Fantastic experience: My experience started of from a cold call from Tracey true an internet enquiry. I’d spend six months sitting on the fence not having the confidence to make a decision on the other options I was given. But with Tracey’s none pushy advice over the phone I made an appointment and in three visits I was done.Just like to say a public thanks to Dr. Hazem for his amazing work and advice. Fantastic experience: First time attending Balbriggan dental as they were very good to accommodate me with an appointment as I’m heading away! I had a chipped tooth that needed a filling.Dr Nicholas Yew did a fantastic job!! It was a really comfortable experience, they me feel relaxed and were very professional. I would highly recommend Balbriggan Dental to anyone looking for dental work! Staff were just amazing and the work they carried out was perfect!! I will be coming back again as a customer!!!

Fantastic experience: Today was my first time attending Balbriggan Dental clinic and Implant. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. Dr. Gerald and Dimitri were both professional and did not treat me differently despite being a medical card patient. An extraction and two fillings were done without asking me to come back for another appointment date which I appreciate due to my busy schedule. The equipment were thoroughly decontaminated after the procedure which is most reassuring. Thank you Dr. Gerald and Dimitri and to all the staff at Balbriggan Dental and Implant for being friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend you to friends and colleagues. Fantastic experience: With a life long fear of the Dentist and knowing I needed a lot of dental when I first attended the Clinic I was really nervous and incredibly anxious. From the moment I arrived in the spotlessly clean bright and welcoming surgery I felt so relaxed Tracey and Lorraine are so so good at reassuring you and making you feel welcome and cared for at every stage . Dr Darren Hill treated me throughout my care and was the most kind gentle and wonderful dentist always going at my pace always reassuring and calm and as I finish this course of treatments even ones I volunteered for ! I can say I am delighted not just to have resolved all of my dental issues and anxieties but also to know going forward that I have my future dental care in amazingly good professional hands if you need a practice go here ! I couldn’t recommend them enough

Fantastic experience: Recently had some dental implants done by Balbriggan Dental & Impact Clinic. I was really nervous but Dr Bashara is so experienced and professional at his work - he put me completely at ease. There is a lovely, relaxed feeling when you walk in. Lorraine & Tracy are worth their weight in gold! Both very experienced dental nurses and EVERYTHING was explained before, during and after treatment. For anyone who is nervous of Dentists like me, I highly recommend this clinic. Thanks to all the staff for making an anxious patient so relaxed and not dreading any future appointments. Fantastic experience: If you're like me and you didn't spend as much time in the dentist chair during your childhood years, it's never too late and this is the practice to visit. Lorraine, Tracy and all the girls on the front desk help to create a calm, welcoming atmosphere from the minute you walk through the door. Treatment wise, I've had fillings, crowns and most recently, an implant. The standard of care never drops - I've seen Haitham, Darren & Hazem and I would recommend all of them. Treatment plans are prepared for customers to help you understand your own personal journey. Protect your smile - let the team help you!!!

Fantastic experience: Myself and my partner got composite bonding done with Dr Hazem. I have to say his work is outstanding. Also, the girls at the reception Tracy and Lorraine are very helpful and very professional. We definitely have found a top-class dental practice . We are both delighted with our new smile.

Fantastic experience: I've probably spent 25 years getting teeth done by hygienist and other treatments to keep them right. Been to many dental clinics aswel over the years. But getting a appointment with hygienist Elaine Whelan at Balbriggan Dental and Facial Clinic brought a whole new standard of hygienisim by Elaine. The work she did was never done by anyone lve been to previous. If you get her you will never go to anyone else. So let's hope she never retires. 10 out of 10. Fantastic experience: I’ve started using Balbriggan Dental & Facial in 2023 and every visit is a easy process from booking appointments for standard dental work to emergency appointments,Tracey and the Professional Team have got me in and sorted in a swift time frame. All the Dental Team in the practise are very professional & clinical and provide excellent service and support. The practise is Clean , offers a comfy chair in the waiting room (of which I only sat down and was up again) Clear walkways and good lighting to easily navigate through the practise. Parking is available on the Road on both sides of the road (paid parking ,meter is located next to the practise but note you must have change as card is not accepted on the meter)

Fantastic experience: I’ve visited the dental clinic for the first time today and I have to say the service and attention to detail have been outstanding. My dental issue was fixed within the hour and I left a very satisfied customer. Dr Darren (I hope I got the name and person right) took very good care of my teeth explained the whole procedure in detail and made sure I’m aware of any potential issues that might come up in the future based on his assessment. I want to say thank you to the whole team for the quick turnaround as I needed the appointment sooner and I will be definitely a returning patient.

