Fantastic experience: I had a very good experince and doctors were very kind and helpful whenever i needed to visit. I would and already have recommended to my collegues andfriends.

Negative experience: I had a Crown procedure part 1 of 2 sittings 5 weeks apart. After a 90min sitting i walked out with a temporary cap till my 2nd sitting. However during the night it came out in my sleep. Luckily I did not choke or swallow on it. I reported to the dental reception and was called back immediately. Another cap was fitted. This fell off after a further 36hrs. I sent an email and 4 days later have had no reply or acknowledgement. I fly to the UK tomorrow and have no idea whether the holed molar will hold up. I am only eating on one side and am worried I will do further damage. All this and mid summer I basically have 5 weeks of concern and uncomfortableness ahead of me.

Fantastic experience: Riverside Dental Practice is a wonderful combination of modern best practice and courteous, customer friendly dentistry. From the front desk to the dental suite and back you will be treated to a remarkably high standard of professionalism and friendliness, I cannot recommend dentist Paul O'Boyle and his excellent team highly enough, they make that dreaded "trip to the dentist" a "soft experience" primarily focused on good personal health management and pearly white maintenance. Don't just take my word for it, book an appointment and see for yourself. PS. This is just an add-on to the above review. I’m now a patient with Riverside Dental for more years than I care to admit to and I have never, not even once, had a bad experience with them. Dr. Paul O’Boyle and his team are the most professional, courteous and pleasant people I have ever dealt with. Unfailingly cheerful and calm Dr. Paul puts even the most nervous of us (me) at our ease, his staff, from front desk to in-suite support, are helpful, professional and friendly. I was very lucky to find Riverside Dental after many years of frequently grim experiences and cannot recommend them highly enough! Here’s to many more years of good dental hygiene!

Fantastic experience: An excellent experience, no long wait time, dentist very informative, each procedure explained. All questions answered. After treatment advice explained. Appointment for further treatment made, & reminder sent within 30mins after it was made.

Positive experience: The dentist and the nurse are very professional and attentive to ensure that I was well informed and they showed a serious focus on my well-being throughout the whole procedure. However, the receptionist could benefit from training in customer service so that they fully understand their customer facing role requires a different set of skills than that of an administrative role. While not blatantly rude she was dismissive and showed more interest in her colleagues needs than the customer in front of her, me. I would have to go so far as to say that this person will be a reason why I would not attend your clinic

Fantastic experience: As someone who fears the dentist and hasn't been for a few years, I have to say that Dr Elaine is amazing at putting you at ease and there was no judgement for not getting a check up and cleaning for 3 years. Lovely staff and no long wait times sitting in the waiting area which is a huge plus.

Fantastic experience: I am, like a lot of people not a big fan of the dentist.During my first visit to Riverside Dental I was immediately put at ease by a friendly but professional staff... it’s the first time I felt that I had a proper examination and left feeling that my teeth had been cleaned and polished and I could see and feel the difference. I intend on returning for more treatments in the future and am hopeful I’ll leave feeling just as impressed.....

Negative experience: Absolutely horrible & embarrassing time at this practice today, I will NEVER go back. Really unprofessional. After bringing my two children to dentist I went to the receptionist to pay and she left us standing at the screen without looking up to say I will be with you shortly or even any type of acknowledgement for approx 15 mins, she finally looks up and told my children & I to stand aside as she said she had to log in the person behind us whom had just walked in. She then proceeds to look at her screen and ignoring my children & I again. I then said to her can you please phone me & I will give you my card details over the phone for payment. She then said in a demeaning angry tone "I will be with you in a minute, I'm doing something" Again I repeated that if she could please phone me that I could pay her by card when she's ready....with that she looked up and said "YOU OWE US MONEY from your last visit"...I said no I don't I've never been her before....she then said a women full name to me (first name & surname) to which I replied " I am not she, you have the wrong person...my name is_ _ _ " she then gave me a dirty look and returned to looking at her screen again. I remarked to her that this is not how one should be treated and she said "well I was on a call" to which I replied, "no you weren't you have not been on the phone for the last 20 mins I've been standing here waiting for you" she replied with a growl "I mean I have been replying to my boss by message" There was words back and forth to which I keep firm with my dignity in tact, I cannot say the same for the receptionist....at one point she turned to her 2 colleagues and said "this has never happened to me before has it?, I gather looking for support to try tear me apart. All I wanted to do was pay for my children's checkups. After waiting for so long and dealing with the unprofessionalism of this woman I paid and when I was leaving she was giving me filthy looks along with her colleagues. I will NEVER return to this practice again, so unprofessional, embarrassing and none of this disgusting feral behaviour was needed. Shocked and truly saddened. I grew up in Celbridge and I feel so blessed to get to rare my children here but this type of behaviour is not needed. I also feel sad for the woman that this receptionist "outed" by saying she owes money to this practice and saying her full name (I can't understand why the receptionist did not just ask me what is your name)....surely this must be against GDPR rules.

Fantastic experience: This was the best dental treatment experience I had. I came in for an emergency appointment with a chipped tooth. Everyone was very welcoming, professional and helpful. My tooth was fixed without any pain. And I was given good advice for future treatment and care for my teeth. And the price was very very reasonable, far below what I was expecting. Couldn't thank them enough.

Fantastic experience: Lots of parking, walked inside and greeted by the ladies in reception. Quickly filled a form in and I got to see the Dentist within 5 minutes. The Dentist was brilliant, walked me through everything he was doing and why after which he then walked me throught the options and ensured I had all the information for me to make a decision. Quite possibly the best visit I have ever had to a dentist!

