Fantastic experience: Myself any my daughter have attended here numerous times. We have being treated by various dentists, all who are very welcoming and professional and great giving aftercare advice. The nurses in the practice are so down to earth and understanding. They really make you feel at ease. The cherry on the cake is the girls in reception. They are so welcoming,friendly,cheerful and accommodating. We are always greeted with a smile and little chats They take the time to get to know you, which takes away that clinical vibe. They are great at accommodating appointments especially as we all have such busy lives. These girls are amazing. Id recommend a visit. It definitely changed my experience of visiting dentist for the better..

Negative experience: My family have been with these over 10 years and when there was no issue with our teeth they were just about ok, however some questionable procedures. When there was a root canal that was required (questionable) they were very bad. Infection got into the gum and decayed some of her bone. They referred her to a consultant who left her in pain for 7 weeks and never resolved the issue. The consultant gave her antibiotics which didn't clear the infection in the end she had to go to A&E. Please give a wide berth to this dentist. We are currently looking into legal action. My Mam went to another dentist and thankfully they have sorted pain but she will have to get and implant in future if it is viable.

Negative experience: This is my experience at o Reilly's dental practice in Celbridge. I have been going here for sometime and the dentist has been monitoring an area that he said may need some attention in the future. On my last visit he told me In a very rushed consultation that I would need to come back for two fillings. The way the consultation went so rushed raised my suspicion about whether this treatment was really necessary. I booked an appointment at another dentist for a second opinion on this. This dentist took a second X-ray and allowed me to look at it and explained that he couldn't see anything except for one minor imperfection in the enamel in one area which was unnecessary to fill. The second area showed nothing wrong. This second opinion dentist called in his colleague to get his opinion also (more so to put my mind at ease). His colleague also confirmed that no fillings were necessary. I am very glad I got a second opinion before having my teeth unnecessarily drilled. I also had to pay to have my teeth descaled and polished after having it done 4 weeks previously at o Reilly's dental practice because o Reilly's dentist did not do it properly and there was still plaque left. This second opinion and second scale and polish cost 200 euro.

Negative experience: After waiting an hour for my appointment I had to leave. It's unacceptable, I had to approach them to ask if I would be seen soon as at least half an hour had gone by. After waiting another 30 minutes I just left. It seemed that everyone else who came in with an appointment were seen straight away. If the practice is running behind it's customary for the front desk to at least advise the patients of this.

Negative experience: worst dentist in ireland! dr kamilla is an absolute disgrace. talks to paying customers like dirt, never felt so disrespected and embarrassed in my life. reply to their response: excuse me…i have never left a review for your practice. anyway, what kind of way is that to answer a review? i have every right to post about my experience and warn others.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience today with Youser Joda. I would highly recommend her. She was highly professional and so friendly. She took time to explain everything but highly efficient at the same time.

Negative experience: My daughter had a humiliating experience at this practice this week. She attended on Monday for an appointment she made as she suspected she needed a small filling. She was given 2 small fillings. Everything went ahead and she paid her bill of €260. When she got home and the numbing subsided, she realised that the area of tooth she had suspected needed filling had been overlooked and was still the same. She called the surgery and made an appointment to come back the next day. When she entered the room to meet the dentist she was greeted with “tell the truth now, don’t tell lies, why are you here?”…. Firstly, what kind of way is that to speak to a paying customer? Evidently she was there again because the dentist did not treat the area she needed treated. She point blank refused to admit that it needed a filling and refused to treat her. Probably hurt her ego to be questioned by a patient. She has since attended another dentist in Kilcock who examined her and filled the small area of decay. This is absolutely ridiculous behaviour from Kamila. Her ignorant attitude and bullying language humiliated a young patient. We called the practice and demanded an apology to which we were told we would be contacted but … well surprise, surprise. No contact and no apology. Avoid this practice if you want to be treated like a human being instead of a number. She acted like she was doing the work for free! She got €260 for the privilege of degrading a young girl and calling her a liar. She’s hardly going willingly to have teeth filled unless it’s necessary! Our whole family will leave your practice now and make sure to let others know about how they treat their patients. Your negative reviews speak volumes and don’t even bother to contact us after this review. Too little too late and any apology coming at this stage would be insincere. Update: Have emailed as requested and got no reply. Really justifies this review.

