Fantastic experience: Excellent service displayed by Gavin to do a crown next to my wisdom tooth. Pain prevention was key and the completion of works was done to perfection.

Fantastic experience: I needed to have a piece of my braces put back in, and they managed to schedule me for the very next day. The service was really quick, and everyone treated me very well.

Fantastic experience: Cork dental care have the most caring and informative staff. The cleanliness and comfort of the clinic is unbelievable and how they explain step by step and explain is clear detail the different options is so helpful. It is difficult to get an appointment and also they can be delayed at times but this shows they are giving each client extra care and not rushing them out the door so I am happy to wait.

Positive experience: The dental staff are lovely, professional and helpful. The premises are excellent. However admin let the practice down. Emails and phone messages go unanswered and so I waited 11 weeks for a refund of my €20 booking deposit.

Negative experience: I don’t mind paying high-end prices for good service, but when I tried to book an appointment today and provided the days I’m available, the next available date is in late March. I even asked if there’s any chance of seeing a different dentist, but it seems like a bit of a hassle to get an appointment with anyone else (apparently once you change the practitioner you cannot switch back) What? It’s a shame because the reception team’s responses feel almost rude via email, as if they’re going out of their way to be unhelpful. I have a wedding coming up and was happy trust Cork Dental Care with the prep, now I sadly have to find a different practice.

We will always be very grateful for receiving my daughter, even though she had already started treatment elsewhere. They have very good hands. SCAMMERS at your first appointment the will retain 20 euros and telling you they will be returned after 4 WORKING WEEKS (which is a absurd amount of time) in your appointment day they'll be trying to find any excuse so you can spend that amount. today after 3 month and many mails they finally returned my money, they are not serious clinic, they are scammers

Fantastic experience: I cannot commend this dentist enough. I wasn’t a patient here but after ringing explaining my situation on how my previous dentist wouldn't see me this fantastic dentist saw me within 2 days of the phone call. Every member of staff I spoke to was kind and extremely helpful. I’ve always had a fear of dentists but the wonderful dentist who treated me spoke through and explained everything he was doing. It was such a calm experience. I cannot thank you all enough. I was patched up in now time. The building is extremely clean and sanitary. The prices are also extremely reasonable. The might seem expensive at first but with the care and treatment you receive, it is 100% worth it.

She gave me plenty of options with regards to how my teeth could be fixed and adjusted, along with a flexible schedule for appointments. Negative experience: Strange dental clinic where there are no dentists working on Monday, or so they say. Only a hygienist who cannot possibly look at your mouth, she is prohibited from doing so as much as the receptionists are, or so they say… patients are welcome to look for help elsewhere they say. Really strange place!

Negative experience: My boyfriend went in for a teeth cleaning, they told him he needs an examination also but was not told that that would cost 60 euro extra. All they could do is apologise but that's too late once the work was done and bill was paid. They did not make clear that he needed an examination to proceed with the cleaning. 90 euro alone for cleaning is expensive. Make sure you get a break down of what's being done and at what price.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Amanda Louis and all her assisting nurses are always so gentle, caring and comforting. All other staff are also the same, just amazing! Having a huge fear of needles and anything to do with dental work, Amanda never fails to put me and ease. Although prices are high, you do get what you pay for and Cork Dental Care are worth it! I couldn’t thank you all enough.

The Dental Assistants were very attentive to instruments. The lady at the front desk Amy was also very courteous and helpful. Well done all.

Fantastic experience: I started my Invisalign journey back in June 2023, I met with Grainne and the team who put me right at ease and explained everything really well. I was very conscious of my front teeth when I smiled so much so that I changed the way I smiled to hide them.. As I am getting married in 2025, I wanted to fix this problem and getting Invisalign braces was the solution for me, Grainne walked me through the entire process and I felt really at ease in her care, I fully believe an investment in yourself is a fantastic investment! So now in January 2024, I have come to the end of my journey and the time really flew in the end and it’s time now to show off my wonderful smile and it’s all down to Grainne and the amazing team in Cork Dental Care..

Fantastic experience: After decades of avoiding the dentist due to a real phobia of needles and anything to do with the dentist in general,I finally decided to do what needed to be done. I did a bit of searching online and Cork City dental has some really positive and reassuring reviews from nervous patients. When I booked in initially I explained my fears to them and they put me at ease immediately.I can't thank Dr. Grania O Connell and her entire team enough. Every appointment went so easy in their expert hands that the whole experience was like a weight lifting off me. Four appointments later and I am feeling so happy with all the work done . I wish I hadn't waited half my life to get my teeth fixed, but I know I won't miss an appointment with the lovely staff at this fantastic business in the future. I just want to say a hugh wide smile thank you again to everyone that works there.

