say after visiting the dentist. No sensitivity as at all and lovely clean teeth. Mr Vard is a lovely man who reassured me and looked after me quickly and very professionally as always.

Fantastic experience: I really can't recommend Dr David and his whole team enough. The care and attention you receive from the moment you step through the door is truly exceptional. Both Dr David and Maria (hygienist) are extremely professional, reassuring and always have time to answer any questions and concerns. Recently Dr David has had a few visits from my 3 year old daughter after one or tumbles and again he has been so friendly and gentle with her.. Which I really appreciate as I was hoping she wouldn't develop any dental fears while been so young. The goody bag she gets when leaving also helps!!!!!! Without a doubt you definitely receive top class treatment when visiting Dr David and his team.

Fantastic experience: I've had a lifelong fear of the dentists and dread every appointment but Vard Dental made me feel comfortable and cared for. My teeth are sparkling and they took all of my fears into consideration and were super accommodating to all of my needs. I give it two enthusiastic thumbs up!

Negative experience: I wouldn’t recommend this clinic as I find it bizarre telling the patient that the teeth are bad, previous dentists are the horrible ones. I had the first appointment of the day and I waited 30 minutes which wasn’t good news as I was rushing to work and didn’t expect this. Nor can I understand why I waited so long as there were no patients before me. What strikes me as a shock that they told me my tooth needs to be extracted even though it was under the bridge and the dentist never bothered to take X-rays to prove his opinion. I paid full consultation fee which includes X-rays. I went to another dental clinic and the tooth is fine and only needs another cover. After my horrible appointment the lady, the owners wife, grabbed me and was pushy to take a photo of me for their Facebook page. Very inappropriate and ill timed as well. They care about their Facebook more than about customer services. Please pass this clinic by.

Negative experience: When he was supervising me in the clinics at DDUH, he used to consistently shout at me while giving me instructions. Then when I try to get feedback about my performance in the course, he starts shouting and yelling at me. Being intimidated is not a pleasant experience. This is the worst dentist I have ever seen. More importantly, this person wasted two years of my life. He was consistently negative grading me in the clinic until he failed me the course. I was the only person this was happening to out of my group and out of my entire class. I was international student and I wasted 90,000 euros for two years in dental school to be intentionally failed by this guy. Most of the money was my father's money. I was told to quit by the school instead of repeating the year, primarily because of what this guy did to me.

Fantastic experience: All our family go to David for all our dental checkups. This includes our three young boys aged between 4 and 8. David is always great at explaining everything he is doing putting us at ease all the time. Our boys are always very relaxed going to visit Vard Dental. Would highly recommend David.