The progress with my teeth has been brilliant and because I was so happy with my experience I brought my young daughters for their dental check ups last week with Darren, he was very patient and kind with both of them putting them at ease. Fantastic experience: I had my Botox done several weeks ago and I found the staff to be so pleasant and informative, I was given a very thorough walk through aftercare instructions which made me feel extremely safe and my desires were met perfectly, I couldn’t be more pleased with my result!

Fantastic experience: I contacted Balbriggan Dental and Facial Clinic after a friend recommended the practice. I had attended 2 different practices who couldn't seem to help me with the treatment I needed. From the start of my treatment right through to the end I was treated with the utmost care and respect. Every aspect of the treatment was explained to me in detail ,so no surprises. The cost of the treatment was the biggest surprise. A pleasant one . I couldn't recommend this practice highly enough.

Negative experience: Avoid this place like the plague! Overpriced.. Really rude receptionist who kept interrupting my filling appointment because the dentist (Darren Hill) was taking forever (1.5 hours). I had to get a tooth extraction which despite doing everything he told me to afterwards, I still got dry socket after it. He was really rough when doing both the extraction and the fillings, yanking the jaw off me. I actually had jaw pain for days after both appointments. The dental nurse didn't seem to have a clue what she was doing either. It was a pretty traumatic experience overall! He also told me I needed more fillings than I did! (thankfully I got an xray and a second opinion from a new dentist yesterday - Smiles in O Connell St. Dublin - I highly recommend them). When I asked the receptionist from Balbriggan to email me my records for the new dentist, she sent them in an unreadable format and said she couldnt change the format either..the new dentist couldn't understand or read them. Avoid this place!

Fantastic experience: Amazing service. My son who is autistic with sensory issues has just completed having braces with Laura and Lorraine. The patience and care and support that they gave him throughout the process from the beginning to the end was exceptional. They dealt with his extra needs in a professional and caring manner. Negative experience: Because I'm on medical card I need to wait until August otherwise private on same day! Medical card is payment as you are not working for free!

Fantastic experience: One of the best dental clinic, staff are very friendly, had 4 visits there. James who look after my teeth, I have met many dentist in my 15 years in Ireland no one of them even was close to him. He is very careful with adults so the kids would be like with the santa, he will give best advise to save your tooth,he is very busy dentist but he makes that look you are the first client to him and he will put himself 100% into fixing your teeth. Fantastic experience: Just back after been in agony for two weeks when another dentist tried to extract a tooth and told me I needed a referal that could take month's, she sent me home with bruised and bleeding gums after she tried and failed to extract it, I phoned balbriggan dental clinic and got a consultation for an hour later, after an x-ray the dentist Jamie extracted the tooth and without bother and his assistant was brilliant too, I can't recommend this dentist enough.

Fantastic experience: As someone who is terrified of dentists, my experience here was nothing short of life changing. I have had such a fear that I put off going to the dentist until I am in excruciating pain. But the warm welcome from the staff here at Balbriggan dental immediately put me at ease. Jane the dental nurse was so helpful and explained exactly what was going to happen and assured me if I needed a break at anytime just to raise my hand. The procedure was over in minutes without a hitch. I felt like they cared about their patients unlike other places where you are treated like a number. I would definitely recommend Balbriggan Dental to anyone especially those who fear the dentist. The clinic itself is spotless clean and very modern looking. It feels more homely rather than clinical. I will no longer put off my trips to the dentist going forward after this experience.

Fantastic experience: On my many visits to this dental clinic I have found the professionalism of Colin and the dental nurses to be of a very high standard, he talks you through all dental procedures and above all makes you feel very relaxed for your visit, therefore I have no issues reccomending Balbriggan Dental Clinic to friends.

Negative experience: Had the root canal treatment here together with some fillings. It was done so poorly that straight after the root canal I had another cavity because there was space left out in between the teeth where food was getting stuck. Besides, the doctor who did this was on holidays and her colleague dealing with the consequences said: 'Listen, I donno who did this but it's not done well'. Great to know! 2yrs later this root canal tooth fell apart with the worst timing possible. Guess there's never a good time for your tooth getting destroyed anyway especially when you paid lots of money to save it.
