Negative experience: I scheduled an appt few years ago for clean covered by PRSI but they didn't have a dentist available so the reception suggested I should go to the hygienist. They failed to inform me that this is not covered under PRSi and made me look like an absolute fool when it came to paying. They finally told I don't need to cover it but "to remember this for next time". Absolutely horrendous place. My friend used to work there and she suffered nothing but anxiety from this place. avoid!

Negative experience: Updating my 5 star review that I left here 5 years ago. Standard in dentists has fallen massively. The last few visits I’ve had weren’t great (including one dentist trying to sell me Botox as my smile lines were going to make me look old) The most recent visit was last week which is the reason for this updated review. I booked an appointment for when I got home from abroad, had explained to the receptionist the problem and all seemed to be ok, she scheduled an emergency appointment. The appointment took 2 minutes where I was made feel like I had no reason to be there and was then told to go to an A&E dentist, I left and made calls to A&E dentists to find out I need a referral letter, I rang back to Dental Options and explained that I needed this letter, it’s been a week and I still have not received the letter to my email as discussed on the phone. A waste of my time, a waste of my money , I’m still in the same situation, and I left deflated in tears

Fantastic experience: Had a great experience here. From booking the orthodontist appointment over the phone, got follow up messages by phone,the clinic its really nice! The receptionist was lovely, I got X rays taken by a nice assistant. Dr. Jaime was absolutely amazing he took his time explaining everything, in no way I felt rushed, he answered every question I had very professional and attentive with a lot of empathy and compassion. I will start my Invisalign treatment here. i highly recommend this place specially Dr. Jaime.

Negative experience: Had a braces consultation booked, receptionists were lovely. But the dentist I saw literally spoke to me for I think less than 60 seconds barely answering any of my questions and sent me out the door. I'm unsure why they were like this although maybe it was because I mentioned I booked them as a 2nd opinion? Very strange experience (in reply to the reply received here to my review I will say 30 seconds where a dentist refuses to actually answer questions is not an ok behaviour. Your dentist asked what the other dentist said, said "this is outside of my abilities" without a proper exam or discussion and then said bye while refusing to answer any questions I asked politely)

Fantastic experience: We recently had a consultation here. While my elder son had a good braces experience elsewhere, I had heard great reports about Dental Options. First impressions are excellent - all staff demonstrated a high-level of efficiency and we very impressed with professionalism of Dr. Ekta. She exceeded our expectations and to top it off they are very competitively priced. Win Win.

Negative experience: My experience with this clinic has been nothing but disappointing. Cancelled appointments, delay in treatments before subsequently being told the original treatment plan was no longer an option after spending about 2 minutes being examined by a new orthodontist. Shocking communication and generally being treated with such a lack of respect. I wouldn’t recommend Dental Options crane to anyone.

Negative experience: I have never left a review before.Worst customer service I have experienced. I had a consultation booked 10:45 for which I arrived on time for . I was left waiting 45 mins , with no communication. I went to the reception a total of 3 times only to be told to wait but eventually I was told the dentist was dealing with an emergency but this could have been communicated upon my arrival. Completely unprofessional and a waste of my time on a Saturday morning.

Fantastic experience: A pleasant experience from the moment you walk in the doors. As a nervous patient, they ensure that you are relaxed and well attended to during your visit. The long opening hours work fully around my full time working schedule too.

Negative experience: Save your money and go elsewhere. You're only a number to them. Zero communication, internally and externally, consistency, transparency, and professionalism. I could write a book about it but I spent enough time and energy on them getting my Invisalign. Resulting in an awful experience that caused me much anxiety, and ultimately I had to go elsewhere to finish my treatment. This was almost a year ago, and I was afraid to speak up as they're not the nicest or most professional to deal, and I've seen the passive tone they use in their google review responses, I've very much experienced it in person. However, if I deter one person from going to Dental options Clane, then this review served its purpose.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend this dentist enough! Dr Aysha and the entire team really took care of me throughout my entire Invisalign journey. They are so professional, whilst being warm and welcoming. Dr Aysha was so lovely and patient answering all of my questions. Can’t fault the entire process and I am so happy with the result. Will continue to go here.

