Negative experience: Terrible experience. The dentist was extremely rough. He also made me very uncomfortable because he kept pressing his crotch onto my arm, it was unnecessary and unsettling. On top of this he ended up working on the wrong tooth, filling in a tooth I had no pain in, damaged nearby teeth that were fine before and tried to book me in for another cleaning after. I still have pain in the tooth i went in to get fixed so now i have to book a different appointment with a different dentist. DO NOT GO HERE. I will be going to another dentist to get the work done properly. These people need their qualifications examined. There are too many bad reviews describing similar events. its not just me!

Fantastic experience: After terrible experience in another place I managed to get a short notice appointment and was seen by one dentist that diagnosed the problem and have referred me to their Surgeon Dentist dr Sani that performed surgical extraction. He was so patient, so gentle and professional. He kept making sure i wasn't in pain and was alright. He did stelar job and my cheek was swollen only a little bit and recovery went smooth. I was then booked for stitch removal for no extra charge. I'm very grateful.

Negative experience: Terrible... A doctor named Otgoo treated my teeth. She gave very poor quality treatment, the treatment was ineffective, and when I went to another hospital, my teeth were extracted until they were no longer crownable. I am very upset about the payment and my mental state. When I told her about this problem, she treated me very rudely.

Fantastic experience: Very Great service, the dentist is professional and caring. I did filling to my tooth. Feel great and will come back. I am been to other place but got disappointing service. After comparing, I became a loyal customer here. One important thing is, here we can claim for insurance cover. I went to other place and the dentist is even not in the practitioner’s list.

Fantastic experience: I was recommended by a friend, it turns out it’s the best dentist I’ve visited so far. I’ve been visited many other dentist clinics, they are always over charging and not getting the job done perfectly and when I try to ask more questions, they usually don’t like to tell me much. In Dublin-Dentist, the price is fairly reasonable and I got what I needed, even more. Dr. Jinho is great! He wouldn’t holding anything back, when I asked more questions about my teeth. He took his time to explain it to me. Which I’m very grateful! Staffs are so friendly and caring, honestly got nothing to complain about.

Negative experience: Went in with a toothache and left with a worse one. They removed a filling that didn’t need to be removed as the said it was in the way of what needed to be done. It then got infected as they left the wound open. They botched my friend also they messed up her root canal. Awful experience! Avoid!

Negative experience: Awful experience, went in to get an implant and the dentist first puts the screw in last December, today I went back for what I thought was the completeion of my implant but was told no that today they would remove the screw and insert something different, when the dentist went to remove the screw I had terrible pain and pressure on my gum and had to argue with the dentist for him to numb me up telling me the pain was more physocigal I was very angry about this, he then takes an X-ray and says the implant screw was good, so after arguing about numbing me up he gave me a small amount of numbing and removed the screw telling me my body rejected the implant and would have to be reset. I demanded a refund and canceled I’m disgusted with the treatment I received. Not only was I left waiting weeks but they were supposed to call me and never did. I had to contact them and ask them was my implant ready. The dentist is Dr Sunni and I advise people to avoid him. I’m going to make a complaint about him and report him. Disgraceful treatment as I was been charged €1.700 for one dental implant and the job wasn’t done correctly when they first put the screw in

Fantastic experience: Going to the dentist is a very painful schedule for me personally. But it wasn't painful at all at the Dublin dentist clinic. Jinho is very friendly and gave me a good idea of how to take care of it after treatment. The next schedule was booked very smoothly as well. The receptionist, jiye, was nicer and more loving than any other employee I've ever met. Jay tried to help me in some way. I felt like home here. Even if my teeth are fine, I'd like to visit again. It's a contradiction, but I'd like to come back to this dentist, which is the best in Europe nonetheless. My teeth have been the best-treated teeth of my life. Negative experience: I don't like to leave negative reviews because sometimes one bad experience doesn't necessarily reflect the overall quality of a place. There's always room for mistakes. However, when it comes to dentistry, it's not just about the expense; receiving the correct diagnosis and treatment is crucial, as it can quickly turn into a nightmare otherwise. Upon moving to Dublin, I needed to find a dentist and chose a nearby clinic with positive reviews. The first visit went well – a routine clean and polish, and the dentist seemed pleasant. He assured me everything was fine and suggested a return in a year. Strangely, they never took any X-rays to assess what was happening beneath the surface. Returning six months later, I had to wait over 30 minutes before being attended to by someone else. This new dentist, without conducting any X-rays, claimed I had four cavities, two of which required urgent treatment. Surprisingly, he mentioned that someone else should handle the treatment, and the prices didn't include anesthesia. I was thoroughly disappointed. What diminished my trust was the lack of a consistent diagnosis. No one had examined my teeth during the initial visit, and I felt like they were passing me around from one dentist to another, which, to me, indicates a lack of professionalism. Fortunately, I pursued a second opinion elsewhere. The new dentist took X-rays of my entire mouth, provided a thorough diagnosis, outlined an action plan, and gave a clear estimate of costs. I do not recommend this Dentist Clinic at all.

