Negative experience: I have been a Customer for almost 10 years now, and after that got treated very poorly... You need to know that you will be charged 30 eur if you need to cancel for any reason less than 48h before your appointment. I have finished work earlier to get there for 5.30PM and got stuck in the traffic at the tunnel. When it was possible I rang them, it was 4 mins past the scheduled time, to let them know I am trying to get there, but was told I will not be able to be seen and if I want to reschedule I will need to pay the 30 eur fee to be able to book again. This is super disappointing and in my opinion really poor customer service. On the other hand my visits were rescheduled in the past good few times and sometime quite last minute as well, but I guess the penalty system works only one way... the extra star is for doctor Olivea she was really great.

Fantastic experience: I rang here on short notice after trying other places where I was told 3 weeks was the earliest appointment they couldn’t have done enough for me and gave me an appointment for the next day at a time that suited me and I would highly recommend ringing them as I have a fear of the dentist and they made the experience very easy and quick and I felt no pain

Negative experience: Don’t get fooled by the high rating it is all about making money, they sent me home 3 times with open tooth and severe pain with antibiotic and painkiller, not closing the tooth instead they fix another tooth that I have no issue with and charge me 200 euro, I was in the hospital swollen infection and so sick, and they don’t help here, I have to wait 6 months for surgery now and they leave the tooth open, , infected now for the 3 d time, had an emergency visit Thursday and what do they do? Paracetamol and antibiotic 3d time! That is dangerous I lost 4 kg since I cannot eat, or sleep from pain I went there on emergency and they did a consultation, and second time drilling a tooth with no problem while I am in severe pain from the real issue ! I’m reporting them, they opened a tooth with metal pin and cold fluid and that is killing me now! And not once reliving my pain or the real issue

Fantastic experience: Absolutely a fantastic Dental practice. I was such a nervous patient before visiting smiles & more Little Island but the minute I stepped in for my 1st appointment I was met by the beautiful Haley & Kerrie and was welcomed into a very friendly & professional environment and they helped me to relax and feel at ease before my consultation. I knew immediately I had chosen the right place for me. There is not enough words or praise that I could express for the fabulous Claire who done more than just dental work on me. She had me feeling so safe and relaxed on every visit. We chatted & laughed on every visit, she has become like a friend to me which says alot of how comfortable she made me feel considering what a nervous patient I was at the beginning of my journey. I think it says alot about a person when they create such a friendly homely environment for their staff & patients and Claire has certainly acheived this within the practice. Of course I cant forget to mention the fabulous Barbara & Julia, such beautiful friendly Ladies who again always make me laugh and is so friendly and also so professional at their job. I also visited the other Dentists there Olivia & Maria who were equally professional & friendly and offered a safe and welcoming environment. I would highly recommend this practice and just cant praise all the girls enough for their professionalism, friendliness, care and support and a huge Thank you to claire for giving me my smile back again after years of hiding my awful teeth I absolutely love to be able to smile again without being concious of my teeth. Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Claire, Barbara and the team enough! I am a total wreck when going to the dentist, but they do everything to help relax me - all with kindness, humour and absolutely no judgment. Not to mention that they also offer a high quality service for all my dental care needs. Definitely 5 stars

Fantastic experience: I can not praise the dentist and nurse I seen yesterday enough. I found myself in a lot of pain yesterday and was concerned, I called in to the practice and they took the time to check out the problem straight away and made an appointment to come back on the same day to address the problem. I had some bad experiences with Dentists in the past but both the dentist and nurse did everything they could to make me comfortable and I have to say it was the best Dental appointment I have ever had. I will have no hesitation in going back and definitely wont feel as nervous next time.. Thank you both very much

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Claire for years and she is an exceptional dentist. She is incredibly patient, thorough and a master at her craft. She takes the time to explain what she is doing and I am always delighted with the end result.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Claire at Smiles and More Dental enough. I have an awful fear of the dentist but Claire has always been so reassuring and calming. A few weeks ago I had to get a lot of dental work done. Claire knew I was nervous and accommodated me, I felt so relaxed and it was a great experience. I would definitely recommend Claire for any nervous patients.

