Fantastic experience: Dr Anthony Shepard is excellent! I am so happy with my new smile. From consultation to treatment, I didn’t have many requests and some how he got what I wanted, perfectly! All staff including receptionists so lovely

Negative experience: I was only back down here two weeks ago got a lovely receptionist man who was very helpful and understanding ,I Heard so many good things about this dentist until I went have gotten the same man who dosent speak one word to you in your appointment makes you feel so unwelcome in a treatment that is supposed to make you feel good and confident, in the space of a year this will now be by fourth time having my bonding chip and fall of ,told me I had a problem with my teeth in second time I was back to get my bonding fixed but coudnt tell me that before he stuck them on and have heard a few story’s about this same man wrecking peoples teeth .such a let down having multiple problems with them over nothing these should be lasting way more than one year. I will be ringing when yous are open as this is so disappointing and frustrating

Fantastic experience: Edit ** Recently was contacted by Natalie about the below review, she was so lovely she even when to the effort to schedule me in with Dr. Shepard which I never expected and was a complete opposite experience, a complete turn around made me feel so at ease, listened to what I had to say and done more than a perfect job, wish I had him from the start! thank you for taking the time out to make me finally happy with my smile, perfectionist **. Don’t waste your money, Paul couldn’t make you feel any more uncomfortable if he tried, down with an issue with the same tooth constantly, fixed again last week and already chipped , just wants your money doesn’t even speak to you during your appointment and when you have an issue he is so condescending with his responses - horrible experience

Fantastic experience: Couldn’t be happier with my experience with Dr Shepard, I had composite bonding done last week and when it was finished I had picked the wrong shade for me and was not happy with the finished look. When I contacted the clinic they got me back in a few days later and even stayed open late to totally redo all the work until I was happy. I can’t thank them enough I have the smile Iv always wanted now!

Negative experience: Impossible to contact by phone. Poor customer service!

Negative experience: Never pick up the phone or answer messages when you need an appointment for your aligners? How are you supposed to get an appointment when nobody answers you! Useless!

Fantastic experience: Got my teeth done off Diego and I am absolutely in love with them he made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole process and can’t thank him enough for making me love my smile again

Fantastic experience: If you are looking for composite bonding look no further, DR.Mark Sheppard is your only man! Less than a week out from my wedding he went the extra s-mile for me and I couldn't be happier with the results! I did have to return after a couple of days as I personally wanted to make a slight change with something I wasnt happy about (very minor) and this was no issue at all to Mark which is great to see that they're aftercare is just as good as they're first service! Great customer service and information provided by Shannon throughout and After! Highly recommend! Thank you all!

Fantastic experience: I started my Invisaligne journey in February with Mark and I couldn't recommend him more from the start of my journey to finish he was brilliant making me feel comfortable through every stage of my journey always making sure everything was going Ok along the way. Also shannon on reception who was just lovely and helpful making sure I could schedule my appointments around work ect. I am just finished up with my Invisaligne journey and I am absolutely over the moon with how my teeth have turned out I finally have the smile i have always wanted. The whole process flew in and I couldn't of went to a better place so if your thinking of starting your journey Love to Smile is definitely the place to go!!..

Negative experience: Don’t have a good word to say. Woman on the front desk was rude and crude. Don’t even get me started on Paul, what a prick!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend love to smile for clear aligners I have got my clear aligners here and have had two babies through the process and Dr shepard has been amazing and persistent through the whole process.The customer service has been exceptional and they have gone above and beyond to help me complete the aligners and get the results I wanted.They have been brilliant through every appointment in accommodating me and I am really glad I chose love to smile.

Fantastic experience: I'm over the moon with my new smile!!!! Dr. Diego was awesome and professional from start to finish. He explained everything to me and made me feel super comfortable before the procedure. I had absolutely no discomfort after treatment and my teeth look and feel so natural. I would 100% recommend Love to Smile!

Negative experience: Don’t get you self fooled by reviews!!!!!!! Do not recommend this grabbing money clinic definitely NOT called dental clinic!!!! Diego did my 14 teeth under 2 h ( composite bonding) loads material was left Bihand teeth !!! Sharpeners top of bonding was cutting my skin was there 3 times after to “fix “ every time come with excuses to buy more time for next visit and next till he told me I need to pay more money !!! Which he did wrong work from start have them from June 23 just couple months not even 6 months!!!! Front teeth are crooked not what he showed me on mocks !!!! Sick place !!! Now will cost me more to pay to get my teeth fixed in proper dental clinic and SOLICITORS as love to smile since taken full payment WASHED hands asked For more money when I pointed them sience day one that’s work is not done properly !!! To SAY aswell I went to other click and havs latters from DOCTORS to say bonding is not fitted properly!!!!!! Don’t waste your money !!!! Pay more and go to proper dental clinics!!!!!!! Otherwise you will trow few thousands to bin and will be traumatised as teeth is something important!!!!! Don’t waste penny in that clinic unless u want to have cheap and broken looking smile with depression as you will not be look after they get payment!!!!

Fantastic experience: Best decision I ever made! Mark is great at what he does, nothing but welcoming every visit and went out of his way for me numerous times. Prices are the best around and everyone working there was lovely, especially Caoimhe on reception. Couldn't recommend Dr. Sheppard enough! Thanks again Mark :)

Fantastic experience: Rang to get an appointment for bonding. Was lucky enough to get a cancellation the girls on the desk lovely to deal with, very friendly. I got 16 teeth bonded and I am over the moon with the results highly recommended
