Fantastic experience: This review is long overdue but I just had to mention what an incredible company SISU is. These guys are top of league and the Bugattis of non surgical tweaks. There is nobody doing the game better and that goes for around the globe, no wonder they had to take over the world. The knowledge, detail and education each person has attached to this brand is what makes it incredible. The work ethic behind this company to make it what it is is also blatantly obvious. Everyone from the receptionist right up the ladder has blown my mind and it is the best customer service I have ever experienced. SISU is a credit to humanity. If you want to glow like a warm summers evening come here, if you want to get botched and don’t take pride in your appearance I’d probably say go anywhere else and risk your life. Keep the up the good work SISU! To also add, fantastic location, always accommodating with appointments, spotless clinics and hygiene all around ( I mean top of the range) fantastic techniques used and very fair pricing for elite service. I would say more but I may get arrested for stalking! Recommend, recommend and recommend again.

Fantastic experience: I went to Sisu clinic for lip filler with Dr Brian. My experience was amazing from start to finish. When I entered Shannon and Abby on reception were so lovely and helpful. Dr Brian made me feel so at ease even though I was very nervous. He talked me through the entire procedure and explained everything to me. Fantastic experience: I’ve been to Sisu a few times to get some treats. Every single time I’ve had only the best experience, starting with the girls at the reception like Eirini, Ellen, and Ida - I cannot remember all names, sorry girls - they always give you a welcoming warm smile and help you with anything you need. The Sisu experience continuous with the super doctors who are not only great professionals but also lovely and warm people explaining you everything you need to know about whatever you’ve booked. I’ll have the pleasure of being attended by Dr Susana and Dr James, I can only say I love them both. Lastly, the facilities. Everything in great condition, is always a nice fragrance and filtered water to keep yourself hydrated. In conclusion, I cannot recommend Sisu Cork enough!

Fantastic experience: I wanted to wait for the full results to take effect before leaving my review. I’m someone who will always have someone ask if I’m tired or just outright say I look tired. It’s something I’ve struggled with for years due to hollowing under my eyes. I’m 35 and decided to look into it. I did my research, looked at the other reviews and can say wholeheartedly that it’s the best thing I ever did. The level of care and professionalism is unmatched and I felt I was heard and given a guide on how I can achieve my desired results. I got filler under my eyes and some Botox around my forehead. I haven’t been asked am I tired once since the results started taking effect and I can’t tell you what a boost that’s been for my self esteem. I hope you go and have a talk with them because I promise you, you’ll wish you did it sooner

Negative experience: Results update – 1 month after Botox touch-up at SISU Clinic Killarney After an initial poor application by Dr. Susana, Dr. Sam performed a supposed touch-up to fix it. However, the vertical lines remain clearly visible, my eyelids are drooping, and the muscle movement on my forehead feels abnormal. Both Dr. Sam and the medical director, Dr. James —who are also based in the Cork clinic— were aware from the beginning, yet they offered no follow-up, support, or solution. Despite sending photos of the final result and expressing my concerns several times, the clinic took no responsibility and did not refund the money. Very bad experience. I do not recommend this clinic. I strongly suggest checking real reviews on Google, Facebook, and other platforms before choosing this place.

Fantastic experience: I made an appointment for a consultation two weeks ago. I met Dr Sinqobile who really took the time to listen (it was my first time even thinking of getting anything done). Once she understood my needs she took the time to explain the possibilities. She was very detailed in her explanations and yet made it easy to understand, which made me feel so at ease. During the treatment she informed me step by step of what was next. I was absolutely pleased with this first visit! Two weeks later, I met Dr Sam for my post treatment check up. I have to say that he was an absolute joy to be around, he made me feel so comfortable. Overall, 10/10 experience. The two doctors were not only extremely professional but also solar people, which really added to the experience! Thank you

Fantastic experience: Had my lip augmentation done by nurse Cara, she was so attentive and knowledgeable and made the experience so enjoyable. She also answered questions I had about a different treatment I was interested in. Fantastic experience: I had the absolute pleasure of being treated by Dr Susanna. What a fabulous lady inside and out. I have been to a few different doctors in the past, and Dr Susanna is definitely the best yet. From this phone call to the actual appointment, every person I spoke with was so friendly, understanding, helpful and extremely professional, my concerns were alleviated and I went ahead with getting treatments with them. Fantastic experience: A great experience from the moment I arrived with a very friendly and helpful receptionist. The Dr was really helpful and gave me so much information on my procedure and how to maintain the best results while also offering information on other treatments that I would also benefit from. He also gave me information leaflets to take home and go through. The staff are very accommodating and the clinic itself is beautiful whit a comfortable waiting area that has an information screen with all treatments available to read while awaiting your appointment. The results speak for themselves I had tried another place in the past to be close to home and I was never happy ! The results from visiting SISU have been noticeable from day one with no need for a top up at my review! Fantastic experience: I visited Dr Brian Cotter in the Sisu Clinic in cork today for non surgical rhinoplasty. He made sure to make me feel comfortable as soon as I walked in and explained the process in detail but didn’t make it over ‘technical’. I’ve always been insecure about my nose and he made sure he understood what I was looking for overall and was transparent as to what he can achieve. The procedure was quick and painless, apart from a few small pinches which is normal. It’s a subtle change but perfect for what I wanted! Cannot recommend Dr Cotter enough!

Negative experience: I unfortunately cannot recommend Sisu. The service first time was good, friendly staff but the booking system is a disaster, spams you with sms and emails. After paying so much money can we REALLY NOT CALL you need to use a dumb WhatsApp AI booking bot. I wanted to speak with someone about a follow up appointment as I wasn’t happy with the results and you can ONLY go back into the clinic to speak with someone. Waste of time. Now going back for my 3rd session since not getting the results I wanted. Wouldn’t return.