Fantastic experience: Recently in for a clean then afterwards 2 separate sessions for fillings. I would highly recommend O’Reilly’s Dental Practice for many reasons. I was treated with the best of care, I have a fear of needles and they were very accommodating and careful. All procedures painless and well priced. Great team of staff in the practice, I would like to thank Camilla especially for all the work done

Fantastic experience: O'Reillys practice is fantastic, Receptionists are so friendly and helpful always putting you at ease especially when you are nervous. Special mention to Nora and Isabelle who go above and beyond for their patients. I had a root canal done with Pavlo and he was brilliant, Very efficient and professional. I couldn't fault anything about my experience there.

Negative experience: Im probably too late to write this review as I had dealings with Dr.Noel ( aka butcher) in around 2008-2012 Every time I went in for a small decay it was always a big drilling session to the point where today I suffer big time. I had to get 3 root canals as a result of his bad dentistry work where he removed huge amounts of pulp for minor decays and unnecessary fillings. Even regular cleanings were always under heavy anaesthesia. I have since had 3 opinions from different dentists who were in shock of his poor work. Now I need crowns, in constant pain and all result of the fillings I had done by Noel. Any other fillings I had received by other dentist have been absolutely spot on. So whether this surgery is still the same I don’t know, but I just know I’ll never be the same after using this guy

Negative experience: It’s all a big rush in there now. They used to be so friendly and caring. All that has changed. Don’t know why the place has changed. I had tooth extracted and it’s was horrendous, I felt pain pain and more pain. I won’t be going bk there again

Negative experience: I'm sure the actual dentistry done here is fine, but the admin side of this practice is extremely poor. I'd previously attended as a medical card patient, but the receptionist on the day couldn't find my file (which definitely existed, because they had access to it when I was making the appointment). This meant they didn't KNOW I was a medical card patient, and no one had thought to tell me that the practice was closed to public patients - even though the medical history form I filled out asks whether you have a medical card! Only when the dentist had done the treatment was the question asked, but by then it was too late, and I was charged the full whack without so much as an acknowledgement of the mix-up on their end. Pretty outrageous to be honest. Won't be back.

Negative experience: Sadly on this occasion I can't recommend this Dental practice had a work done on a tooth and not the one I wanted, and the one that was worked on ,filling came out same evening, expensive bad dental experience and we have Irish dentist's warning against traveling abroad .

Fantastic experience: I can't recommend Dony enough. Our family have attended over the years for regular dental check-ups and only have good things to say. Dony is genuine, great at putting you at ease, and has a great and way of explaining things. I've also tried the teeth whitening service offered as part of the December offer, very satisfied with the results.

Fantastic experience: This is our family dentist and has been for at least 20 years. My son when he was younger hated dentists due to a bad experience in another practice. If it had not been for Noel and all his kindness, patience and explaining everything he was doing I don't think he would have the great set of teeth he has today. 4 members of the family have used the orthodontist, 3 members use the dental hygienist one was referred to a specialist for treatment but will go back when this is complete. 6 members use Dony now as Noel has retired. If emergency appointment was ever needed we were always look after. Every aspect of our dental health has been treated under the one roof by fantastic staff. If we needed specialist treatment we were always referred to the best. It feels like we are been looked after by family. Thank you all for looking after my family and me for the last 20 years and for many more to come.

Negative experience: Was in absolute agony and was treated before the anesthetic kicked in. When groaning in pain, was told to 'stop acting like a spoiled child'. People skills zero, rude and unprofessional. Will take my money elsewhere.

Negative experience: I have gone to this dentist for many years and have always had a good experience there. However, I'm extremely dissapointed with their recent service. In June 2018 I went for a regular check-up and clean, and I was informed there were no issues and my teeth were perfectly healthy. In April of this year I returned for another check-up, only to be told that I have an extremely deep cavity, that a feeling might not save the tooth and I might need a route canal! My dentist was even checking for x-rays as far back as 2016 because this is something that takes time to develop. I was clearly neglected during my previous check-up and was furious that I had to pay for a filling. Luckily the filling worked but the dentist told me that it will only last a few years as the tooth is too far gone. So I suppose I'll have to pay 1800 or so for a route canal in a few years, for a problem that should have been spotted and fixed during my last check-up. I won't be returning to this dentist which is unfortunate as they have always been my family dentist.
