Fantastic experience: Just got out from getting my tooth extracted the service and staff are amazing really put me at ease. I struggle with anxiety and was very nervous about getting my tooth removed but Dr Jospeh help me through it and I felt relaxed and it was over in no time no pain highly recommend Denticare clinic. Negative experience: Would not recommend. Staff were friendly (bar the receptionist watching videos at high volume while I waited) but in no way felt like it was a real professional dentist. I went for a scale and polish and was out in 5 minutes. Dentist barely cleaned my teeth and I could feel him skipping teeth. He recommended mouth wash for bleeding gums but I had to ask about any other concerns about my teeth as it was not offered. I wouldn’t trust to get any services from here as the quality of service was very poor. I booked a scale/polish with another dentist as soon as I came out.

Fantastic experience: From the moment I walked into the practice I was warmly welcomed. I went in for a scale and polish. Thr dentist was amazing. He recommended a new retainer. I dreaded the thought of going somewhere else. He told he could do it. I was very pleased to get the work done on the spot. I hand on heart can say the professionalism of the dentist was world class. They are very affordable and the place is spotless. Cannot recommend enough.

Negative experience: 2 stars just because they looked at my teeth. That’s about it. The primary concern was bleeding gums, I was told the recommendations will be given at the end , and then the dentist proceed to my teeth fillings charges and deep cleaning. When I said that I’m only interested in cleaning under PRSI and what about my gums, we had back and forwards conversation of how they can’t arrange it to be done at the moment, but I can pay 160€ for deep cleaning :) The appointment lasted 2 minutes. No recommendations about bleeding gums were given. Will not recommend ever.

I received a notification ahead of appointment and the receptionist was super friendly when I came in for my appointment. The dentist was so accommodating. He knew I was a nervous patient and talked me through every stage of my appointment. He notified me on the payment before beginning (which I find very helpful since often I am landed with the bill after the dentist and it’s quite a shock!) I have already booked my next check in with the team here. Great service!

Negative experience: I booked an appointment for my son and told to the reception that my son is 6 years old is that ok he said yes it’s okay and I wait 5 days for this appointment when we went the Dentist told me that I am sorry I can’t check the kids.and my son has a lot of pain and I will be wait to see another dentist maybe one week. That is very bad, bad service I don’t recommend this place for treatment.

Considering the fact that i going to Dentist in last 26 years (In two different countries ) and one of my two favorite Dentist have worked in Military Field Hospital In Winchester (UK) area in his career & the fact i should have done Scaling & Polishing earlier,somehow Lady Dentist Jamili was accurate,precise with great result !!! So how on Earth my teeth are not feeling some after treatment pain when every single time in the last 26 years i have felt the pain afterwards ??? & thought : " well that's normal " Jamili speed of work its not too quick (this is common) neither slow - its so balanced !!! So i ain't looking for nowhere else ! This is my Permanent Dentist Practice from now on ! Our teeth deserve pampering and care for which Jamili its perfectly suited for ! She also have Sidekick ! Friendly & knowledgeable Receptionist Peter ! Laser whitening highly recommended  too  !

Fantastic experience: This was my first time at Denticare. While in December I was not able to easily book an appointment (I guess everyone wanted to show their white pearls at their best for the Christmas parties), now in February I got an appointment quickly. The place is really easy to find, just be careful, once inside you need to go upstairs! Everyone here is really friendly and professional. I had the scale and polish with the teeth whitening. Very precise clean up of my teeths, I can't remember her name but she took such a good care of me, while being so kind. The whitening treatment was really gentle on my gums, no irritation at all. However, was enough to show a good difference! Overall I am satisfied with the service they provided and I can totally reccomand this practice :)

Negative experience: Don’t go. Dr Nikolett did a terrible job. I brought my mother to extract two teeth. She took out the wrong tooth on one side and also she hacked her jaw on the other side. My mother was in agony. Not only did she take out the wrong tooth but now she is denying she made a mistake and both her and the owner are refusing to rectify the mistake. Stay away from this place.
