I was a stranger to them but I was treated like a best friend from start to finish. The staff were so friendly and professional and did an absolutely fantastic job. Positive experience: Had booked Goda for a wash and blowdry as I really like the way she does my hair . Unfortunately I didn’t get Goda when I arrived,and there was no explanation given . The hairstylist who did my hair was v pleasant and did a good job but I feel if the person you book is not available and there is a substitute hairstylist you should be informed and given a choice to go with another stylist or cancel the app. This is not the first time this has happened.

Negative experience: I have gone to Exposè a number of times over the past few years for both hair and beauty treatments. My most recent hair visit was unsuccessful both the cut and colour was not right. Very poor customer service when I raised this concern on a number of phone calls.The blame was put on me! My hair needed to be redone elsewhere to mend. Will not return to either hair or beauty services going forward.

Negative experience: Received good hair removal. No fault here but therapist did not have a good manner. Not chatty. Quite stern and not friendly. Clients entering the premises also nasty because car next to me was parked in no parking zone. I seem to be getting the blame. Overall not nice. Will be going to Killarney in future.