Negative experience: Very disappointed treatment journey. The dentist is very nice in person only. Initial clear aligner consultation they offered 3000euro for the whole treatment and I would not need to pay extra if more treatments will be needed. It went on for a year and a half. During the treatment, it was not easy to see the dentist. There are a few times I went in and was only able to see someone who's only there to take the teeth impressions, and have no knowledge about the process and how my process is going. When my 3000euro treatment is up, they ghosted me for 2 months despite multiple email attempts via email and their website. When they finally responded I was told my dentist is on holiday, and I will have to contact them again in two weeks. On my last visit, the dentist told me I need to pay an additional 500euro for the last treatment and it will come with an extra set of aligners as the retainer. Which I am not very happy about, but felt like I am being put in a position that I cannot refuse so I went with it. However, when I went to collect the last set there was no retainer!!! When I asked, the reception told me that the dentist did it on purpose and would want me to go back for another visit. I agreed and made appointment on their WhatsApp service, but they did not book me in. I am going to another clinic now and will never go back. I do not recommend Dublin Dentist Clinic after a disappointing almost two years experience with them.

Negative experience: I was scammed by this clinic. I had an appointment for a consultation for braces. When I arrived for my appointment I was left sitting for 40 minutes before I was seen. My consultation took 2 minutes. I had no x-rays and no photo's taken which was meant to be why I was charged 50 euros. I was told they could only give me braces by taking out my front teeth which was ridiculous, no other clinic advised this. I had two grown men standing over me intimidating me to go through with this 'sale/scam' and I ran out to the reception paid the fee for work that wasn't done and left upset and afraid. This clinic is also linked to Clinic 4 u, so I hope someone can see this before making the same mistake

Negative experience: Had to call numerous times today to obtain a receipt/invoice with practioner name for my VHI claim after receiving no reply from the original WhatsApp message sent last Wednesday. Receptionist still did not have the slightest clue, thought I was looking to make an appointment Disgraceful service

Negative experience: Very unprofessional. Receptionist with Really bad English who mixes up appointments. Manager very condescending, ask you questions then speaks over you while u try to answer. Charge you for treatments you did not ask for and then refuse to give refund. I would not recommend this place to anybody.

Negative experience: I deeply regret trying out this dentist. On my first visit I was left waiting almost an hour for my appointment. Dr. Wojciech literally guessed what was wrong with me without doing any examinations or x rays. He then did something minimal to "fix" my issue. This cause more issues and fixed nothing. I went back for a second visit and got an x ray. Still nothing and I honestly don't think he's a certified trained dentist. He's also very rough. The only good thing about this place is the ladies on reception. I dealt with 3 of them and they were all lovely and very professional. I'm now left with my initial issue unresolved and new issues that the dentist created. AVOID!

Po wyrwaniu rana nie została wyczyszczona co spowodowało duże komplikacje w postaci suchego zębodołu .Ból był nie do wytrzymania. Po wizycie u innego dentysty okazało się ,ze w ranie zostały odłamki zęba. Serdecznie nie polecam tego dentysty! Proszę uważać bo możecie się narazić na niepotrzebne problemy związane ze zdrowiem . Również dialog z tym człowiekiem pozostawia wiele do życzenia .

