Fantastic experience: I’m traditionally quite anxious going to the dentist but I had a really good experience at Anne’s Lane Dental. Brilliant location, fabulous care and very reasonably priced. Chapeau to the dentist Paul, Dorota and the team. I’ll be back here again the next time i require dental care.

Negative experience: Absolute waste of money and time. If you want to be hit with hidden charges, have rushed botched work or LITERALLY be lied to face blank then come here. Just save urself time and money and go to turkey

Fantastic experience: This is maybe the first time I walk out very happy from a dentist visit in my life, long story short, ladies in the waiting room assisted me very nicely, once upstares my cleaning was fast as never before with great quality results, previously, they xray my tooths, the Dr knew my whole situation perfectly, advising me what to do next, avoiding me unecesary treatments that I thought I might need, great etichs if you ask me, at least that's the feeling I got, thank you all!

Fantastic experience: Dr.Paul fixed my smile - I went on a year long journey with him wanting to do retainers. He always had my health and needs as top priority, always honest and explaining what is possible and why we are doing certain treatments. After just a year I got the smile I always dreamed of thanks to him and his trusty assistant Ivana. I would recommend his Dental Practice 10/10 times to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Unfortunately I've been to quite a few dentists in my days and Dr Paul is the best I've met. He is extremely kind and professional and I have total confidence in him when I'm in the chair. The staff in the clinic are welcoming and friendly. The clinic is very modern and is kitted out with all the latest gear.

Negative experience: I had a disappointing experience at this dental clinic. Initially, I chose this place because of the many positive reviews on Google, but my experience did not match those high ratings. While the other staff members were very friendly, I encountered several issues that led me to switch dentists. I initially needed a filling, but this led to an infection in my tooth. Consequently, I had to undergo a root canal and get a crown. During one visit, I was unsure about getting the crown that day, and Paul was very rude, telling me, "If something goes wrong, it's your tooth, not because of me." He emphasized that the root canal was needed due to my tooth and not because of the filling he made. My new dentist, who is very kind and professional, informed me that I should have been given a form for reimbursement after paying for the crown, which Paul never mentioned. Overall, my experience at this clinic was unsatisfactory, and I cannot recommend it.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Paul Hooi is the principal dentist at St Anne’s Lane Dental, in Dublin 2. His skill as a dentist is obvious to anyone who attends him, and in addition to this, his eye for the aesthetic and his engineering background uniquely qualify him as a specialist in implants and cosmetic dental surgery. On intake he paid close attention to my needs and the advice he gave was impeccable from both a practical and aesthetic point of view. The focus he applies is remarkable, as is his respectful attitude. I am delighted to have found this practice.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Dr. Paul, his technique is very good. My front teeth were decay and he helped me fix it perfectly. He told me he is half Chinese, I am so proud, he really is an excellent dentist! Before that, I was very afraid of going to the dentist, and I would still extract and implant teeth in this clinic:)

Positive experience: I went to the clinic yesterday for a cleaning. It was the shortest cleaning session I ever got, started at 9:30 and by 9:47 they finished the check up, xray and the cleaning. The doctor wasn't helpful at all, when I told him that I still have stains he told me that even if they take them out, the stains will come back again (that's the purpose of the cleaning). The worst 115 EUR spent in my life. Later edit: I confirm that i got a refund and the doctor called to explain and apologise, which I highly appreciate. We all can have a bad day, but if this is not the standard but a mistake, it's understandable. That's why I'm moving my review from 1 to 3 stars.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend this dental. Dr Paul is very professional, patient and thoughtful. He won’t let you feel any uncomfortable. All the staff are friendly. I have fantastic experience here. Don’t feel nervous or stressed to visit here, the extraction doesn’t pain as I imagined. And the price is reasonable. Would come back here to have a deep clean and implant a new tooth.

Fantastic experience: I can't praise Dr Paul Hooi and his team enough, he has done extensive work for me to save my teeth. I have never come across a dentist who truly cares for the patient and has their best interests at heart. He did an excellent job with my tricky bridge and now I am getting two crowns to save two teeth which is also not straightforward! Brilliant dentist!

Fantastic experience: I am coming from the US and contacted the office to possibly have some work done. After reviewing the x-rays I emailed to them Dr. Hooi felt it best I go to specialist and referred me to one he trusts and works with. Although I did not end up going to this clinic they were incredibly helpful and very kind to help me.

Fantastic experience: Wanted to thank Paul for really going out of his way to help me with a broken bridge that happened whilst I was travelling in Dublin. He provided me with honest advice and speedily provided a solution (he worked over night to make me a retainer). I was blown away by his generosity and professional service. Fantastic experience: Oh my god, one of the best, if not the best dentist that I could have ever gone to. He is so delicate, takes good care of the patients. The receptionist is lovely, really sweet. And the assistant, I'm actually in love haha, really charismatic. Would 100% recommend. Even with the eyes closed. 1000/10.

Fantastic experience: I cracked my molar in the middle of the lockdown and so I was desperate to find a dentist in the middle of COVID-19 restrictions. Thankfully, Paul and his team were able to see me on such short notice. I must say that I am a nervous patient (always hated going to the dentist for as long as I can remember) but Paul was able to make the procedure as painless as possible! Now I don't even remember why I always feared going to the dentist in the first place. He takes the time to explain the situation, procedure, and answers all questions you have. He also builds great rapport with his patients and knows how to ease your nerves, which is very very helpful. Highly recommend! 10 stars out of 5!

Fantastic experience: If I could give more than a 5-star rating to Paul and his team, I would! I’d recommend him for all your dental needs, but I have been particularly impressed by the aesthetic dentistry (composite bonding) work he did for me. Fantastic experience: My family and I were travelling to Ireland for a big family reunion and whilst holidaying in Greece 1 week prior my tooth decided to have a fight with the pit of a Kalamata olive and cracked it in half! We proceeded to email about 5 dentists in Dublin to see if anyone could help at such short notice. All of the responses were nice but Paul’s response really stuck out to us. He was so adamant about helping us out and making sure the tooth was right for the reunion. His response to our email was very personal and made us want to go to him to get it fixed. He did an amazing job and got the tooth fixed on the day just as he said he would with great result! I would highly recommend Paul to anyone needing dentistry work.

Fantastic experience: I recently visited Anne's Lane Dental Centre as a new client based on a friend's recommendation. I booked in for a general check up, scale and polish and was seen by Dr Caitriona Kieran. As my wedding is coming up I also wanted to inquire about whitening treatments. Dr Kieran took the time to talk me through my whitening options and even took tray moulds on the day to save me coming back. I found Anne's Lane to be a warm, welcoming boutique practice without the clinical feel of many other dental centres. The staff were very professional but also very friendly. I will definitely be returning to Dr Kieran for any and all further treatments.

Fantastic experience: Let's face it no one likes the dentist but credit where it's due, Dr. Dunne and the team at Anne's Lane really are the best there is. I had quite a lot of work done in preparation for my wedding day and I was thrilled with all that they did. Additionally, the staff are so lovely - conscious of the fact that I have had negative experiences elsewhere in the past, they made every effort to ensure I was comfortable at all times so that my experience with them was a positive one, and it was!! I highly recommend them & I would never waste my time and money with money-making chains again!

Jennifer made me feel at ease all the way through and explained everything that would happen, before it did. I have a 2nd appointment coming up that I am not dreading. Fantastic experience: I had a bad experience with the dentist when I was younger and developed a bit of a fear due to it. Since being with Jenny and her welcoming team, I no longer dread going to the dentist!
