Fantastic experience: Had my first Guided Biofilm Therapy session today. I get so nervous about dental appointments – I hate the scraping and the noise! But this? No noise, minimal scraping and honestly, it was so comfortable. I’ll definitely be sticking with this from now on.

Fantastic experience: I don’t normally leave reviews at all but I couldn’t not for kingdom clinic! Having quite a severe real phobia to needles to the piont of feeling faint , feeling like getting sick and hysterically crying it always makes me anxious to have to get anything done involving needles. I had to get my 4 wisdom teeth extracted and chose to be put under sedation. Dr Eddie Fahy and the incredible dental nurse were beyond amazing. Unfortunately I didn’t catch the dental nurses name but she was particularly helpful, gentle and calming as Dr Eddie Fahy worked on getting me sedated. While I know it is hard to understand a phoebe if you don’t personally suffer with it but they both still made me feel validated and tried to help in the best ways they could ! They were both very incredibly patient and gentle even though I know I would have made their job more difficult. I can’t thank and praise them both enough !! Once I was under sedation I didn’t feel a thing at all. I can’t even remember the procedure at all ! The staff in the clinic are super lovely and the clinic itself is beautiful and very relaxing. I could not recommend this clinic enough. Hopefully I’ll never have to have a similar dental procedure involving needles any time soon but if I did I’d choose this dental clinic over and over

Fantastic experience: Excellent service, staff were kind and friendly, dentist work was off the charts and they were clearly very educated and skilled in their profession. I am elated with their work and I will be recommending this clinic to every person I meet. I will be going back there if I have any more problems!

Fantastic experience: The service was both comforting and straightforward. Highly recommend for anyone who has had prior bad experiences with a Dentist.

Negative experience: Definitely don't recommend. The upper part of the implant fell out of the gum, we went there for help because it's cost dearly and the gum heals very fast, but receptionist said straight away that they didn't do that implant so they won't help. I said " it was made in Ukraine, so you think we should go there to fix it?!" She said " I can make you an appointment to put new implant in our clinic, but someone's job we won't take" . I said " so you will take out a good implant from the bone to put yours??" .she said" you can go to other clinic" . I said" it's the only one, specialized on implants in town" . she said " you can go to Tralee". I said " that's not very professional, we only need to put small part back " ,she said they didn't have instrument without showing it to the doctor!! It's shocking that implant clinic doesn't have instruments for implants!!! My mom was very upset, her pressure went up, she thought if implant clinic can't help,she would have to go to Ukraine to a real professional! But in other clinic, not implant specialized, receptionist was very polite, showed implant to the doctor and for less than 10 minutes they put it to the gum!

Fantastic experience: On my multiple visits over the last 12 months, the professionalism from all the staff was of a high standard. The Clinic itself is bright and airy, with a relaxing atmosphere. The staff are friendly and extremely efficient. At each Consultation procedures and subsequent findings were at all times explained in detail. I can strongly recommend the Kingdom Clinic.

Fantastic experience: I have not enough words or (stars )to say about this practice I have most awful fear of going to the dentist to where I go into a panic attack I met with Eddie and Anne Marie awhile back for a consultation I was so relaxed after it I made my appointment went back to get two teeth removed they were so professional, kind, patient and made me so relaxed… the gentleness was outstanding . I highly recommend this practice the ladies at the reception are lovely and calming the best experience I have EVER had.

She made me feel so comfortable and at ease. The whole experience was painless. She's a professional and knows how to handle a nervous patient.

Fantastic experience: I had a cracked tooth which was in need of extraction. Was lucky with a cancellation before I called so they could fit me in on the same day. Service was exceptional and the dentist was so informative and thorough it made the process so much easier on me. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Tomas Allen is the best periodontist by far in Ireland. Extremely professional and extremely experienced. State of the art clinic absolutely spotless. Will never rip you off or charge you more money like other periodontists. He will go above and beyond to make sure he gives you the best treatment at the lowest price. Extremely efficient and amazing at what he does. Extremely well run clinic the best in the country. All the staff are very friendly brilliant customer service. Cannot say enough great things about Tomas Allen.

Negative experience: Edit: The clinic has since contacted me and told me that they erred by not telling me when my underage daughter had an appointment because my ex told them that I was not entitled to this information. They have apologized. I have their email that states as much so their reply is a lie. I would of changed my review to more stars if they did not attempt to defame my character. I'll make sure to let GDPR know where you have erred in your interpretation of GDPR regulations. Receptionist refused to give me any information about my children’s exams and appointments. When I first contacted the clinic with questions about my children’s dental care. The receptionist stated “it’s their policy to only work with and communicate with one parent”. When asked that she put that in writing, she suddenly started to share information. Today she refused to even tell me when my daughter had an appointment. She repeatedly refused. They were fine to give me information so that I could pay though. Their are ridiculously overpriced. They charged us €120 for an exam and x-ray only. All other dentists both in Kerry and Cork that I called charged that for the initial exam, X-rays and a dental cleaning.

