Negative experience: I do not recommend this dentist. They told me I needed composite fillings in eight teeth, which seemed excessive. To be sure, I consulted two different dentists—one in Spain and another in Ireland—and both confirmed that I do not have cavities and do not need any fillings. The only recommendation was to simply monitor one tooth. I only had one filling done at this clinic, but after getting second opinions, I now question whether it was even necessary. In my opinion, this practice could potentially harm your dental health rather than improve it. I strongly advise seeking a second opinion before proceeding with any treatment here.

Fantastic experience: I had my first appointment with Green Dental on Friday evening last and from the second I walked in to the time I left the service I received was absolutely second to none. I got the special offer of exam, scale and polish for only €49 and the male dentist I got was just amazing, he was so thorough in my exam and cleaning and the cleaning was so gentle compared to what I've received from previous dentists in the past. Also I was so well taken care of by the loveliest staff, I'd recommend Green Dental to everyone, you won't regret it and guys I will be back in 6 months for another cleaning! Thanks so much again I had another scale and polish yesterday (17th November) and this time it was with a new dentist, Dr Abbas, I cannot recommend him highly enough, he began with a thorough exam then proceeded with the cleaning, he was so so gentle with me throughout the cleaning, and I've never, ever had a cleaning so painless in my life, no soreness, pain or sensitivity from start to finish. Other Irish dentists I have been to in the past have absolutely killed me and I always dreaded getting a cleaning done when it was due, but since I started going to Green Dental I really enjoy my appointments now and all the staff look after me so well. It's why I keep coming back to Green Dental and I am a customer for life Another great cleaning yesterday (January 21st) at Green Dental. Absolutely CANNOT recommend Dr Rayyan enough, he's amazing! He made me feel so welcome, gave me such a thorough exam, going through each tooth and checking each filling. When I expressed how I had suffered pain during cleanings in the past, he put a numbing gel along both top and bottom gums to prevent me from feeling any pain or sensitivity, I've never had this before and oh my God, I didn't feel a thing!! I love getting my teeth cleaned now and it's all because I started going to Green Dental, they are amazing, the staff always make you feel so welcome and they always ask you how everything went after your appointment, they really care about their customers. Green Dental, please don't let Dr Rayyan leave, I want him for many years to come!!!

Negative experience: A 250€ +50€ consultation. The attention 1/10, this job supposed to be done in two weeks they took about 1month and half. Also, I showed them the material of the old one and did twice because (with cheapest material as you can see). This got broke at the 3rd month, when my older one I changed after 3 years. The “main doctor”, was extremely rude and he didn’t give me any right answer about it. It’s just trow your money in the bin

Fantastic experience: I visited Green Dental in Dublin on November 16, 2024, due to severe jaw pain following dental procedures at Begley Dental (Dundalk) on August 27, 2024. The initial treatment, performed by Orla McEvoy, involved filling a tooth, removing its root, and extracting a neighbouring tooth. Upon arriving at Green Dental, I was given a patient registration form and provided with detailed information regarding their services, including the cost of procedures and the potential coverage under a Medical Card. A thorough X-ray was promptly conducted, covering not only the affected tooth but also both jaws to check for any unerupted teeth that might be causing discomfort. The examination revealed significant issues with the previous dental work. The root of the tooth had not been removed, and the filling had been placed directly over an untreated, decayed area. This oversight was evident, as the decay was clearly visible after the removal of the old filling. This necessitated the removal of an additional portion of the tooth to properly address the issue. Regarding the extraction of the neighbouring tooth: The procedure performed by Orla McEvoy on June 24, 2024, was also substandard. The extraction was carried out without proper anaesthesia, resulting in intense pain and causing me to lose consciousness. Additionally, the socket was left unstitched, preventing the gum from healing properly even after five months. Fortunately, my treating dentist at Green Dental, Oleksandr Akimenko, demonstrated exceptional professionalism and skill. He carefully assessed the situation, including the emerging wisdom teeth, which could pose potential issues in the future, and explained the likely steps needed for ongoing care. Dr. Akimenko proceeded to correct the previous work. He administered full anaesthesia to eliminate pain, removed the old filling, thoroughly cleaned the decayed area, and applied a new filling that perfectly matched the colour of my teeth. The procedure was completed with meticulous bite alignment, shaping, and polishing to ensure comfort. I am deeply grateful to Dr. Akimenko for his personalised approach and for relieving me from what had been persistent agony. Moving forward, I plan to rely solely on the services provided by Green Dental.

