Everything was explained clearly, the treatment was completely painless, and I was seen promptly. Despite having to cancel my initial appointment, they were incredibly accommodating and managed to fit me in within just a few days. Truly top-class service!

Fantastic experience: I was very nervous to attend the dentist, I attend for the first time a couple of a weeks ago for a check up and told the work that was needed. Fast forward to yesterday’s appointment I had a clean and one filling, I was very nervous. Dr. Katie Burke and her assistant went above and beyond to keep me calm and talk me through the whole process. I can not recommend both of them enough so happy with the process and the level of care I received from them. Thank you ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Negative experience: I’m absolutely terrified of dentists but I need 4 teeth removed to get my braces so I booked in here to get the first tooth removed with Mary Ann and she was so incredibly rude to me she made me feel so uneasy and she wasn’t very friendly at all she told me my tooth is at a weird angle and I would need to have it surgically removed that there was nothing she could do for me and to prepare better for my next dentist visit and stop being so nervous. so I left after a wasted journey and it was a long journey as I don’t live in Dublin. I went to a different dentist in crumlin for a second opinion over the course of a few weeks they took my four teeth out no hassle and made me feel completely at ease and I didn’t have to pay a fortune for an operation I didn’t need and be put asleep unnecessary. Stay away!! Unprofessional unqualified and rude!

Negative experience: Stay away from this Clinic specially Dr-KATIE BURKE she is inexperienced , weird , always in rush and don't do proper surgery,this Clinic only want to make money

Negative experience: Staff in reception always very friendly. Giving one stars as everything what been done with Katie been refixed in other countrie.Just last week she did two fillings and few days lated my all jaw in pain, again going to another place.

Negative experience: Avoid. The dentist spent less than 3 minutes with me. It was not a proper check up. When i tried to ask questions about the diagnosis, as she was telling me different to a previous dentist, I was given a snide response and dismissed from the room. When I emailed to express my upset and confusion, I received such a condescending response from them, that didn't address any of my concerns, or answer any of my questions. I have since visited a different dentist twice and can say :, AVOID this one.

Negative experience: Is not willing to listen to patients concerns and caused more damage to my tooth that could've been fixed which later had to be removed.

Fantastic experience: Niall McDonagh is the best dentist ever. Always able to look after emergencies at short notice. I previously had awful experiences with dentists who never seem to be able to make decisions and just want to refer your elsewhere. Niall is decisive and always offers good advice and sorts the problem. Can't rate him high enough. I don't write online comments normally but Niall deserves the recognition.

Negative experience: The day of my appointment I was left waiting in the chair for an hour. I went out to reception to ask what was happening and was snapped at saying I'd just have to wait as they were busy. I asked why I was given an appointment if they didn't have time to see me as I could have gone elsewhere. Needless to say I left and I'll be making a official complaint to the IDA

Negative experience: I went to CAS dental for partail flexible denture, however CAS denture advised me that partial flexibile denture is not good for me or wont look nice cos i have gap and few missing teeth. CAS recommended me to go SCR dental clinis said they do dental bridge which will be good for me. I made an appointment with SCR dental clinic and went for treatment plan. There were two young lady they just checked how many teeth im missing and just counted these missing teeth, it only took 2 minutes, and then they said they don't do dental bridge and ask me to go Rathfarnham Orthodontics , and charge me €50. Here all i wanna say is when i ringed to make appointment with SCR i told the receptionist that i need dental bridge, so receptionist didn't inform me that they dont do dental bridge, and they have charged me €50 for only counting how many teeth am missing!. I didnt want to argue with the ladies for €50 bcos its not end of the world. Its a clear cheating. Reason for this review is guys, we all work hard to earn money and thats how we dont wanna waste our time or money. So please be sure before you go to a place like this. I wont recommend to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Needed a Wisdom tooth pulled. Went to SCR Dental. Got Xray, teeth clean and wisdom tooth pulled in 10-15 mins and experienced no pain or discomfort. Extremely competitive prices and only cost me €90 for the extraction. Niall and the nurses were very professional. Highly recommended.

Negative experience: Absolutely terrible service stay away from this place. I went for a check up, as I was having tooth pain, and a scale/polish. Scale/polish was a half arsed job that I had to get done again elsewhere. Even more worryingly I was given the all clear on my examination and my tooth pain was put down to teeth grinding at night and I was advised to get a mouth guard. After another week of unbearable pain I went to another dentist to be told I had a failed root canal, a bad infection and a large cavity in another tooth. I will now lose the tooth as infection was left so long. If you don't want to be charged hefty fees for a unprofessional service stay away from scr dental

Fantastic experience: I had the worst fear ever of going to a dentist. I was reassured about SCR Clinic and so I gave it a go. The staff where not only friendly, they explained and walked me through everything, they where conscious of how I was feeling the whole time. I felt like I really mattered. I have been 3 times since and would suggest to anyone with any fears to give this place a go. I have been to a lot of dentists and I will travel 80km from Athy in Co Kildare to this clinic. Make an appointment today!

Going to dentists petrify the life out of me, the cost, the needles, the drills, treatment etc., yet here I'm as calm as a cucumber and the treatments I've had done, aren't astronomical. The nicest and most professional of staff

Positive experience: I've had two visits here now thankfully just for checkups and cleaning and I find him very good, I don't like having to pay for parking on street every time I visit and its hard to find a parking too.
