Fantastic experience: Just had a composite restoration with Dr. Shahriar Khorshid today, from the local anesthesia to getting my filling done, barely felt a thing! Very calm environment and they were playing one of my favorite movies on the ceiling TV as well! Highly recommended for sure thanks doc and God bless ♥️

Fantastic experience: As someone who doesn't particularly like going to the dentist, I can't speak highly enough of Dr Cathy, Dr Olympia and their reception team. Top class professionals that really care for their patients, even going as far as fitting me in on 1 of their breaks! That particular day it was only suppose to be an hour for a composite bonding procedure but the process took longer as she wanted it perfect which i really appreciate! Really shows their dedication. Super happy with my teeth, thanks a million.

Fantastic experience: Huge thanks to Tom O'Brien for the excellent work he did on my top teeth which were in pretty bad shape. He is a fantastic dentist and always keeps me calm whilst getting the work done as I am a very nervous patient. Thanks also to Dental Nurse and Louise on reception.

Negative experience: Absolutely disgraceful experience poor management and in my experience no consideration for patient time and length of time waiting for scheduled work , to just cancel not once but twice after a 6 week wait , I would not recommend putting your confidence in their ability to honour an appointment In response to your reply , the alternative appointment that was offered was excepted and understood under the circumstances but your clinic then proceeded to call and try cancel that one again and offer another one at a much later date , your your response isn’t accurate to the full facts ,

Fantastic experience: Absolutely brilliant care today at the dental surgery. Tom was amazing with my 12-year-old daughter, who had six teeth out—so patient, caring, and even helped her to the car afterward. The whole team is lovely, and Paulina also always looks after her so well—gentle, kind, and understanding. My daughter has high anxiety, but they handled her with such compassion and professionalism. Truly grateful for their support!

Fantastic experience: Tom O'brien has been my dentist for several years. Today, he accommodated me for an emergency appointment as I was in severe pain due to a lost filling. Tom is very professional and you always receive the highest level of care and advice. I appreciate how he explains everything from the situation to the treatment options, in a way I understand. It makes me trust him completely. The staff is very kind and helpful. Louise, at the reception desk, provides a truly warm and inviting welcome. I highly recommend this dentist

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Dr Cathy for many year and couldn’t be happier with the treatment and care that I have received there . Lately I had a problem tooth that required root canal procedure. Having gone through this treatment many years before , I was not looking forward to it. I then met Dr Tom O’Brien and he told me of a different way of dealing with my tooth. He explained this procedure very clearly and we decided to go with. It has been a real success and I sincerely thank Dr Tom for his professional knowledge , care and reassurance. To anyone requiring dental care I wholeheartedly recommend The Shackleton clinic , where all the staff are just brilliant .

Fantastic experience: Rang whitewater dentists who I've used last last few years about an extraction of bad tooth that was giving me a lot of pain and was told booked up untill October , went online Sunday evening on Shackleton clinic and made a booking for today Tuesday morning ,the minute you walk in your greeted by a lovrly woman at reception and i got Mr Wang who is brillant at his job funny and takes your mind off what he's doing as I hate injections but to be fair was painless and quick even though it was a molar with massive roots would highly recommend this practice and will definitely be using them from now on 100% satisfied

Positive experience: Trying to get parking here is difficult because parents collecting there kids from the school park in the car park instead of parking in the school car park it’s very frustrating

Negative experience: They refused to do check-up. They don't register new patients.

Fantastic experience: I had a wisdom tooth removal and was quite nervous but Tom had so much patience with me and really put my nerves at ease. He is an amazing dentist. Dental assistant was also so lovely which made the experience a lot more bearable. Couldn’t recommend these enough.

Fantastic experience: I have had such a positive experience with Shackleton Clinic. From the moment you walk in the door the receptionist is so lovely and helpful. I booked in with Olimpia and I have to say both her and the dental nurse went above and beyond for me as I had said I was getting married the following week. They did a full check up and clean as well as some small fillings in my front teeth so I was confident in my smile on my big day! I can't thank them enough.

Fantastic experience: Cathy is an excellent dentist, her attention to detail and kindness towards children are second to none. My child broke one of her front adult teeth while we were abroad and Cathy accommodated us with an emergency appt as soon as we came home. She did an excellent job repairing the tooth and it has been sound since. Highly recommend the Shackleton Clinic.

Fantastic experience: After many years of putting off a molar extraction it had to be done. Shackleton Clinic was recommended to be by a colleague, these guys are excellent. This was as painless as it could be actual tooth was out in less than 30 seconds I really could not believe it. From my initial consultation to the extraction the service was prompt, professional and very friendly. I would strongly recommend this clinic indeed.

Fantastic experience: I had a surgical extraction today with one of the dental surgeons, Rabea. It was my first time to have any sort of an extraction ever so nervous was an understatement. Rabea and his dental nurse Eimear were brilliant. They talked me the whole way through the process and checked to see was I okay and reassured me throughout the whole procedure. I felt so at ease and relaxed, the procedure felt like it was over in no time. I'd highly recommend Rabea and the entire Shackleton team for any of your dental requirements. I've been to Cathy the denist numerous times over the years too and wouldn't dream of going elsewhere!! 10/10 for the Shackleton Clinic!

Fantastic experience: Most relaxing dentist visit I've ever been to. I had a tooth extraction with Dr. Laurna and she was the most gentle person I've ever met. She explained every single step to me clearly and was the perfect Dentist! I couldn't recommend the clinic or the dentist enough, they're incredible. The receptionist as well was extremely kind and courteous, and was an absolute joy to interact with!

Fantastic experience: I am amazed at how good the staff is at Shackleton. The receptionists are really lovely. They remember you, are super friendly and just make you feel really welcomed. The dentists are very good at what they do, very knowledgeable and again, super friendly. I got help with removing a metal retainer that had broken. I have social phobia as well as anxiety, I told the dentist when I got there and she made me feel so at ease and calm. She did a wonderful job. My fiancée was recently there and had a bigger procedure done where he was sedated and the work they did came out perfect. Overall I recommend Shackleton! And especially to anyone who has had a bad experience with dentists in the past or are scared of going to the dentist. The people who work here are wonderful and good at what they do.

Fantastic experience: First visit with Cathy today as a nervous patient. Cathy and her Assistant were excellent, they put me completely at ease. Cathy talked me through the entire procedure, and it did not feel invasive at all. All the staff I came in contact with were helpful and very friendly. I would highly recommend the clinic.

From the moment I required attention for the restoration of a broken tooth, (along with other routine services like a cleaning, etc.,) until completion, the staff and dentists were amazing. Everyone was professional and attentive. The care was patient-centric and catered to the individual. Dr. Daisy McCarthy walks on water as far as I'm concerned!