Positive experience: Hello, today I was completely spontaneously at a new dentist (whom I had never visited before). Dr. Hesham (I don’t know how to spell the name correctly, sorry) I liked how he carefully carried out the treatment (however, sometimes it was a little rude and scary at the same time))) sometimes it seemed to me that I would be left without teeth))) but I liked the end result. I have struggled with my front teeth all my life. I hope his work lasts for a long time.

I rang Green Dental asked do they accept medical card, no problems, I got an appointment immediately, unfortunately I need root canal treatment and a crown which are expensive, no pressure put on me to go ahead. The dentist gave me a temporary filling and sent a referral to the dental hospital to see if I could get treatment there? I also got a filling and my teeth cleaned and all with a smile . Now that's what I call Fantastic service. WELL DONE

Negative experience: Was there to remove one of my wisdom tooth, terrible experience, the surgeon was not careful at all, my mouth is destroyed on the outside, a huge cut on my lip wich is still bleeding and hurting by the way(told the surgeon he was hurting my lip and he did not care to protect my mouth or anything), did not tell me what i had to do or how to take care after the removal, send me home with my face covered in blood! I had blood even on my left ear and nobody in the office told me nothing, i only found out because i went to the toilet outside in the shopping but no one was able to give me a tissue or to tell me that there was blood all over my face! Definitely not coming back and telling everyone i know not to go there!

Negative experience: Avoid at all costs went to get a filling and the foreign man with glasses walks in off a lunch and absolutely butchered me have abscess and everything the girl in the room with him had no clue about any of the equipment he was asking for 1 week later I'm in bits with pain. If you think about going here you be best of going to the butchers instead.

Negative experience: Terrible customer service. I always book in advance and every time I get there I have to wait 20 to 30 min for the dentist to see me. Today was not different, booked for 5 pm appointment, had to leave work earlier to get there in time and they made me wait 30 min I left without seeing the dentist. This is so disrespectful. Honestly I don’t recommend Green Dental and I won’t be coming back ever again.

Negative experience: I wouldn’t recommend this dental clinic. I went there for wisdom teeth extraction and I cried for 3 hour nonstop. I paid €400 for extraction and I feel like they made me to pay €400 for struggle. They traumatized me.

Fantastic experience: I attended Dr. Jang today at Green Dental, he was very professional and informative. He completed an examination, cleaning and two fillings. He saw me shortly after I arrived, after only a few minutes wait, completed everything in just over half an hour though at no point did I feel rushed. He showed me how to clean more in depth and gave me advice on how to follow up on a TMJ issue which had been contributing to my dental health. Will be back again for any further issues and would highly recommend.

Negative experience: In October, I had an onlay done, which I paid 600 euro. The issue is that the dentist, Dr Jang, picked the wrong color ( it was so much, much whiter), which made my tooth very ugly. When he was about to do it, I realized it was much whiter, but he was such in a hurry and when he finished he showed me in the mirror and it was awful. Obviously, he saw he picked the wrong color when he was going to apply the onlay, but even though he did it. In total, I spent 3000 euro, through seeing different dentists and them changing the work of a previous dentist. When I came back to my country, I had to re do it with another dentist. I'm so disappointed with it and also the receptionist is very rude with the clients, I have realized that several times when a client doesn't do what she wants she gets very upset and doesn't reply properly, very tempermental.She also told me that one of the dentists was no longer working there, and on my next visit that same dentist was working there. I'm very disappointed. I'm never going back
