Negative experience: The girl who treated me was so nice and had a lovely experience getting it done but definitely not worth the money. Treatment leaves your teeth looking white immediately after but results fade pretty much over night. Really disappointed feels like a complete waste of money.

Fantastic experience: Perfect! The staff at the white house were really great today. I had to reschedule an appointment and Johana was cheerful and very helpful on the phone. She sorted everything out for me. Grissel was also very kind and she took time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and whitened my teeth. Negative experience: Disappointed with the results. She didn't the same treatment with the polished teeth whitening procedure in arnotts I noticed that. Looks exactly the same. As before. It's better to go to your own Denitis. Price more expensive but worth it .then these teeth whitening clinic.

Negative experience: Went in for whitening expecting a visible change in my teeth, however was very disappointed by the effect. My teeth look exactly the same as before and honestly I would not have done it knowing the outcome. I must say the dentist was really nice though. I would not recommend since the outcome is not worth the expense.

Negative experience: I have left 1 star, not because of the technician because she was very nice (brown thomas) but for the result. I was immediately unhappy with the result and I emailed when I got home. I then had to follow up because my email went unanswered. I wanted a refund but they would not give me a refund because I, according to their scale, I had achieved 5 shades whiter (this was not noticeable). I had to go all the way back into the clinic for them to only give me a whitening kit free of charge that apparently does not use the light (so therefore less effective). I can use the kit, but I am already as bright "as I can get". Therefore, I am not sure why they gave me this. This whole experience was just unpleasant and was a pity since it was a birthday gift. I do not recommend and if I was shown what it would look like after the treatment there is no way I would have done it

Negative experience: Went for teeth whitening a couple of days before an event. Treatment was very professional, comfortable, and the dentist was lovely. However the results were extremely minimal after treatment, and had disappeared by the next morning. I was offered a complimentary top-up after my treatment (which probably should have told me it was going to be needed) but couldn’t make it back in with the event and other appointments. I also wouldn’t have chosen the service knowing it wouldn’t have full results the first time. Have emailed The White House twice in the past month with zero reply. Positive experience: My wife and i had our teeth whitened at The White House at Brown Thomas. It was our first time doing this and so we didn’t know what to expect. Carol was very professional and made us feel welcomed and relaxed. It was great that we could both be treated at the same time, in two separate rooms. The treatment takes about 50 mins and is divided into 3 by 15 minute sessions. For me i found the process very uncomfortable as i couldn’t swallow properly and halfway through the second session the mouth guard came out and i swallowed a load of gel. Carol was very attentive and managed to get me fixed up and i finished the treatment. But i wasn’t impressed by the results. My teeth were maybe two shades whiter and there were patches of discolouration. My wife on the other hand was very pleased with her results. Its very noticeable how much brighter her smile now is! Maybe 10 shades!!!
