The treatment itself was quick and painless. All aftercare required was explained and follow up app made to suit your schedule. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Have to praise the staff at Sisu in Killarney. Hailey and Sarah are so professional and never mind that I never seem to have remembered to complete my documents. First visit with Dr. Sam , excellent and wonderful manners.

Negative experience: Results update --One month after the supposed Botox touch-up, the new vertical lines on my forehead are still clearly visible, my eyelids remain droopy, and there is abnormal muscle movement in the forehead area. The touch-up was done by Dr. Sam to fix the damage caused by Dr. Susana. The clinic has not offered any solution or refunded the money-- I had a botulinum toxin treatment at Sisu Clinic on March 24th with Dr. Sussana. I have previous experience with this type of treatment in other clinics, and from the beginning, I noticed that the result was clearly poor. Seeing that the outcome wasn’t right, I contacted the clinic’s director and asked to be seen by a different professional. He responded quickly, and 16 days later, Dr. Sam saw me for a correction. During the appointment, he assured me that the problem would be fixed, but that has definitely not been the case. Since then, I have been left with droopy eyelids, heaviness, under-eye puffiness, irregular eyebrow movement, and deep lines across my forehead. I also developed bruising that hasn’t resolved weeks later. I am attaching chronological photos from day one to today to show the negative progression of the treatment. I have emailed all responsible parties, including the clinic’s director, and have received no response whatsoever. My experience has been frustrating and emotionally distressing. I do not recommend this clinic: the lack of follow-up, accountability for adverse effects, and total silence in response to complaints is unacceptable from any clinic claiming to be professional. Also, it's very suspicious that most of the 5-star reviews on Google were posted on the same days, all excessively praising the clinic. This raises serious concerns about their authenticity. Bad Botox, bad professionals.

Fantastic experience: Visited the sisu clinic in killarney on a few occasions. Suzanna the doctor there is brilliant at what she does and so lovely. Aisling and aideen on reception are really friendly and welcoming . They all make you feel so at ease . Amazing clinic overall.
