Negative experience: This is an absolute disgraceful clinic and the staff are horrific I went to the limerick clinic numerous times and never an experience like this! The girl who had fitted my trays the previous week was the same person I had went to for the whitening she had refused to do my whitening treatment! I would not reccomend this clinic she’s very unprofessional. She isn’t qualified enough to be dealing with the public ranting and everything before the service even started.

If I’m honest when I walked in into the building I thought to my self what did I book as it’s not very clinic looking but guys don’t let the building scare you ! The team up there couldn’t be nicer I do not like dentists period but I was made feel welcome and relaxed everything was explained and very professional, I am someone who has always been embarrassed about her teeth and would avoid showing my teeth unless I really had to! Shout out to the dentist who whitened my teeth I’m sorry I forgot your name from happiness you explained everything in detail and were kind and gentle ! And to the two lovely dentist ladies who did the cleaning and polish thank you for looking after me ! I don’t know how many shades I’m whiter but it was a huge difference ! Can’t wait to go back !

Negative experience: Very disappointed with the service, I didn’t get what I asked for, I was getting the composite veneers done for my wedding for a brighter whiter smile, my teeth were whiter before I had it done , when I contacted them I was told it is what it is and they weren’t prepared to do anything without full payment again, abviously by your reply you havnt read my file properly, I had 9 done and my other teeth on top were implants, very unprofessional service, I have copies of all the email and I asked for the whitest shade and it was agreed I would have what I had asked for, I would not recommend your service to anyone

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend White Smile Clinic as their customer service is excellent! I would advise to do impressions in the clinic for your retainer instead of the home sets unless you’re very good at taking your own impressions. So worth the money for your pearly whites.

Positive experience: I had braces for around 3 years and the final result was definitely worth the wait. The teeth are straight and natural looking. Dr. Anca and the team looked after me very well. I had regular appointments at the time that suited me the most. The overall price was good for what you get. Definitely recommend it for anybody thinking of getting their teeth straightened.

Negative experience: Not a dentist. A scam. Can't clean teeth properly, no medical knowledge.

Negative experience: Came in for a check up, teeth cleaning and polish that included xrays if needed. The dentist didnt ask if I had any pain or problems with my teeth, just did the cleaning and polish and asked me to leave with no information about my current oral health. Felt ripped off, paid 99€ for a quick cleaning and no information on how often I need to repeat it or anything. Save your money and go to a real dentist, even if you need to wait longer.

Fantastic experience: I was in excruciating pain with my teeth a few days ago up all night and desperate for help no dentists were available I rang this dentist and Kim awnsered she had no appointments available but she done her upmost best to make sure I got seen to elsewhere I couldn’t believe it.she gave me numbers and told me if no luck ring her back she will help me out anyways I did manage to get an appointment which referred me to hospital so get sorted out and to my surprise Kim messaged me today asking did I manage to get seen & wishing all went well.I actually couldn’t believe it she clearly really cares about patients Kim is an angel⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank you

Negative experience: I have never felt so disappointed in my life. Honestly I wish I can go fully with the details but I did not enjoy any of the process. They don’t finish the work and make you come back for another another paid appointment. I did not get the value for my money at all. If you are going here… good luck. I wasted my money.

Fantastic experience: Had the laser whitening done in Cork yesterday and honestly it is the best thing I had done. My teeth whitened alot more than the dentist lady thought they would so that was brilliant. I highly recommend this 1 hour and your teeth are so white. I don't drink tea or coffee nor do I smoke so maintaining should be pretty easy

Negative experience: I purchased a Groupon voucher to get my teeth whitened here. When I tried to use it they told me it had already been redeemed! As I knew that wasn't true I contacted Groupon & they confirmed I had purchased on 6th January ( it was supposedly redeemed on 30th December 16 before I had even bought it!!??) I found the whole experience very humiliating as I felt they thought I was trying to re use an already used voucher! I wasn't willing to go in for the treatment after all that so I requested a full refund which I received. Personally I wouldn't use White Smile Clinic after that.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic trip to the White Smile Clinic. Laura was meticulous with regards to my teeth whitening and I am delighted with the results. My teeth are quite ivory in colour and they came up lovely and bright. I would highly recommend Laura and White Smile Clinic.
