Fantastic experience: Dr Crean is definitely one of the best dentists l have ever attended as a busy farmers wife finding time to get to the dentist was always a challenge and to compound that previous experiences l had with other dentists made it harder but with Susan from the moment l stepped in the door l felt at ease .Susan is extremely gentle couldn't highly recommend enough and as an added bonus it's always nice chatting with a dentist with a strong rural background too

Negative experience: Disgrace! Made an appointment for my son to get a little chip replaced on his front tooth. That was no problem, I paid for the service. Then days later the piece fell off. Rang and got another appointment and was told " There would be no charge and it will be documented on his file " but when my son was finished I was charged the original price as well as an extra €50!! Also when I made this original appointment I wanted to get his teeth cleaned but when he arrived in for the service he was told basically they couldn't do it!!! Receptionist went in serval times to ask Susan to speak with us but she would not come out!! All the receptionist were so nice and understanding and one even agreed with us! Such a money racket service.. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DENTIST.

Negative experience: Really not impressed with this clinic had composite bond done years ago but it one tooth chipped so rang this clinic for appointment and sent email with clear PHOTOS to evaluate but they say you have to come in for appointment. Went in sit down for literally 2min to be told yes we can do it but we don't have the color to match Really? You couldn't tell by the 2 photos I've sent you that you don't have to bondig to match the color? And dare to charge 50€ for 2min appointment.

Fantastic experience: I found Susan Crean and all her staff to be both friendly and efficient. I felt that my treatment was fully explained to me and I felt that I was in safe hands. The surroundings felt comfortable and clean. An excellent service.

Fantastic experience: A million stars for Susan Crean Dental. I "WAS" a very nervous patient due to horrific childhood experiences of dentists in the past. As a result I considered my only option was Dental sedation. I made an appointment with Susan and I have never looked back. The care and respect Susan & her wonderful Dental Nurse Daniel showed me was second to none. I am now so relaxed during treatment that I nearly fall asleep. I actually look forward to my visits. I honestly recommend Susan & her team. I wouldn't go to anyone else.

Fantastic experience: My daughter got her 2 lower molars out with surgeon Richard she got sedated and got stitches.She didn't feel a thing and the team explained everything so clearly I would 100% recommend them

Negative experience: During my recent visit to this clinic with my son, I was deeply disappointed by the inadequate care he received. Despite experiencing severe swelling following his rct procedure, the clinic was unable to schedule an urgent appointment. Consequently, my son endured excruciating pain for several hours before we made the difficult decision to seek alternative medical attention. I strongly advise against recommending this practice to anyone seeking quality care.

Fantastic experience: The staff here, both administrative and dental, are extremely personable and all take pride in their professionalism. In the treatment room, Susan and Daniel make a great team, always clearly explaining what they plan to do and doing all they can to put you at ease. I have felt comfortable enough in their chair to bring my kids to them, and there's no greater recommendation than that.

Fantastic experience: I recently started going to Susan crean dental, my dentist Alison and all the staff are very friendly and professional they made me feel so comfortable. Everything was very thorough and professional. They made the whole experience easy.

Negative experience: Visited this place in February '23. Such an overpriced dentistry. Straight away at our first visit with my son I just felt so judged by Susan and her assistant. My son then had his milk teeth "cleaned" by the hygienist in 2 minutes for 80 euro plus 45 euro consultation!!! Wasn't a cleaning more like talking. They didn't treat me or my son well. Needless to say we didn't go back. Found so much better and more professional dentist already for him and for myself (see my other Google reviews). I waited with this review until I visited more dentists here in Ireland so I have experience. We were booked under my son's name cause he was the patient. I was wrongly accused by this dentistry that my review is fake I'm not in their record, because they checked my name not my son's so of course I'm the liar . In my opinion they don't like negative reviews and try to make me delete this. I'm entitled to my opinion thank you very much. You should change your attitude towards patients and treat them well, don't rip them off. I DON'T RECOMMEND THEM!

Alison was absolutely wonderful with Jack, on our first visit she explained everything to Jack what all the tools were for and put him at ease.The 2nd time we came she cleaned his teeth and she told him to put up his hand anytime and she would stop.Jack did put up his hands and she did stop.Tjis put Jack at ease Our third visit Jack needed a filling I was very nervous about this but Alison has a very kind and caring manner and put Jack at ease he sat in the chair and Alison again was very kind and caring and we got his filling done. Fantastic experience: As someone usually afraid of dentists, my whole experience at Crean Dental has been the opposite of what I had come to expect. Visits to the dentist no longer leave me anxious. All the staff are lovely and do everything possible to put me at ease - and the aftercare provided by nurse Daniel has been exceptional. Negative experience: They have the worst customer service and the worst dentist. This was the worst experience I've ever had. She doesn't respect her patients or give them any helpful info even when they pay for everything. In my opinion, you should go here if you want to waste your time and money.

