Fantastic experience: I am thrilled with the work Paul recently painstakingly did with my front teeth. For years I was unhappy with some poor dentistry work and kept my mouth closed for photos! Now, I'm happily smiling, my teeth look natural and healthy. Paul is very reassuring, explaining every process before and whilst working! He does sigh occasionally, which could be disconcerting, but don't worry it just means he's deep in concentration. Fabulous and thorough work, including adjustments to make perfection slightly imperfect (more natural) excellent aftercare and very professional throughout entire process. Paul is up to date with all the latest cutting edge technology in dentistry. I highly recommend this Dental Practice for anyone who's been disappointed before. 10/10. Thank you Paul.

Fantastic experience: Visited on two occasions with a nervous 12 year old to have extractions for the orthodontist. The dentist is the most reassuring dentist ever, totally putting the patient at ease and not at all nervous for the second extractions. We couldn't praise Ballybrack Dental highly enough, Thanks!

I was nervous for my appointment today, but she was so lovely and friendly and took the time to have a really in depth conversation with me before my treatment. She was extremely thorough, and I have to say that was the most comfortable scale and polish I’ve ever had! Thank you Dr. Lamia!

Fantastic experience: I have always been phobic of the dentist and have run through a number of dentists until I came here being such a difficult patient. Donal is a great dentist and I am starting to gain confidence with the help of his gentle, positive bedside manner. Takes the time to discuss my concerns, and always totally pain free. I travel far to come here, couldn't fault the practice and am very grateful!! Would recommend for anyone anxious!

Fantastic experience: Had my first visit to this practice on recommendation from a friend recently. I had a very pleasant experience. I saw a dentist named Paul. He was very friendly and professional. The work I had done was painless and I always felt comfortable. Couldn’t ask for better.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience in Ballybrack Dental on Tuesday. I have attended both Donal and Paul at different times over the last few years. On Tuesday I attended Donal for an emergency appointment as I was in pain. Donal and is Nurse Níamh were great and got me out of pain with an emergency root canal. Can't recommend this practice enough. The saff are always so kind and professional.

Fantastic experience: Really helpful staff, was in pain with a tooth and got fitted in at short notice and a follow up appointment the next week. I am very nervous of going to the dentist but Donal made me feel so at ease.

Negative experience: I've been attending this Dentist for over 10 years and have only ever had good things to say about them. It appears now they have taken on too many patients. Had an appointment booked for today that i booked 6 months ago and this was rescheduled again at their request. I was 10 mins late due to traffic and parking... I was told that they couldn't see me as a cleaning requires a 30 minute block, which I understand, however I was told the next available appointment would be in January which is an absolute joke. Looks like I'll have to find somewhere new. Shame.

Fantastic experience: Always a pleasant experience visiting Ballybrack Dental. I have received some treatment in the past and all the staff have been a pleasure to deal with. The practice itself is well maintained and i have never been left waiting long for my appointment. The care and professionalism shown by the dentists is very high and i would highly recommend this practice to anyone.

Positive experience: As a shy person, I was upset at the bedside Manner of someone who is meant to be a professional. I will not name and shame but I hope this reaches people working there. The work i did get done there was very good so i have zero problem with that. The dentists there are EXCELLENT!!! And my friends feel the same with regards the work. It has taken me a while to want to write this, not only do I live in the area but I have friends who attend this practice too and a few feel the same as i do. I would not want to hurt another person so I do this reluctantly. Also, after one procedure I paid on my card and also some cash and went on my way. I rang back a couple of weeks later to futher go more treatment and only to be told (will I be paying up on my bill). I was extremely puzzled by this as I knew I had paid in full. There was no hint of it could of been the fault of the receptionist but i stood my ground and i have not returned, The receptionist was not rude at all. I had an extremely bad experience as a child ((not in ballybrack dental)) so it took me alot of courage to go in the first place but not a chance i would not pay my way or my bill, I told the receptionist over and over that she made a mistake which happens but there was no part to play by her or them, i had wanted a serious amount of work to be done so no way was i taken this, mistakes happen with regards to payments in all shops and walks of life but I knew I paid in full that very same day. Poor beside manner happened 2 times to me and as a shy person I said nothing but after hearing more reports today from people I know, then I had to speak up. I do not want to hear anything untoward while going through a process like dental work, although comments can be progressive these were not and some of the feedback i have heard from people in the area are very similar, ((the work is GREAT but bedside manner at times is not right))..some comments were just out of left field and mad me feel very insecure and angry. There is zero need for any of this. Your work is great and maybe you had off days like the rest of us but Please take note guys.

Fantastic experience: Had another lovely visit to Ballybrack Dental yesterday morning. The receptionist and all the staff are lovely and polite. I was in with Brídín for a hygiene visit and she was fantastic as usual. She really took her time to explain everything to me, while doing a very thorough job on my teeth. I look forward to starting my invisalign with Donal in the coming weeks.

Fantastic experience: I'm phobic about Dentists but was driven there by pain! Paul Hennessy looked after me and he's the best dentist I have ever been to. He is gentle, patient and has a great sense of humour which he definitely needed with me as I talk a mile a minute when I'm nervous! I can't thank Paul and the nurses enough. I am now seeing him regularly and he has truly helped me get over my terrors! If you are nervous I cannot recommend Paul highly enough. Go on,.....If I can do it anyone can!

Fantastic experience: Had my first visit here yesterday and I have to admit I was very impressed.... everything was spotless... receptionist was very friendly and helpful... Firstly I had called up the day previous and they managed to fit me in first thing in the morning which was great... when I arrived as I said the place was spotless and receptionist cudnt of been more helpful. ..I then met with Dr donal who was also very nice and very professional..... I had to have a tooth removed which is never good but he made me feel very at ease and explained everything in detail step by step.. In ok time at all and with very little discomfort tooth was out and off I went.... so that k you very much sir.. I will definitely be back and will recommend to anyone in need of a good dentist