Fantastic experience: I have visited this clinic on occasion over the last few years and I was never disappointed. I was seeing Dr. Emma at first, and now recently Dr. Ofeibea for a couple of fillings and a cleaning. I'm a nervous patient usually, but I was particularly nervous about the cleaning, due to sensitive teeth and some bad experiences, but it was painless. Dr. Ofeibea is very kind and non judgemental, while doing an amazing job. I would definitely recommend.

Negative experience: Can someone tell me how much a new implant costs? I've written several e-mails asking about this and they themselves don't know how much it's worth or tell me a price. I've been told that in order to tell me the price of an implant, just that information, I need to pay 50e. Has anyone else done this? It's never happened to me in another clinic. Thanks a lot.

Fantastic experience: I have had Gavin for a number of years for general check ups. Firstly he helped put my mind at ease with a tricky wisdom tooth extraction. He helped dispel the negatives around the process. This further led to the opportunity to straighten my teeth with Invisalign. To date I have just finished the whole process ending with some composite bonding to finish off my smile. I cannot reccomend Gavin enough for the time and professionalism he puts into his work. I’m delighted with the finished product. Also Many thanks to all the gang in there. Professional all round especially around email receipts and appointment reminders via text.

Even from day one, when I went for my first consultation, she gave me all the right advice and was very reassuring about my treatment plan. During my treatment, when I went in for interim check in’s, to see how I was getting on with my treatment, she was again reassuring and encouraging. You can really tell that Dr Grania wants the best for all of her patients! Fantastic experience: Omg if you are afraid of the dentist book in with Emma straight away! I hadn’t been for TEN YEARS due to traumatic experiences with previous dentists. I’m also autistic so going to the dentist is a sensory nightmare. However I cracked my tooth and the pain was so bad I booked an appointment. Emma and her assistant were so kind, communicative and helpful and completely non judgmental. I cried at the end of my appointment due to relief at finally getting rid of my lifelong fear. Also Emma is really skilled she managed to extract my badly cracked tooth in one piece in a few seconds.I am so relieved and happy I am going to go to my regular check ups now and it’s going to be no big deal to me. Fantastic experience: Always a very positive experience with Graine. She explains what and why she is doing things and works very swiftly. I have also felt very well taken care of during my Invisalign journey. An excellent practice all round.

Negative experience: I would highly recommend to avoid Doctor Amanda. I was miss-diagnosed twice by her. First time, I had a simple filling to do and she told me i need a root canal without properly even examine the tooth. When I got a second opinion it was clear that there is no root canal needed, the toots was done 2 years ago by normal filling and no problem with it, of course it was done by another dentist. Recently i went in to reattach my retainer, and Doctor Amanda told me that i need tooth cleaning, when my tooth were perfectly clean and I had done 3 weeks prior full scaling. This is obvious that this Doctor is not honest and tries to find issues that do not exist to make bigger profit. so unethical. Plus she cant even do her job properly, each job she done with my teeth, was very poor quality. I will never visit that clinic again.

Fantastic experience: I couldn’t recommend Cork Dental Care enough. I always feel I am in safe hands here. Prices are extremely competitive, staff are friendly, professional and efficient. The staff go out of their way to accommodate you and are always an absolute pleasure to deal with. Heather at reception in particular made bookings and revenue reimbursement etc related to my treatment as uncomplicated as possible. She is always extremely welcoming and always remembers my name each time I walked through the door which immediately puts you at ease. Grania is an expert at what she does and gave me amazing advice, care and time at every visit. Her attention to detail is second to none. Fantastic experience: I have been attending Cork dental care for a number of years and have always been delighted with the way I have been treated. Everyone puts you at ease and communicates exactly what is going on. I have this year alone attended for numerous reasons including a clean and polish, a checkup, fillings and recently a new crown. All done with a friendly and professional manner. The standard of care and the end results are nothing short of amazing. Dr Emma has given me my smile back.

Negative experience: Horrific service. Phones NEVER answered. Waited 25 mins after apt time to be told it "wasn't ideal" to be left waiting??!!! I've literally tried to contact this surgery 26 times for both myself and my partner (who unfortunately is tied to this surgery for now). Beyond frustrating to deal with. Avoid.

