Fantastic experience: I had my braces removed two months ago, and I couldn’t be happier with my new smile! When I first visited Dr. Kostas, I was only looking to create space for two dental implants. I thought that was the only issue—but during the consultation, he also identified problems with my bite and center alignment that I wasn’t even aware of. Dr. Kostas is extremely professional and took the time to clearly explain the entire treatment process. I always felt well-informed and confident in his care. The staff is also incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. Another thing I really appreciated: the appointments were always on time. That made it so much easier to plan my day without sitting around waiting. I’m so happy with the results and really thankful to Dr. Kostas and his amazing team!

Fantastic experience: Dr Kostas is amazing and super efficient. The staff in the clinic are lovely and all my appointments were on time which makes a huge difference. I initially thought treatment would take 3 years, but we got everything done in just over 18 months. Delighted.

Fantastic experience: Doctor Kostas is one of the best Orthodontists in ireland. His attention to detail is extremly high. He has changed the lives of over 2500 people (i asked him), i am 1 of them people. A nice smile is something that most people take for granted, I didnt sort my smile untill i was older. The Doc is Excellent at what he does !! If you have thoughts or doubts about finding a >Profesional< Orthodontist..this is the dude you wanna go to Every 1 of my apointments were on time too, no delays, no waiting. He seen me at the time allocated every time,this is Excellent i think !! His staff are amasing too, super polite & easy to talk to when you have questions & helpfull. I HIGHLY Recomend Doctor Kostas 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I went to another dentist for cosmetic bonding, who also highly regarded Dr Kostas orthodontic work. The clinic runs smoothly with minimal wait times. I sought advice on getting braces and appreciated Dr. Kostas' honesty, as he managed my expectations instead of simply telling me what I wanted to hear. Dr. Kostas explains the procedures he intends to carry out in a manner that is easily understood. The team maintains a high standard of hygiene, wearing face masks and gloves, and sanitizing tools and equipment between patients. After two years of treatment and numerous clinic visits, I recently had my braces removed and am extremely pleased with the results. Throughout this period, Dr. Kostas, his assistants, and the secretaries maintained professionalism. I would highly recommend the Smiles clinic on South Anne Street to anyone seeking orthodontic treatment.

My Daughters Dental Practitioner '' Dr Kostas Efthymiou '' is so professional in his work and at the same time, very importantly, so Very pleasant and friendly, he also explains everything he is doing and provides all the information needed after every appointment, a pure gent. The appointments are exactly on time, and the entire atmosphere and experience is just so calm, blissful, professional and relaxing. Negative experience: Me hicieron sentir fatal y perder 3 meses. Fui a la clínica para el tratamiento invisalign Primero acudí a una primera cita en la cual me hicieron una primera revisión y me explicaron como funciona el tratamiento, y todo estaba bien y me dijeron que no necesitaria ninguna extraction de muela para empezar con el tratamiento pero quizás en el futuro si sería conveniente, Tras esperar 3 semanas acudí de nuevo a la clínica para realizar el escaneo de invisalign y una cuantas fotografías para ver la evolución del tratamiento pero aún así tenía que esperar para una tercera cita. Tras la segunda cita me hicieron esperar 1 mes para la supuesta última cita antes de empezar con el tratamiento en la cual supuestamente sólo tenía que abonar el depósito inicial para que empezase a desarrollar mi tratamiento invisalign. Cuando a acudí a este tercera cita ilusionado después de haber estado esperando 3 meses , me encuentro al doctor ofreciéndome una operación estética la cual no afectaría positivamente a mi salud, y la cual alargaría muchísimo más la espera para iniciar con el tratamiento invisalign. Le dije al doctor que yo no quería esa operación y entonces ya empezó a decirme que me tenía que sacar 3 muelas y que me pondría la ortodoncia de metal y el invisalign solo en uno de los arcos de la boca, le pregunté si ese tratamiento sería más económico que invisalign y me respondió que no, cuando me habían dado un presupuesto de 4800€. Acudí a la clínica solo con la intención de alinear mis dientes. Nunca me habían hecho sentir tan mal en una clínica dental y jamás me había sentido tan estafado por un doctor, me han hecho perder 3 meses de mi tiempo y me siento fatal. Había ido a 1 clínica en españa donde trabajan con invisalign también antes de acudir a esta ,pero no pude completar el tratamiento porque me mudé a dublin. me dijeron que era completamente apto para invisalign, de hecho mi dientes no etan demasiado mal. Antes de comenzar un tratamiento pidan consejo de varios expertos, porque hay dentistas peor que algunos mecánicos.

Negative experience: Originally got my fixed retainer in Smiles Wexford about 6 years ago but it broke recently. I called St Annes Smiles and they said to call the ortho clinic who would be able to help. Once I called the ortho clinic, I had the rudest man answer the phone. He told me the orthodontists wouldn't see me because it wasn't them I got my retainer from. I explained that I had been a patient in the Wexford clinic and that I no longer lived in Wexford, and he told me I'd have to go back to them! He also said they wouldn't be able to get my records from Wexford which I know to be untrue because I had them sent to Smiles Blanchardstown before for my wisdom teeth. After this I called Dental House who were able to fit me in within a couple of hours and fix my retainer within about five minutes!! I've always gone to Smiles for my dentist but definitely won't be returning after this. Dental house is so much nicer and better. terrible service.

Fantastic experience: I had my consultation with Dr Kostas for braces and knew straight away I wanted to have him as my orthodontist, he was super professional, kind and had the answers to all of my questions, I felt really confident in my treatment and what to expect. Dr Kostas you and the team in Ortho are amazing :)

Fantastic experience: My 14 year old daughter got her braces removed today after 2 and a half years and during that time there was nothing but professional and exceptional treatment at every visit by all the team. I cannot believe how fabulous her teeth are today. I am sharing photos of her smile with all my family and friends and they cannot believe how perfect her teeth are .Highly recommend, the whole team are amazing

Fantastic experience: I'm so happy I found Dr. Kostas in Smiles Orthodontics. He fixed what supposed to be fixed and untill now (I took braces of 6 years ago) my dentist is impressed with work done. She is always complementing retainer details and teeth shape. Doesn't matter if its routine check up or cleaning. I just believe that makes her work easier as well. Honestly, she is always saying so many kind words I feel like presenting her a masterpiece

Fantastic experience: Had braces put in back in 2015 by Dr Kostas, no problems, very happy with result. Only writing now as my new dentist recently complimented his work while he was cleaning, specifically the effort put into aligning the retainer wires neatly to allow for easier cleaning, money well spent!

Fantastic experience: I can only recommend Dr Kostas and his team at Smiles Orthodontics. The work they did with my tight deadline (my wedding!) was brilliant and exceeded all expectations. I completely trusted the team and they helped me with any questions and requests. UPDATE: I want to add that their after-care service is also top notch, I felt very well looked after in the year after my fixed braces were removed.

Fantastic experience: I got metal damon braces from here on both arches. It does cost around 4000, but once you consider it is a smile for life, it is an investment worth every penny. They have exceptional patient care, extended opening hours and staff are super friendly and professional. The receptionist lady is super. Very friendly and very helpful with managing appointments. Honestly can't recommend them enough, the service and work they do is 5 stars, no less.
