Fantastic experience: It’s a very good dentist here in the city it’s open for long time probably was a business passa from father to son or still family business what I now they have a great waiting room with lads of shares and a Tv. The secretary sometimes is one another times is other but all very professional and main one Jason the dentist is 5 stars and for the one’s afraid like me this doctor amazing make you fell no pain at all.

Fantastic experience: Dr long is a brilliant dentist very friendly and great to deal with the work inside is brilliant and the staff Alison and not sure of other girls name are very helpful and efficient can honestly say the best service is always giving.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service. I broke my Essex retainer and found this practice from Google online to replace. Really comprehensive service, whereby the retainer was checked by Jason to make sure it wasn’t hurting my gums before I took it home. My experience before in another clinic was they posted them to me without checking so I thought this was really good!! I wore it last night and I usually dread new retainers but it was so comfortable and an excellent price as well.

Negative experience: Worst dentist experience I ever had. The dentist is so unprofessional and rude. I suffered a lot of pain in the scaling process, and he just told me that if I am so sensitive, I need more money for better treatment. This experience traumatized me for so long. I recently tried a new dentist, and he was kind and helpful. Therefore, I confirm that this dental clinic is so bad!

Fantastic experience: Jason is mine & my family's dentist for many years. He is a thorough professional & a gentleman. Whether discussing cleaning, fillings veneers, implants or crowns, he clarifies in detail the plan he puts in place. Super result always. Alison his receptionist/ assistant is a lovely courteous polite staff member, confirms everything by e mail/ texts. Appointments are always punctual. Great team.

Fantastic experience: I was extremely nervous on my first visit but Jason and staff team couldn’t have been more kind. I literally cried with happiness when I saw the end result, I now have a confident smile. Cost was explained and email after first consultation. Highly recommend this dental practice, you may go in thinking you want a specific treatment but Jason’s expertise my suggest an alternative and better plan. Trust the process you won’t be sorry.

Negative experience: Was sent here as a serving member of the Defence Forces, no issues with the dentist, very helpful, his receptionist on the other hand had a shocking attitude with me, going as far as telling me she was "sick to death of the Defence Forces", on the 2nd occasion I had an appointment the same lady contacted me two hours before my appointment to ask me what exactly did I want, when I explained I needed further cleaning in her expert opinion " that was done". I guess the customer isn't always right in places like this. After serving over 21 years in the Defence Forces one thing I learned is you can't untrain a shocking attitude from someone.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic. I was in and out in 30 mins. Excusing pain for 2 weeks before I called them and got an appointment right away. Lovely receptionist and a brilliant dentist. Next day no issues. Highly recommended.

Negative experience: Had a wisdom tooth pulled from here before. Whole experience felt extremely rushed, uncaring and somewhat unprofessional. Made me wonder why some people pursue jobs in healthcare. 2 stars because it was technically done ok. Would never recommend.

Fantastic experience: I had my consultation with Jason and I told him exactly what I wanted done and he brought me through the process of exactly how it’s done and what I needed after my consultation I booked in to get my composite veneers done and I am absolutely thrilled with them 100% recommend cork city dental they’re all so kind and Jason is amazing at what he does

Fantastic experience: After going to Dr. Jason Long twice previously for a check-up and a cleaning, and having a good experience, I decided to revisit him as my wisdom teeth had deteriorated. To say it was the smoothest medical experience I've had is an understatement. I got both of my wisdom teeth extracted, both of which had 3x long curved roots each, in under 25 mins on the same day, 15 mins of which was waiting for the anesthetic to kick in. He was professional, courteous and very mechanically skilled. His assistant, who's name I unfortunately didn't catch, had great bedside manner and was accurate and timely with her actions. The receptionist at Cork City Dental was helpful, and very knowledgeable about PRSI and other related deductibles. Very friendly also and made me feel at ease, considering I was about to have 2 teeth pulled! Price was reasonable, could probably have gotten it done cheaper elsewhere but I would pay double for the experience again if it went as smooth as today! Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I went to doctor Jason's clinic initially for a dental cleaning and later for a veneer consultation. After talking with Jason about veneers, I decided to put porcelain veneers to correct my top front teeth, and I admit that it was a really smooth path. Jason and the staff are very friendly and professional and I trusted them right away. Jason gave me that smile that I always desired and I will never stop thanking him and the entire staff for the great work and support given. I would highly recommend this clinic, 100%!

Fantastic experience: After reading reviews I attended for a consultation. I met with Jason and I have to say right from the initial consultation I knew I had made the right choice. Jason took me through all the options after examining making sure my needs were met. As I needed some significant work done I attended for numerous visits over the last few months, there was never any issue in appointment times to fit my work schedule. Jason and all his staff were super professional throughout and I am really happy with all the work performed. No hesitation in recommending Jason and the practise.

Fantastic experience: Having read online reviews and testimonials I decided to have a consultation with Jason regarding replacing my front crowns and improving the overall aesthetic of my front teeth. The time spent in the waiting room is short and I was seen ontime at each visit. He outlined the costs involved on the first visit and followed it up with a detailed email. Jason's attention to detail is incredible and I couldn't be happier with the results. I would highly recommend him and his team and I will be a returning customer.

Fantastic experience: This spring, I met Jason and his assistant by searching and viewing various orthodontics clinics in Cork city centre. Actually, Jason is the nicest dentists I have met. Some clinics just ignore my email &messages or only provide one option for my orthodontics request. Jason's assistant replied email timely, and he is very easy to talk to. He gave me a couple of alternatives and explained the whole process initially. After treatment, I got my veneers around three weeks, and Jason helped me whiten my teeth to make everything look perfect. Also, I am working in the daytime shift in the southern city, so Jason's working time is convenient for me ( I believe suitable for all people who have day time shift. )

Fantastic experience: I hate anyone at my teeth, but I went to Jason for a teeth cleaning and he let me have my time to relax taking into consideration how anxious and nervous I am. He also advised an x-ray which was very quick, had the results and examination almost instantly. He was very informative and helpful. Fantastic experience: Following a fall from a bike which chipped three of my front teeth. I made an urgent appointment at Cork City Dental. The staff were really understanding and put me at ease. Dentist Long was extremely proficient and the results feel very natural so much my wife prefers the new look.

Negative experience: I went to Cork City Dental last week for the €70 examination and tooth polishing that I saw on the website. The Lavitt's Quay location didn't really look like a planned dental surgery, more like a few rooms that had been converted into a surgery. There was no receptionist behind the desk because she was with the dentist, doubling as his assistant! When she came behind the desk she still had the dental mask under her chin. The dentist, Jason Long, briefly examined my teeth and then asked if I wanted an x ray. I agreed to this, assuming it was part of the standard examination. The x ray just confirmed what the dentist had already seen, and I wasn't offered a copy of the x ray, which I would have expected. Even though the dentist identified an abscess in one of my rear teeth, he didn't advise me on its urgency or offer to do something about it now. So, after less than 20 minutes I was back at reception, where I had to pay €80 for the visit. I asked why I didn't get the tooth polishing, and was told that was because I got an x ray instead! The brief x ray cost €50 or €60, and like I said, I wasn't even offered a copy. I asked for a printed out treatment plan, but instead the receptionist just wrote down the options and prices on a bit of paper. So I left feeling that I didn't get what I went for, and to be honest, feeling ripped off as well. What did I get there in 20 minutes for 80 Euro? For all these reasons I would NOT recommend Cork City Dental.
