Fantastic experience: I had a brilliant pain free experience at Truly dental other than what felt like a very mild pinch like sensation from the injection which was gone within seconds,i did not have any pain whatsoever while having the implant done, I would also say their after care and check ups surperb and left nothing to be desired. Fantastic experience: This has been my second appointment today. The staff are really lovely and state of the art equipment. Positive experience: I met with a professional Dental Dr. He is very good at his job ( Dr Arjun). He explained very well what needs to be done on my teeth, what he knows and solution. Very impressive. My down side with the clinic 3 times cancellation. At some point I had to drive over 20 miles to visit clinic for my appointment going through and flow M50 toll only to be turned away. In other clinics they would allocate you another doctor.
Fantastic experience: This is now my go to practice, as everyone there is always so kind, polite and professional. I had the brilliant Dr Moiz Ather who did and exellent job on my denture. He is very professional and attentive to details. Many thanks to Dr Ahfad Jaffry, all the receptionist staff and dental nurses for making this possible. What a lovely experience!<3

Fantastic experience: As someone who has a big fear of the dentist I was immediately put at ease from the moment I met Dr Ahfad! The environment itself, even sitting in the dentist chair is so relaxing and you get constantly reassured of what they are doing! Even after only having a consultation, I don’t feel as nervous for the work I need done over the next few weeks! Very happy I made the decision to call in today!

Fantastic experience: I went in to see Dr Ahfad Jaffry. I was very nervous and he was so helpful and kind throughout the app. He guided me through a care plan and eased my anxieties immensely. Vian the dental nursery was just as helpful, she was very reassuring throughout. I was further put to ease by Joey at reception. She was bubbly and kind. I am now going forward with my care plan and am excited for the results.

Fantastic experience: First time attending Truly Dental. As a nervous patient it was really nice and informative. The dentist went into detail with my X-ray which I was really thankful as my tooth pain from a recent filling had been giving me some anxiety. They cured it with the UV light again and it actually helped the pain. I think I need to get it cured once more as there is a little bit of pain still left. But I was very pleased with the service and would probably come back again. The only thing I didn’t like was the deposit process, it’s €40 per person to hold the appointment and now waiting 3-5 days after the appointment for the deposit refund. Would be nicer without this hassle but understandable as the clinic is very popular :)

Fantastic experience: Ongoing treatment updates. Just had my first appointment and if the rest go the same this will be an easy process. Big thank you to Amy Rose who was great. She answered all my questions clearly and made it a very pleasant experience overall. Had my second appointment with the dentist Jalal. As with my first appointment this was a very positive experience. Everything explained to me in detail. There professional friendly attitude put me at ease and I have no reservations about my first treatment in a few weeks. I've had the first part of the implants that screw into the bone. The whole procedure went flawlessly. Virtual no pain both during and after the procedure. Jalal and the team were great. Lots of communication and easy to contact if I had any questions. I don't usually write long reviews but I do like to give credit where credit is due. Look forward to the next step in a couple of months.

Negative experience: Horrible experience from start to finish. First, I had to pay in advance just so they let me book an appointment. Then, my total bill was quoted incorrectly. The service they gave me had to be re-done a few months later (elsewhere obviously), and now they are spamming me with multiple (!) reminders to book my next appointment using words like “overdue” and adding pictures with lots of red in them. Way too annoying, please try to improve your ways

Fantastic experience: From a very young age, I’ve always had fear around going to the dentist. Truly Dentist in Dún Laoghaire is the first place that’s changed that for me. For the first time, I feel like I’m in a genuinely safe, caring environment. Every staff member I’ve met there has been kind, patient, and thoughtful. Dr. Jalal is the first dentist I’ve been able to confidently recommend. He clearly knows his craft and I really appreciate his honesty. I’ve also had experiences with two other dentists at Truly Dentist, and both were excellent—skilled, gentle, and genuinely caring. I also highly recommend Truly Dentist in Bray. I brought my daughter there for an emergency appointment and they handled everything in one session. Later, my son needed treatment and again, it was sorted in one visit. My son even told me, “Mum, they were really nice. I like this dentist,” and I said, “I know, right?” Here are a few reasons I now bring all my kids to Truly Dentist and recommend them to everyone I know: The cost of my implant was half the price I was quoted elsewhere—such a relief. They really go out of their way to help you feel comfortable, which is huge if you’re nervous like me. Any time I’ve needed an emergency appointment for me or my kids, they’ve gotten us in quickly. The clinics are very clean, bright, and calming. They don’t suggest unnecessary work. They explain exactly what needs to be done and why. I love that they give you a clear treatment plan—something I never had before. It makes it so much easier to know what’s ahead.

Positive experience: The clinic itself provides good service, but my experience with Dr. Jalal was disappointing. I was not satisfied with his attitude or the way he handled my treatment. While I would recommend this practice overall, I strongly suggest booking an appointment with a different dentist for a better experience.

Fantastic experience: Very excellent experience. Kind and caring staff. Put me at ease and were thoroughly professional. Front desk staff (Joey) I was delightful and very helpful. Pricing and treatment plan was very clear. Facility is bright and clean and very non-threatening. Going to the dentist can be very stressful for me but Truly was definitely one of the least stressful dentist appointments I’ve had in a very long time.

Fantastic experience: Very happy with the costumer service at truly Dun laoghire lovely Girl on reception Joey spoke so highly of the dentists which made me really comfortable in going ahead with my treatment at truly I was explaining too her how I was thinking of going abroad and she completely changed my mind such an important time of appointment of who first greats you on arrival she was so welcoming.. which i went on too meet the other dentists and was very at ease and I'm now really looking forward too my end results ☺️