Fantastic experience: When my previous dentist retired, I needed to find a new practice and I Selected Riverside. I’m very happy I did so! This was my third visit to this practice and I am very impressed with the care and attention I received. Everything went well and my 3 treatments to date have been excellent.

Fantastic experience: I have been attending Riverside Dental Clinic for a few years now. From the moment you enter the clinic you know you are in good hands. You feel a sense of ease, in what for most can be a tense setting. From reception to finish everything is conducted in a professional, yet friendly manner. Never too rushed, your dentist will adjust to your pace and explain in detail the process. Afterwords there is always time to discuss preventive practices. A thoroughly enjoyable experience.

Negative experience: I had a filling put in on a Fri by Riverside Dental. The dentist used a clamp during the process on the tooth beside the filling. That evening the crown came off that tooth and I arranged another appointment to fix on the Tues. They wanted to charge me €110 for this, having caused the problem (last time crown came off was 2020), this being on top of the €150 for the filling. I don't think that's right but I'll let others decide!

Positive experience: I was happy with the prompt way I was dealt with but I think it should have been better explained about being referred to sort my problem they didn't make sure to send me to private clinic without checking i could afford it now I have to wait long time for dental hospital as I have a medical card

Fantastic experience: Dr.Shazhad is nothing short of a gentleman. He is a very warm individual who is gently spoken at all times and above else , extremely reassuring! The only dentist out of many I have experienced over the years to show me how to floss correctly which will be a huge help in my cleaning process. Looking forward to having him as my practitioner for future work!

Fantastic experience: Excellent dentist! Needed a wisdom tooth extraction and my previous dentist was unavailable for a full month. Riverside agreed to see me the next day and the procedure was done quickly, painlessly, and they were extremely understanding of my anxieties about the procedure. Fantastic experience: Mr Hassan is an Excellent Dentist. Very reassuring and informative. Would highly recommend Unfortunately one of the receptionists was a bit standoffish. Kept me waiting quite a while to check in even though she knew I was standing there. When I went to book a further appointment she wanted a deposit of €100. Didn't book at the time but rang later and got another lady who didn't ask for any deposit?

Fantastic experience: Another visit to the fabulous Dentist Shazad.. he saw me and my 2 daughters (5 &7yrs old).. so grateful he is our dentist ‐--------- I cannot recommend Shazad at Riverside Dental enough. I have been fearful of having a very large filling removed for years and on Friday, he removed and replaced with such ease. He is so professional, kind and efficient - i am so glad he is my dentist.

Positive experience: I received a really professional, comprehensive and friendly service from the Dentist I saw on the day. Unfortunately the overall experience was tainted by the receptionist I encountered on arrival at the clinic - she was a bit rude and evasive. She did not leave a good first impression. Some training is perhaps needed.

The dentist's are fantastic and take everyone's personal feelings into account in how they perform any treatment. The staff are helpful and efficient and the premises is clean and spacious. Negative experience: Very unhelpful reception staff and an incompitant indian denist left me fuming. I informed them by phone my wisdom tooth needed to come out, i was advised to make an apointment during which the dentist was ment to take an xray, much to my surprise they dont have the xray machine needed and just gave me pain Killers! I should have been told when making my appointment in the first place that the xray machine needed wasnt there and i would have gone somewhere else and when i brought this up with reception she told me she didnt know about xrays? Now ive to pay even more because of their lack of communication! What a joke

Fantastic experience: I went to get 2 tooth extracted and it wasn’t too bad as I thought it was which I was extremely nervous . As I am deaf, dentist Hassan explained what will happen during the extraction and provided a clear information on how to care the wound afterward . I went to this clinic before when they were located at the Main Street and Paul was brilliant but somehow i didn’t go back to get more treatments , lesson learned. I definitely recommend this clinic to everyone

Having broke a tooth went in to see what could be done at Riverside Dental Practice. Paul assured me a filling should be the starting point and not a more expensive option. Fantastic experience: I had an emergency and the receptionist was very nice and understanding while booking me in for a next day appointment. Place is lovely and clean. I'm not a fan of dentists, yet to meet anyone who is, but it was a 'painless' visit in so much more than one meaning of this word.

Fantastic experience: I had been with my own dentist for 20 years and as he knew me and how I was but recently I visited riverside as if fits in with my working hours and I found it easier to get a apt. I’m a dentists worst nightmare I’m nervous jumpy sensitive etc I have been seen by dr Hassan haneef and find him brilliant. He did a clean yesterday and I honestly can say it was the best one I’ve had. As with previous apts he’s been great and helpful.

Fantastic experience: Recently had my teeth cleaned at riverside dental, the hygienist was extremely thorough , did a great job and was full of useful information. I am very pleased and would highly recommend riverside dental. Update a few months on and I’ve had a check up and a filling and dentist was superb, friendly professional and pain free.

Fantastic experience: Having chipped a tooth & not attending a dentist in a number of years I was quite nervous. I had no need to be nervous as I was treated wonderfully, everyone was so nice, beautiful surroundings & the Dentist I attended was fantastic, tooth fixed within 45 mins & no pain. I have been in Riverside Dental Practice good few times now and every time I was delighted. Nick is great and so far no painful treatments ;-). I would definitely recommend it.

Fantastic experience: I visited Riverside yesterday and was so happy with my visit. I am a very nervous elderly patient who has avoided dentists for years. I was treated with great kindness and gentleness by Ann at reception and Paul who set me at ease by explaining every step of situation. I recommend this practice highly to everyone especially the nervous!!
