Negative experience: This is a company with no credibility. I made an appointment for teeth cleaning at 4:45 yesterday, waited for 25 minutes, saw the Asian dentist at 5:00, and told me within one minute that he couldn't have my teeth cleaned today. Waste of my time. Not recommended

Negative experience: horrible experience, my daughter had a consultation with the dentist and she was charged 140€ for a prescription and a consultation. The receptionist was not professional at all, i don’t recommend.

Thank you for your reply, I'm glad you think my review was only because you refused to see me when I showed up twenty minutes late for my appointment. I was not going to expand as to why that was but since you tried again to fob this off as my fault I'll now explain the several reasons I left a one star review of your business. After showing up early for my first appointment I had to wait 15 minutes standing outside a locked door waiting to be let in, where I was informed you close for lunch but don't put that on your hours of operation on your site or on the sign outside. Inside you made me fill in the large form I filled out online again, on the site it said to fill it out to save time on arrival, but I was told they don't have access to that at the clinic and I'd have to do it again. Eventually over 20 minutes later, the same time you refused to see me at for my next appointment, I got to see the dentist. After not getting the tooth X-ray at the first attempt the second one worked. I was then informed that a root canal may be required but I'd have to come back to see someone else to see if that was the case. The dentist recommend a prescription for some painkillers till my next appointment and I said okay. I went to the front desk where a prescription was promptly handed over for a few days worth of painkillers. The receptionist then told me there would be an additional charge of €70 for the prescription. So €85 I paid for a few crappy tablets that were less effective than nurofen. Next a new appointment was made for Monday, which I thought was for 1:30pm. When I arrived what I thought was early 1:20pm I was told I'd missed my appointment and there was no way to be seen that day. The lady behind the desk was abrupt and somewhat abrasive as she said I would have received a text reminder, which she then saw I had not, followed by saying she would have given me a card with the time on, she most certainly did not do that either as she was too busy spending the 30 second to scribble out the €70 prescription. So this is why I've given your company a one star review. I very very rarely would write a bad review and I held back on writing this one until I saw your condescending reply.

Negative experience: I had wisdom tooth removed last Monday. I Was told that the procedure will cost 250 euros in the and I was charged an extra 50 euros for a prescription. You would think if someone undergoes a procedure that the cost of the prescription would be included in the price but that's not the worst of it. 2 days after I developed a serious infection I attended Kdoc they immediately referred me to Portlaoise emergency department where I received excellent care but at this point my infection gone beyond the scope of Portlaoise hospital's capacity and I was transferred to st James's maxillofacial unit were I was admitted for IV antibiotics. Thanks to the excellent team in St James hospital I avoided more serious complications and escaped more surgical interventions. I would not recommend this clinic!

Negative experience: Very unhappy with service, waiting nearly six months on a denture amd still no closer to getting it

Negative experience: I give zero stars if i could as this place is shocking got an extraction last Saturday they are rough and only care about money not only was dentist rough but also cut corner of my mouth and now have dry socket and still in pain went back yesterday and said ah u may let it heal itself they don't care only about the money avoid

Positive experience: I WAS A NERVOUS PATIENT DR WANG WAS VERY RE ASSURING. MADE ME RELAXED .STILL NOTSURE ABOUT MY NEW LOOK OF STRAIGHT TEETH AS MY NATURAL TEETH WERE CROSSED. NOW STRAIGHT WITH BRIDGE HE FITTED. STILL WOULD PREFER MY NATURAL LOOK. FEEL THEY LOOK TOO LARGE. BUT WOULD RECOMMEND DENTIST.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely fantastic service provided to my 8 year old daughter today. All of the staff were wonderful to deal with. The dentist himself was so considerate of her nervousness which was appreciated. I was given excellent advice on what way to proceed and felt like they all truly cared. Many thanks for today and we will definitely returning customers. I am truly grateful for the care which was given to my daughter today.

Negative experience: Had a broken tooth I needed extracted when I went in was told I had an infection nd they wouldn’t pull the tooth so put me on antibiotics for a week 4 days in I woke up with the side of my face swollen though I had an abscess went back to them he didn’t even look at my moth just told me he couldn’t take it out went to Dublin dental this morning turns out I had no infection but had swelling from how badly the tooth was decayed, so I’m a single mom just trying to get by nd had €70 taken off me for absolutely nothing it’s an absolute disgrace to treat patients this way, Dublin dental had me in nd tooth out in 15 minits, stay clear of this place all they want is money they don’t want to treat people

Negative experience: Thank you for your answer. I did not go to the appointment on Friday because no one contacted me to solve the problem. This made me angry, so I called and canceled the appointment. However, I will go this week with pleasure and will show them this response from the administration.

Fantastic experience: couldn’t recommend more. extremely professional staff and doctors/orthodontists. all services provided are efficient and well done. i’ve dealt with Dr. Fahmy and Dr Angela also, both great. receptionist is also lovely. just got 2 fillings by Dr Fahmy, was quite nervous as i’ve never got it done before and i didn’t feel a thing + he was very reassuring during the procedure!! thanks guys

Fantastic experience: Couldn't recommend enough! And do to everyone tbh .was a very nervous patient seen declan first & now I go to Joanna ,absolute lady so professional & kind/ reassuring ..that I am now able to get work done so comfortable makes so much difference . Have been 4 times in the last 12months getting all my work done so I can be in much healthier position with my teeth & gums that mightve able to get braces there.. the receptionist is amazing also in Newbridge remembers you & also reassures ..thank you for removing the fear of 43 years.

Negative experience: Went here twice and wouldn’t help me either time kept saying I had infections by just touching my tooth went to another dentist the same day and was told there’s no infection. Their just there to get money off people don’t actually care about helping people.

Fantastic experience: I went to Pembroke awhile ago due to an old reconstruction of my front tooth breaking in half. I was terrified because. Like alot of people, who either didn't go to the dentist or needed a new one after many year After my experience I have to say Pembroke is amazing. The fear was gone. The upmost professionalism and knowledge. I was able to get advice on what to do in my situation with my teeth and the hope I had for them I've recommended them in person to anyone who asks, knowing they are in safe hands in Pembroke

Fantastic experience: This is a very good experience. The doctor Declan is very professional. During the treatment, I was completely relaxed and took anesthesia. There was no pain or fear at all. The repaired teeth looked like real teeth and there were no traces of repair. I especially recommend here！！！

Negative experience: Friendly staff, nice location, quite good dentist hand, very attentive but he put a filling on top of an infection so in 2 months grown and the pain was awful, wasted money and was almost unable to sleep for a week. Not cheap either.Very bad experience.