Negative experience: Terrible consumer service I would never ever do this or write a review but I'm still in shock at how they treated my mom yesterday my mom went in for me as I had work told the lady at reception my situation and told her I held a medical card the lady then said ohh no we don't except those witch is completely understandable and from that point on shut her off but before my mom could say she's willing to pay what ever the cost the lady then proceeded to say that I can recommend somewhere cheaper and says Shandon Street accept medical cards also putting down another business now number 1. You should never assume that a customer is not willing to pay for the service and should never treat or speak to anyone for that matter like she did and should never put down a business like she did and number 2. Medical card users have those for a reason mine been i had a horrific fall nearly 2 years ago needed multiple operations and care and medication witch is still going on to this day and couldn't afford the expenses and it was the start of covid not that I need to explain myself iv tried dealing with this over email have not had a response and they should never speak to anyone like she did yesterday there was also some other things said I won't mention but my point being is educate your staff on situations like this never assume people are not willing to pay or cannot afford to pay because they held a medical card and be kind you never no what anyone is going through

Positive experience: I Had my invisalign done here with amanda she is absolutely fantastic always so helpful and made me always feel at ease ( major dentist fear I have) nothing was ever an issue for Amanda. My invisalign journey with her was amazing and the service was second to none. Heather at reception is just a gem always so kind and chatty to everyone her customer service skills are amazing. My Reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is just because of the teeth whitening I didn't find very good at all I used it for 2 weeks followed all the instructions I dont smoke and I use a straw for coffee but still didn't see any good results from it. When I mentioned to amanda she advised me to buy the stronger whitening nightime set but I didn't as I didn't want to be dissatisfied having to pay an extra €100 for this. Overall I would 100% reccomend cork dental care so clean and professional.

Negative experience: I didn’t get to try their services!!! I rang with a swollen tooth because they are the nearest dental practice. The most amazing voice at the other end reassured me that she is going to review all the appointments for the next day and in one hour and a half she would get back to me. I am still waiting… 3 days after. I absolutely understand that they are busy but I cannot accept promises when you know you can’t deliver. It was better not answering the phone or refusing as too busy. Making a promise has to mean something especially when you know that someone is in pain. I was very disappointed with my experience.

Fantastic experience: Overall the experience I have had with cork dental care from the moment I walked in the building has been nothing short of exceptional. Having had longstanding issues with my teeth, I have visited many top dentists but none have compared to the level of service I have experienced here. Whilst I had a lot of work done, I want to acknowledge the hygienist Holly (she is nothing short of a miracle worker). I am in absolute disbelief at the difference in the appearance in my teeth from a good proper clean. I would definitely recommend paying the extra 20 euro for the extra powerful clean - absolute amazing. Best money I've spent in ages. And what a bonus to have such friendly and all around lovely staff

Fantastic experience: I have been attending the dental hygienist named Hollie in Cork Dental Care over the past 2 or so years. As someone who doesn’t particularly enjoy trips to the dentist, Hollie makes me feel so at ease the minute I step through the door. She is both professional and friendly . I’m always thrilled with how my teeth feel and look after my trip to the dental hygienist. She is so attentive and gentle in her practice , and I wouldn’t think of going to anyone else !

Fantastic experience: I first heard about Cork Dental through word of mouth (excuse the pun) in work and I only heard good things so I decided to check it out and for a guy who isn’t very fond of the dentist I must say I was pleasantly put at ease by all the staff from when I walked in for my first check up Dr.Grainne and her team. I decided to go for The Invisalign treatment which was under Dr.Grainne herself, she took me through the full Invisalign process which consists of a full breakdown of how my teeth will look on a 3D computer system ( the coolest part) from start to finish and once that was finished I honestly could not wait to get started. I am now on my 11th set out of 14 and i notice such a big change already my over crowding has levelled out, my teeth are so straight and the process has been super easy and very little to no discomfort throughout. I would happily recommend there professional services to anybody who is in anyway shy of the dentist, they really look after you inside there and serviced with a smile. Thank you Cork Dental Care

Fantastic experience: I recently had to get some last minute dental work and I decided to go to Cork Dental after hearing some good reviews. Everything in the consultation was explained in a very easy way to me. I was able to get slotted in for a few appointments after this before I moved from Cork. They really made an effort to get me in every time. All the reception and dental staff were a huge help to me and I would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I don’t think I ever enjoyed going to see the dentist until I started going to cork dental care. An absolutely brilliant dentistry ! They take such good care of me ever time and make me feel 100% comfortable. Aside from how accommodating they are (and they are super accommodating) they have my best interest at heart. My teeth are in such good health and also sparking white I’d like to add. I recently got another 3 vials of teeth whitening gels and when I collected it they had put some small little goodies in my bag. Honestly I can’t recommend them enough!

I wouldn't go anywhere else again and they aren't exactly local to me. 50 mins drive each way but worth it! Have recommended to all my family and both my mother and sister now visit them also
