Fantastic experience: Today I presented to Helena at Bridge Place Dental Practice to remove an old metal filling and have it replaced with a composite {white} filling. Helena greeted me upon arrival and took time to explain the procedure she intended to carry out and what my overall experience would be from same. Helena introduced me to Bernie, an able dental assistant at the practice.Helena maintained eye contact throughout the conversation. During the procedure Helena checked in regularly as to how I was managing. As a relatively nervous client I felt at ease throughout the procedure as both Helena and Bernie were cool, calm and collective. It is reassuring to know that dentistry has progressed and that good competent care and education is available at Bridge Place Dental Practice when in need. I also noted that surfaces in the facility were clean and wiped down regularly. Thank you Helena Thank you Bernie

Negative experience: I had an absolutely awful experience at Bridge Place Dental Practice. I brought my daughter in for an emergency appointment due to tooth pain. They took an X-ray, said one tooth needed to be extracted, and that was it — no proper exam, no mention of anything else. A week later, our regular dentist saw her (also on an emergency basis) and in 5 minutes found not only the same tooth that needed extraction, but also FOUR other teeth that needed fillings. How did the dentist at Bridge Place completely miss that? This is not just careless — it’s negligent. On top of that, I had to wait a full week for them to send me the X-rays, even though I requested them immediately. Only after calling again did they finally send them. When I questioned the clinic about why nothing else was spotted, they told me a dental exam is not included in an emergency visit. Excuse me?? How are you diagnosing anything without examining the teeth? I paid €180 for this. For a rushed, incomplete appointment that could have seriously affected my child’s care. I would never return and strongly advise others to think twice before trusting this clinic — especially with children.

Fantastic experience: I’ve just finished my treatment with Colm and his team, and I genuinely couldn’t be happier with the experience. I came in two years ago extremely nervous after bad experiences elsewhere, and from the first appointment, Colm made me feel completely at ease. Colm, Jane and whole team were always welcoming, supportive, and professional. I was a more complex case, but Colm didn’t hesitate to take it on, and I felt in expert hands the whole way through. I just trusted him. I’ve wanted braces since my teens, but it wasn’t possible for my family then—so being able to do this in my early 30s has been a big deal for me. Not only has my smile been transformed but the way I carry myself and my confidence has transformed too. I love to laugh without hiding now. I am so grateful that I chose to take the leap and get braces and to complete the finished result with whitening and bonding on the front four teeth. Fantastic experience: Hi all I must say what a Dental practice Bridge street is five star On a day in December 2024 I decided i had to sort out a problem I had with Dentures i had with over 30 years I had heard the colm practice was one of the best in ireland and sayed I'd call to get my problem sorted out . From The minute I opened the door I was made feel so welcome each and every staff member was as kind and respectful as you will find anywhere On the 21th of January 2025 Eve and Colm meet me had 3d scans and one week later on the 28thof January my operation and procedure was completed by Colm and Eve all in fours implants what a professional Colm is no pain top class work A few months later a few appointments later and the final dentures were completed that being Friday 23th of may 2025 I can't thank Colm and each and everyone of his staff enough for the service and respect quality and joy they have given to me especially my new smile Guys just to say thank you all so so much From a smiley Dj

Fantastic experience: I recently visited Bridge Place Dental in Tralee for a check-up while temporarily working from home in Kerry. What started as a routine visit turned into a more comprehensive experience. Dr. Megan O'Shea was excellent throughout. She performed two procedures in addition to my check-up, and her skill and professionalism were evident. I also had a session with the hygienist, which was thorough and helpful. Having transferred from my Dublin Dentist, Bridge Place made this smooth. Noreen at reception deserves a special mention. She was consistently great to deal with, making the whole process smooth from scheduling to follow-ups. Her friendly demeanor and efficiency made the administrative side of things a breeze. It's always a pleasure to deal with a dental practice that combines competence with a welcoming atmosphere. Bridge Place Dental, with staff like Dr. O'Shea and Noreen, certainly fits that description. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new Dental practice/ procedure in Tralee. Fantastic experience: Needed root canal in October and had the final step of a crown this morning. The whole experience was completely painless from start to finish. I am a very nervous dental patient at the best of times so this procedure really tested me!!!! I have to say it was 100% positive experience. Fantastic experience: Hi, I attended on weds last 4/12/24 for my appointment with the hygienist . While waiting an emergency appointment came in , the whole team from receptionist to Colm handled it so quick with as little fuss as possible , Colm making time to say hi as always ( it’s the little things ). The hygienist and her colleague were lovely as always . I attend on a 4 monthly basis and each time is always top class .

