Fantastic experience: I could not recommend Dr Aleena from dental options more!! From the very beginning she was so kind and honest and directed me in the best way. She was so reassuring and so precise and always kept me so comfortable and put me first for my treatment. I couldn't be happier with composite bonding I got done off her, I've never been so confident in my smile! She has made my teeth look so natural and given me a new boost of confidence!

Negative experience: Over the years, I have spent upwards of €5,000 with this practice, and am still extremely unhappy with my smile. There is a serious lack of care & quality to their services, and would strongly urge you to invest in your teeth elsewhere. I originally went to this dentist for Invisalign a couple of years ago, and after the treatment I got a metal retainer ended up breaking. This led to my teeth moving & I was advised to go back onto Invisalign AGAIN, which I did so (despite the financial strain). After my 2nd round of Invisalign which still didn't close my gap fully (which is the reason I even did Invisalign again), I got a new metal retainer and 2 composite bond fillings and in just ONE week, the two fillings fell off & the metal retainer broke off. While I was refunded for the fillings & retainer (or offered the option of a re-do), I still would not recommend going to this practice for your treatment. Go somewhere that you can trust to do it right from the get-go.

Negative experience: Absolutely schocking service for invisalign. My teeth moved after treatment, bar broke and the only rectification offered was covering the cost of a replacement bar. Stopped responding to my emails and I spent all that money. Incredibly disappointing. I just wish I went somewhere else.

Negative experience: I highly don't recommend to use their service! 24 Nov I had an appointment for OPG. The price at web site is 50 €, by call, I was informed that price is 80 €, but when I said that I don't want any OPG's explanation by a doctor, the price became - 40 €. I was really surprised that in clinic in Dublin, a receptionist said me to pay 150€! I showed her a plate from waiting room with price - 50 €, but she said that the price on this plate is wrong! As well price at their website. it means that I paid 300% more !! Dental Options Clinic, you are a lier! you steal money your clients.

Negative experience: I got Invisalign, composite bonding and a single dental bridge at dental options. I am extremely disappointed with the service. My dental bridge fell out twice in the space of a year. Went in to discuss my options with the dentist and was told because the bridge was missing they couldn't do anything unless I pay again for another bridge but they can't guarantee that the same thing wouldn't happen again because the gap is too small for the bridge. I just think that's is absolutely shocking that I wasn't told in the first place that the gap is too small for a bridge and second of all that I paid over €1000 euro for the bridge and it lasted no time at all. If the bridge fell out twice in such a short period of time clearly something is wrong with the service provided . Also the dentist had the cheek to advise me too look into Invisalign again in order for them to make more space for the bridge as if I hadn't already only paid them €5000 in total for treatments and wants me to basically start my whole treatment again as if I'm made of money. Why all this wasn't pointed out to me at the start I do not know. I couldn't be paying this amount of money to the dentist every year. Most definitely won't be back only care about the money and the Instagram influencers.

As someone who did not particularly like the dentist and very unhappy with her teeth, all working in Dental Options made it such a positive experience. Negative experience: Disappointing. Started my Invisalign treatment on the 4th of January 2021, my case was not considered difficult and I was promised a new smile in 6 to 8 months. Was so excited, but it turned into a never-ending saga. I was relocating to another country at end of February 2022 (over 13 months of treatment at that stage) and received what was meant to be yet another "last " set of aligners for further 3 weeks. However, my teeth were still not fully straight in March 2022. I had to move my treatment to another country which means I have to pay again here. Most disappointing was the lack of apology or any offer of help, instead, I was reminded I will have to pay extra postage should I opt to get x-rays in Malta (one option was for me to send x-rays via a local dentist so they can post it to me to Malta). Looks good on paper and everyone was lovely but if I had known all of it I would not start my treatment here.

I had been to other practices to have treatment done which i felt i was never fully happy with or felt the dentist fully listened. But when i we to Dr Bhatti in Dental options chatham street! I was beyond happy! I told Dr Bhatti excatly what I wanted and she did excatly that! She was so patient and made me feel so comfortable. From the minuite i entered the pratice i recieved the highest of care. The staff are so hands on, driendly and welcoming! Dr Bhatti is amazing at what she dose her work is phenomenal! Fantastic experience: Sameer performed a root canal for me, I didn't feel a thing and could not believe how smoothly it went. I received absolutely excellent treatment and will be back again. Ladies on front desk are amazing and extremely helpful.
