Fantastic experience: The very best experience I've ever had at a dentist. Firstly, my contact with Radu was 10/10 every email was answered promptly. He was super accommodating with times and dates. Always greeted me with a beautiful welcoming smile. So I had a wonderful session with Dentist Anita. When I say this lady knows her craft! She absolutely knows what she's talking about. This is not a money grabbing dentist without care for the patient. In fact she explained getting top and bottom veneers wouldn't work in my mouth because of my bite. The bottom would be damaged in no time. So we decided on top only veneers. I've now got the most wonderful smile, Anita has given me back my confidence. And everyone has noticed I'm smiling a lot more . I honestly can't recommend med- dent enough. If I could give 10 stars. I would in a heartbeat! Thank you so much Anita and Radu for everything ❤️

Negative experience: Worst experience ever after the dentist pulled my huge back tooth in my senses..I thought I was goin to faint and grabbed her arm in the process ..obviously the dentist hadn't given me the proper numbing injection.. I was dazed and In excruciating pain for days after it .. she was a blonde woman middle aged European accent..never again it was torture

Fantastic experience: it’s been a long way to go for me but today I finally had my braces removed. I would like to thank a lot to Anita and all the team there!they did an amazing job and also would like to add the customer service is great.. Fantastic experience: Best dental clinic I’ve ever been to. Very clean and organised. Dr Anita is so professional and always explains everything to me in details. The receptionist is very friendly and always gives great customer service. I have recommended them to many friends & family that lives in Dublin. I live back in UK now and would rather pay a flight ticket to go to them than anyone else as it’s definitely worth getting treatment done properly.

Fantastic experience: I went into Hampton with dental I'm 3 weeks ago to get dentures. I got an appointment very quickly and I got my dentist within the week. I went back again after 1 week to get some adjustment t0 the dentures just cut them in which was done on this work and I had a marvellous experience. I went back again after 3 weeks today to get 2 feelings. The doctor ( Dr Catalina ) was very nice with great smile and very professional and great expertise I felt nothing at all during the procedure. All in all I have a great experience and I have to mention at the reception was a real gentleman ( Radu ) very nice , accommodating and really pleasant. I will be going there again . I do highly recommend Hampton wood dental for their professionalism and pleasant atmosphere

Negative experience: They said extractions aren't possible on the medical card. Shambolic dental surgery, don't advertise that you support medical cards on your site. The Dental Treatment Services Scheme (DTSS) provides access to dental treatment for adult medical card holders (aged 16 or over). Medical card holders are entitled to a free dental examination in each calendar year, as well as any extractions that are required.

Fantastic experience: I had an appointment today for a scale and polish/ checkup. I needed a filling for some sensitivity I had. The guy at reception was welcoming and nice. Anita the dentist did a good job at explaining what was going on and was very nice. As a nice of an experience you could hope for in the dentist. I'll be back for routine work. Thanks

Negative experience: I went as I had toothache and told there was nothing wrong and it could be infection so they gave me a antibiotic still in pain went to a different dentist and wow my wisdom tooth needed to be extracted as it had a big hole in it

Negative experience: Went twice to not get the treatment I needed. Constantly just trying to get you to buy braces and expensive treatments. Went in with a broken tooth twice and left with a broken tooth twice. Would never go back again shocking service!

Fantastic experience: I'm currently getting my teeth sorted out med dent dental clinic is an amazing dentist to go to the dentist her self is amazing at what she does I had a terrible fear of going to the dentist but since going here I have no problem sitting down in that chair and getting the work done she does her job so well I cannot wait to see the end result . Fantastic experience: I got a root canal treatment and a filling here and found it to be a very pleasant experience, despite being someone who is a nervous patient. They offer competitive prices too and didn't have any problem with me needing to reschedule one appointment due to a work commitment. I will not hesitate to use here again (but hopefully I wont have to!)

Negative experience: Awful experience. The dentist was very rude and abrupt, I just wanted to get out of there. I felt very unwelcome the moment I arrived. The dentist's English was difficult to understand and I constantly had to ask her to repeat herself, which seemed to bother her. I was not provided with any protective glasses like any dentist would normally provide. There was no Hello or Goodbye, instead I was ordered around like a dog by her. Also, she didn't give her name so I she cant even make a complaint about her, a description is she is blonde, middle-aged, heavy European accent. Also, there was no dental nurse, so the procedure was very uncomfortable. I only chose this place as it was easy to get an appointment, now I understand why. I will never visit this place again, nor would I recommend it on social media, I will however advise others not to go here. Also the receptionist was very unenthusiastic about her job too.

Negative experience: This Dental Clinic is joke !!!!and the staff there too without experience women in the reception is horrible .I was on infection dr.Pier put me out wrong tooth the infection sttile was there then he say he have to make routine canal another tooth i was pay 400 euro infection dont go away an i was sttile on infection then i need operation and he give me paper that im not on infection but i say i have infection and i cant have operation so he say im not then i go different Dentist and they told me i have infection very bad and she give me paper that i can't have operation so i back to the Hampton Clinic i shows papers from different dentist he doo again routine canal after feew days tooth broken.Never again i go there .People carefully don't go there .

Negative experience: I called Med-Dent in Finglas early afternoon today, 01/10/15, to see if there were any appointments available as I was in a lot of pain with a tooth. I was luckily given an appointment for 5.45pm. I finished work early and arrived for my appointment at 5.30pm. While I waited in reception, another patient arrived at 5.50pm and told the receptionist she had an appointment for cleaning at 6.00pm. The receptionist told her there would be a 20-30 minute delay as the dentist was dealing with an emergency. At 6.20pm a male patient emerged from the dentist's surgery. The receptionist took his payment and wrote a receipt while the dentist was getting the room ready for the next patient. The receptionist then gave the dentist the files for myself and the other patient. The dentist re-appeared and called the name of the other patient, who looked at me with a puzzled look. I asked the receptionist if I was not next and she said "yes, you are" and told the dentist that I was. The dentist asked her when had I made the appointment, to which the receptionist replied "today". The dentist made another comment that I didn't hear and then proceeded to call the other patient's name again. The other patient went into the room looking somewhat puzzled and confused. I asked the receptionist how long more I would be waiting, and she said "20 minutes to half an hour". I told her I wasn't prepared to wait, although I really needed my tooth sorted, I didn't appreciate how I was being treated. She apologized and made some comment about when the dentist is running late she has to take the patients whose appointments have been made longer! I said I would understand if I had just walked in off the street, but I had made an appointment and not been told this on the phone. I would love to know what constitutes an emergency appointment (as was the patient before me) someone in pain perhaps? So I returned home extremely annoyed and still in pain. I will not be recommending this dental practice to any family and friends in the area.
