Negative experience: Went their reason was sensitivity to a certain tooth, they took and X-ray and said my filling was ok but food getting stuck between teeth so she tried to solve the problem. A week later I’m in absolute agony, pain I never experienced before my visit and rang them to be told to come in. Dentist asked me what the problem was, I explained and she just gave me antibiotic and strong painkillers bear in mind without checking then said I need a root canal. Took anti biotics for a few days and pain didn’t ease at all. Went to a dentist elsewhere and they sorted my tooth with a new filling and said I don’t need a root canal. I would avoid here if you are using medical card they look down at you and do their best to get money out of you. Worst experience ever.

Negative experience: Got an extraction last Wednesday with Daniel, phoned the next day to say I was feeling unwell with bad pain, temperature and swollen jaw; told by dental nurse Daniel was not there and would not be back for a month and this was normal after extraction. Awake all Thursday nigh in agony with temperature and went down to Oaklawn on Friday asking for an anti-biotic; was told only one dentist there and she had back to back appointments and would have to wait, would have taken less than a minute to see that I had a very bad infection and write a script. Fortunately was able to get the urgent medical help I needed elsewhere. Won't ever be back.

Negative experience: Been made a liar is not OK. But twice is unacceptable. Firstly told I was given my son's moulds from before and after braces were removed. Then the assistant found them! My son had an accident and needed orthodontist treatment that was going through insurance which was explained in the initial consultation. No x-rays or notes taken. When braces were removed I asked for an email to send to insurance company to be charged 45 euro for a meeting to which she requested for a report which in the meeting Madina stated she can't mention trama as she didn't deal with it? And to seek medical records from dental hospital. Never mentioned 150 to fill out a report? So called me today to say I needed to pay 150 for a report that is of no use to me? Very dismissive and insisted she told me and that her receptionist told me of the cost. No such thing! I was recommended to go here when Noel worked here but would not recommend this dental surgery.

Fantastic experience: I am petrified of dentists but not of Áine.She is extremely professional, reassuring, calming and patient. The dental nurses, receptionist are extremely helpful and always put me at ease. I would highly recommend this practice.

Negative experience: Avoid this dentist at all costs. I waited over a month for this appointment (medical card) and when i went in on Monday for the extraction i was told i would have to come back on Thursday. At first i was given an evening appointment which was fine with me but Madina changed it to morning. I said thats fine but im coming from Newbridge and i can only leave at 9am because i have to do the school run. She still booked me in fpr 9:15am knowing itll take at least 30-40minutes to get there. 5 minutes before i arrived at the practice i was contacted to say it will have to be rescheduled because i am too late for my appointment. Furious about this i asked to speak with Madina as she had booked it, i was told she was busy so i arrived to speak to her in person. At first she would not speak to me because she was "too busy" so instead a very rude and very large lady dealt with me and eventually sje went and gpt Madina. She came down with know robe or glasses on meaning she was in fact not busy but just didnt want to do my extraction today clearly and i assume it was because i have a medical card. Then Madina continued to call me a loer and that she told me to arrive before 9am which is a lie because i wouldnt agree to thay knowing i have a school run to do. This place is money hungry and very unprofessional and from reading the other reviews i have dodged a bullet because who knows what pain they could have caused me tryiling to extract my tooth. Never again, avoid at all costs.

Negative experience: Avoid Madina. Do not go near this place. Went in for a tooth extraction for 130 euro. They spent a half hour messing my tooth up and even half way through said to me "we have to leave it", "it's not coming out". Then they had another go at it and cut my gum so I had to get stitches in my mouth. Then when I get down to reception the price is risen to 180 euro from the original 130 the dentist said. She then blamed me for not asking the dentists in the middle of the procedure. She also told me my gums should not have numbed off yet when I'm standing there clearly in pain and then off out the door with me. I am at home in agony right now and the painkillers they prescribed are not doing a thing. Save yourself 210 euro and some pain. Especially if you don't have a medical card or covered by Prsi. I have seen below another reviewer mention Madina's name for a complaint and I see why.

Fantastic experience: A long overdue review for all the good work Áine has done on my teeth over the years, I'm no stranger to the dentists of Leixlip and I can genuinely say you won't find a better dentist. Delighted with the hygienist cleanings from Siobhan too and not to forget the dental nurses who are super friendly.

Negative experience: This is more than a business , they are calling you every year to check up and charge same fees every year and more ! I’m sure they don’t do nothing at all there but just ripping off people ! If u want fix your teeth permanently go to city centre and you don’t have to pay there every time same fees Coz they are doing permanent Fix . This place not recommended

Fantastic experience: Moved to leixlip at the start of the year so this is my local dentist. Went in today for the first time to have a clean and examination. Everyone from the receptionist to the lovely hygienist Siobhan and dentist Madina were friendly professional and caring. Highly recommended.

Negative experience: Bad attention with 0 empathy. Doctor who tries any treatment just to earn money. My consultation for something that I did not request was paid.

Fantastic experience: I had a wisdom tooth removed and was treated by Áine. She is a really great dentist. Professional, friendly and has a knack for really putting you at your ease. The extraction went far more smoothly than I anticipated and she took great care to explain exactly what I should do in terms of managing discomfort afterwards. The rest of the team are great, Jacqueline and Linda in particular, and the practice has implemented really well-running anti-Covid measures so you are in and out in a safe, socially-distanced way. Recommend highly.

Fantastic experience: Always friendly, polite and efficient. Dr. Creaner is an excellent, thorough dentist who actually listens to what you have to say. All the staff are lovely there.

Negative experience: As a first time patient found it very unprofessional and will not be going back to the practice. After explaining why I was there to get a teeth clean after having jaw surgery they spent no more then 10 minutes for a clean and polish which I thought was very short. Only when I got back to my car I realized that the residue on my teeth was still there from the surgery and so I went back to the practice was made to wait another 15 minutes until I went back into the dentist to which I got an apology from her assistant saying "all the talk about braces we forgot sorry' how do you forget something like that? I spent another 10 minutes finally getting the residue off my teeth for which I was there for in the first place. Terrible expeirence and totally unprofessional. The dentist was Madina.
