Fantastic experience: Dr. PEDRO OMG HE IS AMAZING . I HAD THREE EXTRACTIONS TODAY ONE OF WHICH WAS A WISDOM TOOTH . I NEVER FELT THE INJECTIONS , THE EXTRACTIO S A LITTLE PRESSURE ONLY TO BE EXPECTED BUT OVERALL SUPER . BERNADETT THE NURSE ALSO EXCELLENT AND LAST BUR NOT LEAST MONIKA SHES GREAT . I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE HUNGARIAN DENTIST .

From the first phone call, to the surgery, through the fillings and check ups and all that comes with it. The team is just brilliant and they always try to put you at ease before the procedures. Negative experience: I would like to share my experience with Monica . I got a teeth cleaning and filling . The scale lasted less than 5 minutes and polish never happened. Have used other practices before and I never left one so shocked as costed me €250 cleaning ! Filling cost €160 ! I’m very disappointed as filling fail next day ! Contacted clinic again Monica explained if I come I would need to pay again €160 for filling . I just changed to another clinic , cost me €90 for filling and free cleaning and polish PRSI .i just been over charged at Hungarian Dental Clinic . Won’t be returning , read Monica replays to other reviews and I don’t believe some one would spend time to write review without actual experience . Have adlist courtesy to apologise and try to improve service. My review hope will help to stay away from Clinic

Fantastic experience: Thanks to the Hungarian Dental clinic in Naas I'm not anymore afraid of any Dental treatment. They are very friendly , helpful and professional. I had braces, implants and crowns. Dr Pedro, Dr Raffael. Dr Niki, Bernadett and Mónika are very good team.

Negative experience: Had bad experience, wouldn’t recommend . Came with a problem that didn’t get resolve however still had to pay €170 . Full amount , really rude staff Monica constantly raised her voice . On the wall they displayed expired dentist registration certificate , not only was the registration expired but the name did not match any of the dentists which worked as all dentists were female and on the certificate it clearly stated a male name. A dentist who is not registered with dentist council of Ireland but proceeds to portray them self as a dentist is a serious criminal offence . Prices to the roof , but don’t want to show registration . It’s really worrying if on request you couldn’t provide information requested by law. Will not recommend , first time ever leaving bad review , but really hope this will help to others .

Fantastic experience: I have been fitted with the braces for corrections to my bottom teeth. When 1st introduced to this technology I taught it to be simple looking and be clumsy for me to wear and attend too. How wrong I was, the staff at the Hungarian dental clinic showed me the video of the braces working throughout the cycle and assured me I would wear them diligently. After my 1st check up at 12 weeks my bottom teeth were progressing exactly as they should . I look forward to changing the brace each 2 weeks as you can feel the pressure points and the technology working. At this stage the 9th brace was fitted. I am very happy with the  process  and they cause me no bother whatsoever . I look forward to a successful conclusion And wish clear braces every success with this excellent product.

Fantastic experience: I only started wearing the clear braces 2-3 months ago, but I can already see the changes. I wasn’t planning to get them as I thought my teeth were fine. After a check up the doctor recommended the braces as my bite wasn’t 100% correct and later it could lead me to loosing my tooth. My daughter got her braces at Hungarian Dental Clinic and after seeing her how satisfied she was with the results, I’ve decided to get them as well. I still have a long way to go, but I can recommend both the dentistry and getting clear braces. As an adult I thought I’d be embarrassed to get braces but these braces are clear and you can hardly see them.

Fantastic experience: I am delighted with the end result. It is 5 months now since I finished the treatment and I am very happy with the service and surgery. Most days I don't even realise I have over dentures, as they feel exactly like the 'real thing'. I can now eat anything without worry, and they are easy to clean and maintain. It was a good decision to go with Hungarian Dental Clinic. Big thanks to Monika and the team.

Negative experience: The level of unprofessional phone manner is disgusting. No attempts to speak to the client in a “human” manner. Obviously they prefer a say nothing and have no opinion kind of person. Customer services and attitude were appalling. I would have given 5 stars the very first time I was there but after today I’d give minus if I could. If your happy to be told what to do, very rudely and have no opinion over your own health and dental work this is for you. But be ready for once you ask any questions or voice your own situation you will be ridiculed and spoken to like your are stupid. Then before you get a chance to voice how unprofessional you think the situation is- they will have already hung up on you.

Negative experience: I would not recommend this place, i just have been robbed in there with the price for the service have been done. The staff was very unpleasant, especially on the phone. They offered 2 teeth to take out,when after attending 2 other clinics they never mentioned about it, on contrary, they save your original teeth first of all, if they healthy or need a little bit of treatment but not get rid of your own teeth by offering more implants. In my own experience that clinic should be shut down ages ago.

Negative experience: The woman running the place rang me one day saying that an implant which I never agreed to was in and that I was to be charged through the roof to get it fitted. She then abused me as I'm a plumber and a plumber she rang which has absolutely nothing to do with me never showed up to her house to fix her heating. I'd go to any dentist bar this one to say the least.

Fantastic experience: I have used many dentists over the years and Hungarian dentist are by far the best. Monika and the team are so professional and the clinic is absolutely spotless. I also bring my younger sons for treatment here. I have a number of long standing issues and since coming here I now have a complete plan on how to improve everything and my smile has never been better. Prices are very competitive also. I recommend to all my friends in the locality.

