Fantastic experience: I recently visited Dental Care Ireland Mayfield for a tooth extraction, and I’m genuinely impressed by the level of care I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and made me feel at ease — which was important because I was quite nervous about the procedure. The dentist took time to explain everything clearly before starting. The numbing process was smooth, and I barely felt anything during the extraction. What I appreciated most was how gentle and precise the dentist was — the whole process was much quicker and more comfortable than I expected. After the procedure, I was given clear instructions on how to care for the area and what to expect during recovery. They even followed up the next day to make sure everything was healing properly.

Fantastic experience: I am using Dental care Ireland Mayfield since 1997. Pat my dentist since, treats people as humans and not as clients. He is an examplary to set for medical care staff. I would definitely recommend this dental care Mayfield.

I was looked after so well by everyone from the receptionist to the dentist named Margo and her team. I couldn't believe how relaxed I was in there while I was getting work done. You are made to feel welcome and relaxed from the moment you arrive. I myself have major Dental phobia and they always make me feel comfortable about any procedure I am about to have done. I want to praise Kerry in reception, she has always tried to advise and accommodate me for any appointments. I have had experience with most of the Dental team and I have to say the care I have received has been exceptional. Fantastic experience: There's always a friendly welcome upon arrival in reception. Very rarely do you have to wait very long to be seen by the dentist. I go to the hygienst regularly and she is so pleasant and gentle and knows my dental history, I feel very comfortable.

Fantastic experience: I had been with my Dentist for 25yrs and he retired so I needed a new dentist . I’d heard good things about Dental Care in Mayfield so decided to try them. Well, I wasn’t disappointed. The Dentist was wonderful, she explained everything that was to be done. I wasn’t in the slightest bit nervous. The receptionist was lovely and friendly and her manner would put you at ease. I highly recommend them.

Negative experience: I have been trying to ring this place for months because I badly needed an appointment. Finally i got through to them only to find out they blacklisted me and blocked my number over 5 missed appointments. They made it out that I just didn't bother showing up for these appointments when in fact i cancelled in advance. 3 of them from 6 to 7 years ago. All appointments had been cancelled by me in advance because I was busy or something came up with work only to be rescheduled for which I did show up then. I was then told I had to pay a €20 penalty if I wanted to be seen after they ignored me initially. I have been going to this dentist for about 15 years now and i never will again. Stay away

Fantastic experience: I cannot fault my experience, from the girls on Reception who tried to fit me in as best they could when I was in pain with a toothache, to Dr Ciara Cronin and the Dental Hygienist who were able to identify the problem and it was rectified there and then