Fantastic experience: I discovered this clinic a year ago. My situation was very difficult. I had to take out a lot of teeth, put in implants. I have to say that my dentist Laura is friendly, professional and caring. I am a very nervous patient and she did everything I could to feel comfortable, without pain, and gave me many breaks so I could check in and give me time to calm down. This is the most amazing person. Also, every member of the reception team I had to interact with was easy and wanted to help. I can’t blame the Dublin dentist experience. Fantastic experience: Went to lara from Waterford with a problematic tooth which she identified as something completely different, so professional and understanding and when I chose how to treat she advised me on what she thought was best but still did what I wanted, so gently patient and knowledgable. Only sorry she's not closer to me for all concerns

Negative experience: Would not recommend, such a strange set up and they are very poor with communication. I booked an apppointment because of wisdom tooth pain (impacted) and I had x-rays done at the first appointment and was told my tooth was fine and growing straight just partially covered by gum, so he told me to not remove the tooth but just remove the gum as the best course of action. So I was prescribed antibiotics and booked in for the procedure the following week and then when I went to my next appointment I'm with a new dentist who didn't even know why I was there I had to start from the beginning again? She did x-rays and then told me completely different feedback to what the first dentist told me and told me I need to get different work done and that the other problem was the least of my worries. The two dentists then proceeded to disagree with each other over my treatment albeit mostly in Polish not English so I couldn't understand all of what they said but I paid €40 for first appointment and €50 for second appointment to get two completely different treatment plans and I spent money on antibiotics a further €15. So I'm left confused which is the right treatment and why there is two completely different plans being given to me and now I have to go find a new dentist.

Negative experience: Strange place and weird atmosphere. I waited over an hour for a very quick routine check up as I had a query for a filling which I was afraid is damaged. It Website price for routine exam is 20 eur but I was charged 40 eur. After all the waiting and stress from the place itself and list the price

Negative experience: Bad Experience I went there to have one cracked teeth fixed as this needed a filling ,so, the Dr Inida Enesi said that i needed a more complex treatment so she applied a temporary filling and ask me to comeback in in 2 weeks as she had left a gap in my teeth that needed to be fixed; therefore, she charged me €120 and told me that the next visit was included so when i came back in 2 weeks she said that my teeth was completely fine and didn't need to close the gap and then she start making recommendations about changing other filling. 2 months later i went to have my teeth scanned for some clear retainers and the dentist there told me 'oh you have a gap there what happened to you'? and to date, I still have that gap. very unprofessional service. Moreover, I have just talked to Justyna (I believe she is the manager), in order to clarify details regarding this issue and she said that wasn't aware of the whole situation ;therefore, I would like to say that I previously had a good experience in this clinic with Dr Daniela, so I have corrected my review to 2 stars as the customer experience here really depends on the dentist that you are assigned to.

Negative experience: Poor communication skills!! dentists barely speak English, if you don’t speak polish or chines good luck! I had my wisdom tooth taken out, it was aggressively done with all the force applied the dentist managed to damage the surrounding teeth. As a result my root canal crown was broken and fell out just days after and I never got stitches for the tooth extraction

Fantastic experience: I went there three times twice for a filling and once for an extraction and a root canal.The dentist was very gentle on each occasion. I am a nervous patient but I never felt any pain just the usual discomfort that goes with the experience. I need to go again soon for more work and I have no hesitation in doing that. The clinic is spotlessly clean so you feel comfortable immediately and confident in the dentist.

Fantastic experience: I went to dr Laura Oponowicz today and cannot express how happy I am with the visit. This doctor is just excellent! Patient, so nice, helpful and sooo gentle. She is just wonderful person and so friendly. I was so nervous before the visit because I'm very bad with the pain but I wasn't uncomfortable at all! I would recommend dr Laura 1000% to everyone. It happened I could listen how she was with the other patient and was really helpful. The place itself always offer a good customer service and the prices are very good too! I live in co.Wexford and everytime when I have a problem I'd rather drive 1hr 40 min to this place than go anywhere else.

Negative experience: Worst experience in my life, Never ever wrote any complains about anyone , but not a this time. One of the dentist from this clinic ( don’t know if I have the right to write his name) who was look after me , was very UNPROFESSIONAL ! It was a joke , he wasn’t sure what he was doing, just guessing. I visited him twice trying to fix my problem ,that was a big mistake. Fantastic experience: I have been attending Dublin Dentist in Dorset Street for the past six months at the very least as I required a front tooth implant which was not very straight forward in nature. I was very well taken care of by Doctor Laura in particular who intervened at all times in an extremely efficient, patient and professional manner. I could not have asked for more. Dr Laura is very methodical and precise and makes you feel comfortable at all times. You really feel safe in her hands especially when confronted, as I was, by quite a complicated implant procedure. So hats off to Doctor Laura and the staff as a whole! I recommend this dental practice very highly indeed and furthermore, the price list is extremely competitive for the Dublin area.