Fantastic experience: I can’t begin to tell you how amazing Clare and her team are ! I’m a very nervous patient they have been so supportive of me and my needs. They have got me in at short notice several times and I have never had to wait which is great as I’m so nervous . Fantastic experience: Thank you sooo much for helping me in my last 2 appointments Claire is amazing she took her own scans of me when my face was totally swollen on my right side. Turns out I had a nasty infection in my wisdom teeth not only did they give me antibiotics to clear the infection they made a call and got me into the public system so that I can get my wisdom teeth out. I then went to see Rachel on my next visit. She is the hygienist. Because of my previous dentist I was afraid of getting it done rachel is soo kind and made me feel really comfortable she put this amazing numbing gel all over my teeth so that when I was getting a deep clean I was so greatful as there wasn't any pain I cant wait for my next appointment ye truly do look after your clients and coming here has been the best experience considering what I had in the past thank you for everything you have done for me ❤️

Fantastic experience: Great experience with Dr. Claire and Dr. Olivia, very gentle and thorough. Hygienist Rachel great at what she does.

Negative experience: Please avoid at all costs. I've spent thousands with her, at my last appointment I was 10mins late, totally my fault, I got caught up at work. I came in and apologized multiple times to Claire, she kept saying how it was totally unacceptable and how she was a medical professional and how dare I keep her waiting. I apologised again, and just remarked that she had often kept me waiting hours when she was busy with another patient. She went mad and again said that she was a medical professional and sometimes her appointments run late, I said I totally understand that, and out of all the appointments I had with you (and there has been a lot of them) have I ever been late. That really annoyed her. Next thing she snaps sit down on the chair we're doing the filling. At that point I said no we're not as I didn't want anyone that angry at my mouth. Just feel really scammed that i spent all that money and I'm still in the same position I was in when I first went to Claire Rath.

Fantastic experience: I first attended Smiles and More Dental Practice in 2009. I had been suffering many years with jaw and facial pain relating to my teeth. Claire was amazing and I noticed a massive improvement in weeks under my treatment plan. I haven't looked back since and visit every three months for routine cleaning. My son also attends for appointments and says Claire and her team are very"child friendly". The team are very professional and make him feel less nervous. Overall whether you are under 5 or over 95 this practice can help you with all aspects of your oral health. I would have no hesitation based on over eleven years of experience recommending them.

Fantastic experience: I have been attending Smiles and More for the last four years and I am very pleased with the care I have received . I recently got a sleep apnea appliance which worked perfectly because Claire and the team took time to pay attention to detail , this appliance made a huge difference to my quality of sleep and not having to use a cpap machine , many thanks everyone. Fantastic experience: Having put off going to a dentist for 20 years, pain won. Claire was recommened to me, as I was terrified. Kerrie met me at reception, with a smile and chat. Claire talked me through what needed to be done and offered me gas and air, which I jumped at.. A 3 hour appointment was made and I will never thank her enough for the painfree work that was carried out that day., Throughout the whole process, Kerrie never left my side and squeezed my hand occasionally to reassure me.. Kerrie phone twice that week to see if I was ok. I have been back on two occasions and hopped in the door. If you have any hesitation or fear, do contact Smiles and More in Little Island. I will be forever grateful that I followed through with my appointment.

Fantastic experience: The professionalism with a gentle approach at Clare Raths dental practice is unrivalled. I, having had a long and difficult dental history before going here was truly tried of dentists. But when I started with Clare and her team in order to fix some badly done cosmetic work on my teeth all that changed. They couldn’t have done more for me, and had the entire process from start to finish completed ahead of schedule. I am over the moon with my smile and it’s all thanks to them. A huge thank you and keep up the good work!

Fantastic experience: Really friendly, calm & lovely staff, from reception staff to dental nurses to hygienists. They all make a visit to this dentist far less traumatic than you'd expect. I have always been a nervous dental patient & Claire Rath is just fab at making you feel at ease & takes great care to find out what result you want & gets you there at the right pace for you. I had lots of work done there this year, including a tricky front crown. I am really very, very happy with the result & would totally recommend them, particularly if you're nervous. I have gone from being totally terrified at the thought of a visit to the dentist to being fairly relaxed about it & my teeth & gums are in much better nick now.

Fantastic experience: Was back today for followup care.i started going to Claire and her team earlier this year.i was nervous of dentists but Claire and her team made me feel very relaxed.Had surgery on my gums which i dreaded but pain management was excellent.my smile ,as a result of all the treatment, i am very happy with.The followup care is excellent.I highly recommend Claire and her team especially if your nervous like i was.

Fantastic experience: From day one I have been very happy with Clare and her team. I have never been comfortable in the dentists chair but they put me at ease straight away.