Fantastic experience: I recently completed my Invisalign treatment following on with whitening and composite bonding with Colm and all the lovely staff in Bridge place. I couldn’t get over how friendly and at ease they make you in their company. I was always greeted with a smile when I walked through the door. Everyone from the reception staff to the girls doing my Invisalign and Colm were so professional and lovely. I’m delighted with how my teeth turned out and the result I got. Would highly recommend the practice for any dental needs.

Negative experience: Moja opinia opiera się jedynie na sporym rozczarowaniu, wczoraj dzwoniłem że boli i błagam o pomoc ale jak słyszałem że na dzisiaj już lista nagłych przypadków jest pełna i bym zadzwonił następnego dnia z rana to byłem załamany ale jakoś przetrwałem tę noc. Pierwszy telefon był ode mnie a pani na recepcji nawed nie biarac wdechu powiedziała że nie ma już miejsca i żebym sobie poszukał gdzie indziej, nawed nie zapytała czy mnie wpisać na jakiś dzień i zdawała się być nawed z siebie dumna. Więc zero pomocy to zero gwiazdek.

Fantastic experience: From start to finish my experience with Bridge Place Dental has been so positive. Colm and Eve have gone above and beyond to make sure my implants and dentures were perfect. It was a long process, six months, but it was so worth waiting for what I have now. Jane and all the girls on reception were fabulous. But most of all everyone was up to speed and on the same page, when I would ring. So if this review had a ten star facility I'd have no problem giving Colm and his crew ten stars.

Fantastic experience: As a nervous patient, I reluctantly go for a check up with Dr Helena. She puts me at ease straight away. I need an anesthetic for cleaning my sensitive teeth and to be honest it's over before I know it. Helena tells me I might be sore after but she's so gentle and kind I never feel a thing. DR Helena, is kind, caring, very patient and is amazing at her job. I highly recommend her. Her trusty side kick dental nurse Bernie is also amazing, looking after you every minute while you're in her care. I wouldn't go anywhere else

Fantastic experience: I was visiting from the US and tripped in Dingle and my front teeth were pushed in and chipped. I had worked in a dental office for 20+ years and I found Bridge Place Dental online while I was in Ireland. I left a message on Thursday evening and they saw me Friday morning. The staff there ARE ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!!! Very caring, concerned, and explained everything prior to doing it. What I wanted was an evaluation and treatment for the minor things that could be done and they did beautifully! I was in and out very quickly and they also gave me some wonderful mouth rinse to help keep the area clean. HIGHLY recommend!

I broke my front tooth a few years back and had a denture put in place by another dentist, I was very uncomfortable and didn’t have any confidence smiling. My first visit to bridge place dental it was removed straight away and replaced with a bridge that looked so much better. From when I walked into the clinic everyone was so lovely from the receptionists, the nurses, the hygienist and my amazing dentist Susan. Susan worked with me endlessly for up to 2 years getting my hygiene in my gums to 100% and got my teeth to the whitest they have ever been before finally fitting my bridge and crowns in my 4 front teeth. They fitted perfectly and I can finally smile with so much confidence! All the staff working in bridge place dental were so welcoming and always took time to talk with me. Fantastic experience: I cannot express how happy I am with my results! I did a lot of research into the different options for my teeth (braces, veneers, etc) and decided to go with Invisalign after seeing the results my mum achieved with Bridge Place! I’m on my holidays and the last thing I wanted was a filing. I was in and out in half an hour. Everyone was so incredibly kind. I wish they were in Dublin so they could be my regular dentist. Cannot thank you all enough.

Fantastic experience: My daughter had extreme teeth problems which got over delayed for treatment on the HSE by over 2 years because of covid and waiting lists, so we sought out professional treatment and bridge place straight away got her on the invisalign. The results are amazing. She has completed treatment and we have only 5 star recommendation for invisalign with this dental practice. The dental staff are really interested in each person and we've never experienced such attention to detail like we have with bridge place. Now its my turn to get treatment and I've switched to them, because I know I will get the best treatment plan. Our only regret was waiting so long.