Fantastic experience: I was educated very well about my dental problem. I have been with many dentist before but they never really took care of me. At the Hungarian dental clinic I learned so much about my teeth. I got fillings, good 40 minutes and I'm wearing the clear Braces which one already changed my bite and smile.

Fantastic experience: I did cleaning of my teeth and I can just say that first time in my life someone did such an amazing job, cleaning was so relaxing and it was done so efficiently that I can just say thanks . I will definitely come again and would recommend to everyone this clinic.

Negative experience: Literally just got robbed at it. Came in fo a scale and polish I was told to do an x Ray witch I was happy to do. Had that done went to see a dentist he said I need a filling witch will cost 100 euro I agreed to that. Went in to the office to fill forms suddenly my bill came to 230 euros they don't tell u that x Ray cost money before u get it done.i left the 70 and left because a lady at the desk had no interest to listening my side of the story I told her that they should let u know that it cost money to get xray done. So I just left 70 for xray there and left without getting anything done. If they scam you before work even begins only god knows what type of work they will be doing so better stay away and go to a real dentist. (reply) you should tell people before u do it that it cost money. I don't go browsing thru websites looking at your page or price lists. I rang u asked you how much clean was and u said 65. You never mentioned anything about x Ray prices. I am not a dentist and I don't run a practice I dont know unless you tell me.

Negative experience: I decide to write this comment after I read how Monica is replying on all negative feedbacks here. There is no misunderstanding, there is something wrong with this service. I have a problem with my gum, that's why I have to do a full cleaning every six months. I moved to Naas recently from Dublin where I did my treatments before, so I decided to try the Hungarian dentist. My first surprise was that I have to pay 100€ for "first check". So please prepare your wallets...(in clinics I was dealing Full cleaning cost 500€. Before I paid in Dublin 150 and 80€ for exactly the same treatment. I was thinking that "Full professional cleaning (and polishing extra 65€)" will be delivered as an experience much more advance that my previous one. Ignorance is not a bliss in this case. Very professional equipment, I have to admit, cost a lot, but a rip off price list is not the answer. PLEASE CHECK AND DON'T PAY IN ADVANCE!!! After my first visit I was informed that a recheck will be after two months. But the real experience of her style, Monica performs when I brough my mother in law with very strong tooth pain. She lives in Spain and visit us for a month. Because pain was strong, we were looking for quick solution. After over an hour of registration and first check, Monica was more interested in all her bridges (you should know that mom's pain was upper right side and there looking everywhere else) then finally she was informed that she should remove her bridge, and she will put a new one !!!???!!! When she refused, then solution number two was...yes!... professional tooth cleaning but this time for 300€. She signed for the next available appointment which was two days later (as she really wanted to get rid of the pain) and paid for it in advance. When we were back home my mother-in-law said that she doesn't trust this dentist and she asked us to find someone else. We found a very professional clinic in Newbridge, where after three days treatment, the dentist was able to eliminate the cause of the pain (what was an infection)for less then 200€ all together (and it was not professional tooth cleaning). At the end he informed her that she will be able to claim all of the money back in Spain. In the meantime when my wife informed Monica that we wanted to cancel the appointment, she got furious on the phone. That was not last moment cancellation, but over 24h. I decide to take over the case, because I felt bad that I introduce my family to such a bad service. Monika didn't have a time for me for next two weeks ( she was one week on holidays). She called me to remine me about my next appointment, and when I remain her about " my mother in law case", she agreed to meet me next day. She gave me back only 250€ saying that 50€ is her cancellation fee. Is not about money Mrs Monica, but customer service. I wish you a wake up call. Andrzej

Negative experience: I booked there for an exam because of toothache, I arrived and they told me I needed to get my tooth taken out straight away. I get told the impacted tooth is a simple procedure that should take 20 min, I get taken into the room where I stay for 3 hours straight, screaming in pain, being told to stop moving while sweating and nearly in tears, all without being put under (which I was later told by other dentists should've been done). My girlfriend in the waiting room could hear me screaming (plus some other patients who eventually left) I get out and am given a list of dental work I also need to get done (all 4 teeth taken out, cleaning), and while completely out of it my girlfriend drives me home. They were very nice when I texted asking for information about what I could and could not eat, however I called them a week later to ask if I could get a follow up one of the evenings at 6.30 (website says they close at 7 pm) and the lady started yelling that she had a family and could not see me so late because this was a free follow up (we argue about this for a while) so I took half an hour off work and went there for her to glance at my teeth and tell me it's all OK. I assumed this was the end of it until I get another call the following week (super nice) telling me to come back for another follow up. I go back and am told that my gums are rotting and my teeth will fall out unless I get a really expensive cleaning done with them (note that this was never mentioned in either the list of treatments they thought I needed to get done or in the first follow up), of course this treatment is something according to them I need to get done right away. I refuse and the lady starts saying that my teeth will rot and my girlfriend will leave me unless I get this done. Overall, it was a super scary experience because I was barely being told about what was going to happen during the extraction procedure, very poor customer service, seems they are trying to oversell services to get money in. Another dentist mentioned the same procedure for a quarter of what they quoted me.