Fantastic experience: I recently completed some aesthetic dental work at Kingdom Clinic and I could not praise Michael and the team there any more highly. I knew from the first appointment that I was in safe hands and I am thrilled with the results. Every little detail was looked after to the highest level of professionalism and with great transparency all the way along. I would highly recommend this Clinic and in fact, have already done so to family and friends.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to the Kingdom Clinic as I required a specialist to perform a procedure. I wasn't particularly looking forward to this but should not have been concerned. Dr Margaret O'Connor was fantastic, not only brilliant during the procedure but at exuding calmness which made me feel completely at ease. Thanks too to her dental nurse who was brilliant as well, as were the staff on reception, in what was possibly the cleanest building I have ever visited. Well done everyone, and thank you once again.

Fantastic experience: Truly a wonderful experience from start to finish! I had dental implants and the results surpassed my expecctations! Dr Michael Healy couldn't have been more kind and attentive and his attention to detail and the precision of his work was simply marvellous! The end result is I went from hiding my smile to now smiling with a huge confidence! All the other staff whom I encountered were lovely too! Negative experience: Terrible experience was dealing with micheal healy for over 6 months for a denture that he couldn't do with all he's so called experience, which he didn't know had he 13, 9 or 3 years experience, very ignorant man an always in a rush to get you out the door, he doesn't care about his patients your only a number, I highly recommend to stay well away crazy over priced for very poor quality work, they pray on an manipulate people that are to quiet to speak up for themselves, stay well away from these con people! the cheek to charge €900 for a denture that only costs €350 when you go direct to a technician, an to make it worse not able to produce the product, wasters!

Fantastic experience: TERRIBLE. THE LADY AT RECEPTION POUNCED IMMEDIATELY FOR MONEY UPON MY ARRIVAL. BELIEVE ME, THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE PATIENT'S WELLBEING. MONEY IS THEIR GOD.

Negative experience: An awful experience for a 12 year old child who was referred for gas and air extraction The dentists arrogance is such that she ignores sensible advice. She insisted to try extract overcrowded teeth without the gas —resulting in absolute panic for an (otherwise un-pampered) child who just fears dentists. Her ego (I know better) is insufferable, it may suit a career lab testing innocent mice but if you’re charging humans €800 for 4 teeth, maybe consider your customer service? A nightmare!, waste of everyone’s time and thanks but no thanks from a nervous child !

Dr Michael Healy and Dr Tom Allen and all their support staff are very thorough, supportive and friendly. My treatment was designed in consultation with me, and explained in detail at each stage resulting in my complete trust in their professionalism and ability. Fantastic experience: Over a year ago I’ve had some dental treatment at the Kingdom clinic. The experience was a very positive one. The clinic itself is spotlessly clean, modern and a very welcome space. All the staff there are very efficient, polite, and helpful. I’ve mainly been dealing with Dr Michael Healy in recent times. I find him to be very thorough, knowledgeable and takes time to explain what he is doing during the appointment. He is very happy to explain procedures and the follow up care is wonderful. I would recommend this clinic highly.

Fantastic experience: I couldn't recommend Kingdom Clinic highly enough. I had to get a very large filling recently and was very nervous. Margaret the dentist took great care and time to discuss the procedure beforehand and agreed that sedation would be a suitable option for me. Margaret was very calm and gentle in her approach and put me totally at ease for the duration of the treatment. I am pain free ever since and so grateful that Margaret has taken my agonising pain away. A fantastic service and would not hesitate to come back should I have any other dental issues!!

Fantastic experience: Really fantastic experience, came in for a consultation on a damaged wisdom tooth and Sinead was brilliant, seen it needed to come out and acted immediately to save me pain/infection. Was nervous before going to sort this and now that I done it I'm only sorry I didn't go sooner. Couldn't recommend all the staff and facilities enough.

Negative experience: Rip-off Clinic! €150 for a dental filling while the so called "dentist" try to convince to do everything else to empty all of your pockets. Same problem and same pain exist after a month. Avoid at any cost!!!

Fantastic experience: Had a consultation with their oral surgeon. Really lovely atmosphere. Friendly and helpful receptionists. The lady I spoke to about my future procedures put me at ease made me feel very comfortable and explained everything that I had queries about. Recommend for nervous people. They make you feel like a person and not just a case to deal with. And up to date machinery. So far so good :) looking forward to my procedure knowing that I am going to be looked after very well. Negative experience: Unfortunately, didn't get as far as making an appointment. Before even asking our query, the receptionist left us waiting for 5 minutes while she made phone calls. Im not willing to put up with this type of rude behaviour, so I left at that point. Went a few doors up and spoke with someone nice and friendly who was able to assist with organising the implants I needed.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely brilliant, everyone is so nice...never felt so relaxed... highly recommend this clinic. 5 stars every day.