Negative experience: My experience at this dentist was incredibly frustrating. I waited for an hour past my appointment time, and it felt like there was no respect for scheduling. The dentist seemed a bit lost, having to redo tasks like X-rays, and all she could offer were apologies. When I asked for my X-ray pictures to switch dentists, she promised to send them by the end of the day, but she didn't. After calling again two days later, she still hadn't sent them. I had to physically go back to the office for her to finally send them over. It's been a real headache, and I wouldn't recommend going there.

Fantastic experience: Approximately a Month ago I rang Dr Susan Crean Dental Practice as well as a few other Practices to replace a filling that I had previously on my tooth but they were fully booked out and I ended up getting an appointment at a Dental Practice in Boherbee . After going in there I was in and out in less than 20 minutes ( No X-ray no nothing a patchy job just to take €120 and good luck. ( Never again in this place if it is the only dental practice in Tralee ) Yesterday booked an appointment With Dr Susan Crean to redo it again as I had been in pain ever since. Got booking for 2 pm today after filling the form I was even asked if I did eat because over numbness I wouldn’t be able she said which it was very kind of her caring for her patient. Got an X-ray done Dr Susan and her assistant explained everything what was to be done before hand and they made sure they did exactly what they needed to be done. I was even brought back an hour later to make sure everything was fine and have cleaning done too. I’m booked in again on Monday for a second check up to make sure all is ok and so on. The professionalism is 10 out of 10 and the way the client is looked after is a huge plus. I couldn’t recommend Dr Susan Crean Practice enough. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a really caring Dentist. Thank you very much everyone from the receptionist to Dr Crean and her assistants who are doing an exceptional job. Fantastic experience: I would definitely recommend Dr. Susan because when you go into your appointment her relaxing manner takes away any anxiety. All the staff are wonderful and chatty also. Eimear the dental hygienist, Daniel the dental assistant and all the secretaries are really nice and friendly and to me it didn't feel like a dental clinic because it was almost like a chat between acquaintances throughout the procedure unlike in other dental practices where there would be complete silence. Crean Dental should be an example to other dental clinics on how they should be because Crean Dental is miles ahead of the rest of the dental clinics elsewhere.

Negative experience: I'm sorry to give this opinion, but pediatric dentist there is very unprofessional. I get so many informations which are not right and not updated that I was surprised how that person can work there. F.e. baby should come to first visit once 2yo (even on their website is 1yo or 6mths after first tooth come out), another thing is that there is no need to wash baby teeth with brush and toothpaste before 2yo, just to use cotton wool and soda!!! Seriously? The other thing is that she didn't even checked my baby teeth and look like has no experience with babies. I consulted this with another specialists and none of informations I get were right. Don't come there with toddlers.

Fantastic experience: I originally booked a consultation for Invisalign eligibility with susan and the team. From the off, the staff were friendly and professional and clearly explained the steps required - A 3D scan, X-ray and a thorough examination later I felt certain I was in the right hands and signed up straight away. From this, I have had two hygienist session with Eimear and am delighted with the level of care and knowledge in every session and can’t wait to see the end product.

Fantastic experience: I just had the best experience at Susan Crean Dental & Facial Aesthetics! Right from the start, the staff was super friendly and made me feel welcome. During the checkup, Dr. Susan noticed that I had four wisdom teeth, and a few of them were causing issues. She recommended getting them removed, but I was worried about the cost. Dr. Susan actually contacted my insurer (VHI) for me multiple times and found out that my health insurance covered the extraction! I had no clue about that. I'm so grateful she went out of her way to figure it out. Dr. Frank took care of removing a couple of my wisdom teeth, and he was amazing. He made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure, and it went really smoothly. As a testament to the exceptional care I received, my wife's now a patient there too. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: In the past and due to a bad experience in a different clinic, I am terrified of dentists, but was made to feel so at ease by Susan and her team (I was even provided with a stress ball to help). For this reason, I had put off going to the dentist for far too long. Once inside, I was made to feel welcome and praised for attending. The setting is calming and reassurances are plentiful. If you too are like me, nervous and frightened about going to a dentist, reach out to Susan and her team. You will not be disappointed. I am delighted I went and a plan is now in place to fix my issues.

Negative experience: I made an appointment here a couple of months ago to have a consultation regarding Botox. I was shown to the waiting room but decided to leave after thirty minutes waiting. The receptionist nabbed me on the way out and showed me into the surgery where the dentist proceeded to examine my face, take photographs and explain the procedure. On the was out I was asked for a payment of €50 for said consultation. I have absolutely no issue whatsoever paying for something but my issue is that this was never mentioned when I phoned to make the appointment. I was informed on paying that the fee would be taken off any Botox treatment I had. No thanks….I would recommend transparency regarding your business practises.