Negative experience: I attended this dentist a few months ago and got my teeth examined and cleaned under my prsi so I made an appointment for my husband but they charged him 90 euros for an examination and said they don't do prsi anymore. I feel they should have made this known before the appointment so beware!

Negative experience: Nice staff, nice environment, but examination+regular cleaning costing 170 euro is really expensive. If you don’t have an insurance, you should give it a second thought. Regarding skills, I've seen better dentists.

Negative experience: Had an appointment for 09:30 fom my 6 year daughter, took a couple of hours off work, waited until 10:15 still not seen went to reception they told me sorry they didn't realise dentist was running late, we were the only customers in the waiting room, then the dentist came out nobody was in the room before us, less the 5 mins in the room with the dentist, she said my daughter needs fisher seals, 3 fillings immediately and 2 more soon after, charged 45 euro, brought her to another dentist to get the seals done, he said she doesn't need them done and doesn't need any fillings and doesn't need to come back for a year, avoid dental options time wasters and money gaugers going to give a 6 year old at least 3 fillings she did not need says it all

I was looking for an orthodontist to remove my permanent retainer (unusual request, I appreciate) after almost 20 years with it ... my previous orthodontist had retired so I needed to find a completely new practice. I found the staff here professional, sincere and open to my issue and wishes. I really appreciated that the orthodontist listened to me. It is something simple but often lacking in medical professionals. The hygienist was also amazing, I have never ever had a local anesthetic with zero pain on the injection! I will recommend this practice and will be returning for any future issues I feel they can support me with. Thank you to all working at Dental Options, you are doing a fantastic job!

Fantastic experience: Where do I begin with dental options? From the moment you walk through the front doors you are made feel so welcome. From the reception, to the dentists chair, all you see is smiling faces on each one of the staff. They are all so professional and so friendly. The dentists office is usually a pretty scary and intimidating place for most people, including myself. However, that’s not the feeling you get from dental options. Each one of the staff is so professional and so well mannered that they make you feel right at home. I made a consultation to get composite bonds placed on my pre-straightened teeth as I still didn’t like the shape of them post straightening. I knew from my very first consultation that dental options was the right choice for me. Dr. Rhona was so professional and knowledgeable. She talked me through all the pros and possible cons that might occur with composite bonding, rather than hiding or skimming over the uncommon but possible downsides (like other dentists I’ve been to). She gave me all of the information and advice to help me make an informed decision and I chose to move forward with treatment. A few weeks later, I was back in the chair with whiter teeth and ready to have my composites applied. The whole procedure was pretty much a breeze. No injections, no pain, no discomfort and no nerves from me. I completely trusted Dr Rhona and her team. Dr Rhona is so clearly proud of her work and loves her job. She will not stop until she and YOU are completely satisfied with your new smile. When I sat up in that chair I felt like I was looking at a new person. She had completely transformed my smile! And the best part? They looked completely natural! One thing I will never get tired of is getting compliments on my teeth. I am so thankful and grateful to Dr Rhona and the entire dental options team for helping me through this journey and giving me a smile I’m proud of. I couldn’t be any more pleased with the final results. If you’re hesitant over which dentist to choose, let me save you a lot of time and tell you that this is the one you’re looking for!

I can not recommend this practice enough. One staff member is nicer than the other and the level of service I received was second to none. Fantastic experience: I came across dental options as an ad on facebook for composite bonding. I was curious about this and booked a consult and I haven't regretted it. My teeth were crooked and I didn't particularly want braces as i didn't like the actual shape or look of my teeth anyway. I seen Dr Rhona and she confirmed I was suitable to have composite bonding. I had the procedure done in july of 2019, and was more than happy with the outcome. My only regret is that I did not do it a long time ago! The service here was amazing, every single person I met there was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I would recommend it to anybody, you will not be disappointed.

Shane was fantastic talked me through what would happen and what to expect. On the day, I felt no pain, infact Shane had to tell me it was done. Since the extraction, I wasn't really in pain.
