Charlestown Dental Centre

Negative experience: Not very pleased with my experience with this dental centre. A bit of compassion and empathy goes a long way when a patient is experiencing pain. One of the dentists was very dismissive and there were other issues that I would not like to state publicly, but definitely not a nice experience.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at Charlestown Dental Centre for many years now. Dr. Andreea Hangan has been my dentist since she opened the clinic, and she always makes a visit to the dentist a pleasant experience. I had my periodontosis treatment with Dr. Thomas, and recently our little daughter had her decay treated by Dr. Camelia. They are all so professional and always take the time to explain clearly what will be done and what the aftercare involves. I also want to mention the lovely team at reception, who always greet me with a smile and make the whole experience, from start to finish, a positive one. I would highly recommend Charlestown Dental Centre to anyone looking for caring and experienced professionals. Thank you

Fantastic experience: Such a great dental practice. Beatriz and the other dentists/assistants are such a pleasure to deal with. No question is too small or query too insignificant. They are brilliant at putting you at ease. I would totally reccomend this practice for any dental work. And the ladies at reception : just super. They leave you with a great impression the moment you walk in and they are super helpful!

Positive experience: didnt find it at all friendly and they Dont listen when i told them what i needed not what the wanted as i couldnt afford their treatment, seems odd that u barely answer any negative reviews but u do all the positive one albeit it THE SAME reply , i wil use again but dont go with an emergency i was also made to wait a month to have a tooth pulled , gotta love pain killers though

Negative experience: What an experience me and my partner had with this dental practice. But it wasn't a good one!! We went for a consultation for cosmetic treatment and for a clean. I don't think I was in the chair for 10 minutes, and my partner wasn't in the chair for 5 minutes.. My partner did't even want the consultation because of how bad the clean was. While she was with the dentist , young lads were banging on the window. She felt very unsafe because she thought the window was going to be put through. The dentist looked like she didn't even want to be there. If you ask me I wouldn't even call this a dental practice. We spent 150euroso between us for 15 minutes of work.. STAY WELL CLEAR ONLY AFTHER YOUR MONEY!!!!!

Negative experience: Went on tue with an abcess told to come bk and did still nothing cam bk again fri and still had been left in excruciating pain no even appointment for me on the day absolutely joke left in an infection growing larger and poising me. I went some were else to get sorted I would avoid charlestown dentist at all costs

Negative experience: Very bad experience some time ago. I went to take out a tooth extraction. I was advised that during extraction the tooth beside the one being taken out may be slightly touched/affected, where they not only slight affect but totally broke and damaged the good tooth. When went back to fix problem they said have to pay 1000 to fix. Do not recommend stay away.

Fantastic experience: Great experience all round. Clean facilities. I got a quick weekend appointment, both girls in reception were absolutely lovely, as was whoever I dealt with over the phone creating the booking. Dr. Anca & her assistant Samantha were brilliant. The procedure was as smooth as you could ask and the few questions I had were answered perfectly with examples so I felt I understood so much more. I’ve been to other dentists and this was by far the best experience I’ve had & the staff were a credit in general.

Negative experience: The receptionist is not helpful, had a terrible attitude and was extremely rude. Dentist I saw was not confident and constantly changing their mind on treatment. Not going back!