Fantastic experience: It's been a while since I've been to the dentist. Let's say, a bit too long. I recently had a number of visits to Bridge Place Dental for fillings and cleaning. The practice is immaculate. Danielle and the front end staff are efficient and friendly. Clara and Tory, who carried out my dental work made sure I was relaxed and comfortable at all times. After getting over my (irrational) fear of the first visit, meeting such skilled, talented, kind and capable professionals, I was looking forward to the next visit! Yes! To the dentist! These guys are truly great and thanks to my experience I not only had years of neglect fixed, my whole mindset has changed. In short, highly recommended if you're in Kerry or even further afield! That good.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend these guys highly enough! Not just for the exceptional level of care, attention and professionalism, but for the kindness, support and encouragement I received. From the moment you enter;- from the receptionist to the Dentists - everyone I encountered was extremely warm, helpful & friendly, yet super efficient! Over the years - 27 of them in fact - I had developed a crippling fear of visiting the dentist. So much so, that in all that time I allowed my teeth to suffer as I simply could not face the thought of going. From the outset, the whole staff at Bridge Place were sympathetic and understanding. My fears have now been banished thanks to their team. Not only that, but throughout the work they did - I didnt feel a thing! The treatment I received even gave me the courage to go on and get further work done! I have been completely blown away by the results. Fantastic experience: Simply, they pretty much saved my life the pain I was undergoing over my wisdom teeth was reaching it's peek, I was losing it. After going to multiple Dentists in town, not to be helped all happy to work on the teeth that were not giving me grief but for the wisdom's they were unwilling to do anything cept Bridge Place. Told em my case and within 2 DAYS! they got it sorted. Not only that, the time I was waiting they rang multiple times see how I was getting on. Top Dentists and Unbelievably good customer service. This is 2 days after and I feel no pain bit of numbness damn sight better than it was. Thanks!!!

Fantastic experience: I cannot find words to truly express my gratitude to the team at Bridge Place Dental Practice including Colm for their kindness, professional care in safe and well-organised surroundings and for your response to my urgent call. Fantastic experience: I can now smile with confidence. Treatments I received from Bridge Place Dental Practice are as follows; whitening, a low cost fiber glass front tooth (awaiting implant) and laser desensitisation. I cannot recommend Bridge Place Dental Practice enough. Prior to attending Bridge Place Dental Practice I had metal braces for just over two years. After the braces came off I was keen to whiten my teeth. I contacted Bridge Place and made an appointement. I used Polanight 16% with custom made trays. My teeth were stubborn to lift in colour but Colm assured me it would work but may take time. Eventually the colour lifted. I had a bridge (fake tooth) at the front of my mouth. Before whitening, this tooth didn't match the colour of my teeth, so after whitening it really stood out. I am planning to get an implant with Colm in the future but as I was so unhappy with the tooth I had in place, Colm suggested a low cost fiber glass tooth he could fix in one appointment (no sending moulds to the lab) to tide me over. I could not be happier with the result. It matches the colour of my teeth perfectly. The shape is so good that when I tell people my tooth is fake the ask 'which one?'. Prior to this, I only smiled with my mouth closed. I would even try to keep my lip down over my top teeth or put my hand up to mouth when talking to people, I was that uncomfortable. My teeth are extremely sensitive. I have always had to brush my teeth with warm water. When getting my teeth cleaned professionally I usually have to get numbed up to the max as it can be very uncomfortable. Colm suggested a laser treatment to desensitise my teeth. To be honest, I had no faith in it working as I've used desensitising toothpaste for years with little to no relief. However, it worked immediately and the treatment only lasted around 30mins. I can now eat ice cream without that zinging feeling in my teeth. All the staff at Bridge Place Dental Practice are so welcoming and warm. I used to hate going to the dentist, the staff at Bridge Place have changed this as I now no longer dread the dentist.

Fantastic experience: From somebody that had a genuine fear and phobia of the dentist, I can honestly say that the fear is gone after only two visits to the clinic. Dr Susan Van Der Merwe and her assistant are top class at what they do and put me at ease from the minute I walked in the door. All the staff are extremely pleasant to deal with. This is a five star dentistry practice.
