Fantastic experience: I have been going to Dr Buckley for over two years and at my most recent visit I had composite bonding done by her. She did an incredible job - my teeth look perfect and natural. She is very professional and honest and will tell you what you need and don’t need done which I really appreciate. Would highly recommend her for any dental work!

Fantastic experience: Have been a patient of Rathmines Road Dental Clinic a number of years now. I’ve always had a pleasant experience with Dr Buckley. I initially went for a second opinion and never left. My care and treatment over the years has always been professional and throughly explained. Patricia has been the most transparent dentist regarding treatment and cost unlike my previous dental clinic. My two young daughters and I will definitely be returning patients and would without doubt recommend Dr Buckley.

Negative experience: Mother tried to ring and make a appointment but the clown of a receptionist thought she put her on hold and could be heard joking with a colleague about my mothers query and saying will I just tell her we are booked out till the new year very unprofessional behaviour

Fantastic experience: Went to Rathmines Road Dental Clinic recently for a root canal and crown treatment. Found the dentist, Patricia Buckley, very good. She explained that my root canal was not straight forward, and sent me to a specialist who was excellent. However, she did the crown, which was done over two sessions. Had been dreading the whole procedure, but it could not have been better explained and relatively pain free!!! I also appreciated being informed of costs upfront and would thoroughly recommend. A great service.

Negative experience: My husband got root treatment from here 2 years ago and the treatment he got from here completely ruined his roots and made worse all other tooth as well. We visited other dentists after, all they said the tooth needs to be pulled out and needs to plant implants.We paid this clinic over €700 for the root canal treatment and made even worse. Old equipment, technology I’ve never seen before.. well I remember the service wasn’t that great. Now we need to pay for new treatments and implants.

Fantastic experience: I just returned from visiting doctor p. Buckley where I was sure to have my tooth pulled to be left with none on my hole right side after spending over n hour working on my tooth she managed to save it and restore it il be forever grateful to her and the excellent work she has done on me I would highly recommend her and her practice a lovely group of people very professional.

Negative experience: It was horrible, the lady doctor who was with me was very rude. I went there for a clean up only and i clearly mentioned it when i booked. After I went she started doing her own thing and later when i went to pay the bill was over €200. I booked using my PPSN so it was only supposed to be €15. She did her own thing without asking saying i had a gum desease. Fair enough i paid but my husband got the same treatment i did and he paid€15 so I called them and asked what extra i did. She screamed at me saying you have a gum desease and you will have it for rest of your life that's wht she said. I literally had tears in my eyes and i hung up. I only called to ask what extra was done. Her name starts from P i think, but will never ever go back there again. Looked like the reception lady was scared of her too

Negative experience: Hadn't been to a dentist for a few years had a cleaning and a filling but I had to press her for clarity on price wasn't letting her do anything till that was clear and luckily I have both prsi cover and medical card I was happy with the work she did but don't think I'll be going back I just found her unfriendly and very clinical

Fantastic experience: I might say that I have changed more than 20 dentist in my life and I am only 33. The concern and care that Dr. Patricia Buckley has shown is quite the best I have ever experienced. I have a lot of issue with my teeth and she cares for each one and suggests the best healing option. Even though I will have a surgery in Croatia, she suggests what checks should be done prior. When I first made an appointment having an emergency, they found time for me the same day at a time that was available for me. They have always found a time that would suit my schedule, mostly after 6 or an early morning appointment. I have found them always to be professional and friendly in a course of many procedures over a year. I would 100% recommend Rathmines Road dental clinic. Nothing but a positive experience.

Negative experience: Discusting customer service. I was called 4 times prior to my appointment and repatedly asked the same questions before constulation i was paying for, when i asked the reason for so many calls the woman got so offended and told me i didnt have to come to their clinic they have other important clients.... shocking.

Fantastic experience: I called in the office with a dental emergency around 6:30pm. I called them immediately and despite the fact that they were fully booked and that it was very late in the day, they found a way to see me and solved the problem immediately. Very professional and very customer service oriented. Would recommend!

Fantastic experience: This is a great office! I recently had a chipped front tooth, and was able to get in for an appointment on the same day. The staff person at the front desk was very helpful and courteous, and the dentist was gentle and professional. The examination space is very clean and welcoming as well. Dr. Buckley put me at ease, with a calm and straightforward manner, explained the procedures she was carrying out and provided great post-treatment care.

Fantastic experience: I was looking for a new dentist as my last one didn't do a very good job of bonding my front tooth. From the moment I walked into Dr Buckley I had a very positive experience. My general cleaning was very gentle and thorough. She let me know how long the visit will take, how much it will be and provide options if necessary. I am extremely happy with Dr Buckley and her work on my front tooth.

Negative experience: Why visit Rathmines Road Dental Clinic? Transparent Pricing of course! (Sarcasm). Where do I start? I was pricing around dentists in Rathmines, with prices ranging from €125 to €70 for a check up and clean. Finally, I found Rathmines Road Dental Clinic. The receptionist offered me a price of €50 for a check up and clean. I questioned the price of a tooth extraction if one was necessary. I was told it would cost between €65-€90 depending on the tooth as long as it was not surgical. I had a clean and check up. The dentist felt it was necessary to remove my wisdom tooth on the upper deck. I agreed since I knew there was something wrong. After the ordeal, the dentist asked me to follow her into the office to settle the bill. She told me the clean and check up would cost €80 and the tooth extraction €120. I was gobsmacked. I explained the prices that her receptionist gave me over the phone. Her response was that the receptionist was new and didn't know what she was talking about. But here is the best part, I then pointed out to her that there was a massive sign outside the door of her office that stated that all new customers are charged €50 for a clean and check up. She immediately began to panic in her voice. She tried to explain that the poster should have been taken down 6 months ago! She said she would only charge me €50, but that there would be no movement on the €120 charge for the tooth extraction. I then informed her that her receptionist told me that the tooth extraction would be between €65-€90. I got the same response again, "she said that? I'm sorry, she's new and she doesn't know the prices". I went home that night and checked out her website only to find in print that a tooth extraction cost between €65 and €90. BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THIS MONEY GRABBING DENTIST.
