Fantastic experience: I had a quick consultation appointment to get advice on my next steps for dental care, and I’m really happy with the experience. The dentist was kind, informative, and took the time to explain my options clearly. I felt heard and not rushed at all, even though it was a short visit. The clinic was clean and welcoming, and the staff at reception were also very polite and helpful. I left feeling more confident about what I need to do next with my teeth. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for professional and honest dental advice.

Fantastic experience: I brought my son today to see Dr Abraham and his lovely assistant joy. My son has autism and they were both so patient and kind with him, he was very nervous and can be very sensory with his mouth. They were able to talk my son into the chair and managed some treatments, it was amazing, Dr Abraham also gave me advice on how to proceed with his care going forward.

Negative experience: Very disappointing visit with Dr Abrhaim last month. Visited for a PRSI check up scale and Polish. Was charged €15 to book and then €15 when I left. Booked a time that was suitable for me to go outside of work. Was called to see if I could make it earlier said no. My partner also booked in around the same time, so we could go together, he was also called twice that day in the middle of work asking come he come at an earlier time. Went to see Dr Abrahaim at the time I originally booked and left completely over whelmed, upset and thinking all my teeth would fall out! Dr Abrahaim was so unclear about what the actual problem was. I specifically asked what I needed to do and was given probably the worst case scenario. Visited my old dentist after as was so upset and was given sound advice and told that it was not as bad as Dr Abrahaim mentioned. Perhaps miscommunication but the problem needs to be clearly stated and options given to patients. Very upsetting experience.

Negative experience: I had an appointment on 1st june 2025 with dental Surgeon, it was cancelled as dental surgeon was sick. next day they booked my appointment again with dental Surgeon, it was a worst experience of my life as she was very rude and i was forced to ask for the refund due to this behaviour and did not continued my treatment with smile hub.

Negative experience: One star as it is a clean modern building with plenty of parking outside but my visit did not go as I or smile hub would have hoped. I used their site to make an appointment for 2pm Saturday but within minutes was contacted by phone to say that that time was unavailable but I could have 4pm. Most of the time slots for the day were available so I don’t know what the reason rescheduling my appointment was for. I asked would the appointment be on time or close to it and was told that they fully booked for the day but that I would be contacted by phone at 3.30pm if they were running late. I arrived at 3.50pm and the place was completely empty except for me and the receptionist. I thought great - there shouldn’t be much wait but I did wonder why there was no one else there At 4.15pm a man appeared from the area of the treatment rooms dressed in medical clothes and sat in beside the receptionist.After a minute he then went out the way I had come in still in his medical garb. Almost immediately a woman came out from the treatment area similarly dressed in medical clothing and to the best of my knowledge as I was now trying hard to listen to see what was going on she inquired where the man was and was told he had gone to the shops..The woman then returned to the treatment area .I don’t know who these 2 people were.In my opinion I believe they were the dentist and assistant- but could be wrong I now went up to receptionist and asked did she have any idea on how long I would be waiting. She sent him a message and when I said that I would have to reschedule if I was not going to be seen soon she went in the doors to the treatment area. When she returned she told me that the dentist was doing an extraction and didn’t know how long it would be. At that stage I rescheduled. I am willing to give it a second go as the times that they say they are open are great for people who can’t come between 9am and 5pm which is my experience of most dentists. .I would also be very interested to see a response from the management team regarding my experience . Fantastic experience: I had a dental examination earlier today with Dr. Laura Fee, and overall, it was a very positive experience. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was calm and professional. Dr. Fee was thorough, attentive, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which I really appreciated. She made what can often be a stressful appointment feel comfortable and reassuring. An unexpected bonus was discovering that the check-up was fully covered by my PRSI, which made the whole experience even better. I left feeling well-informed, cared for, and pleasantly surprised. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Had an appointment with Dr. Laura today. She was fantastic. Made me feel super relaxed throughout the procedure. She was so good and took the time to map out my facial plan for the next few months. Her assistant orlando was super friendly as well. I left the clinic feeling confident and hopeful for future appointments.

Negative experience: I went here for an Emergency appointment after suffering severe tooth pain. I found the dentist to be quite rude from the start. She told me almost immediately that the tooth would have to come out, I felt very rushed to immediately sign the form so the Tooth would be extracted without any discussion of whether there were other options. The tooth extraction was carried out within minutes, as it was a larger tooth there was alot of blood but despite this it was obvious they wanted me to leave immediately. I was quickly given a small piece of gauze and sent out of the surgery without so much as a moment to rinse my mouth. Instead I was left standing outside with my mouth still pouring blood, a truly awful experience which I wouldn't wish on anyone.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service and incredibly comfortable. Always hated going to the dentist but Dr. Laura and Dr. Ibrahim makes the whole experience alot less stress and both very patient and calm.

Negative experience: Yesterday at Smile was a traumatic experience for me. I had attended previously and the care the dentist took with me was amazing and he explained everything that was happening before he did anything. Yesterday my head was held in place by a member of staff while the dentist use force to try an extraction in the same location. This was done not once but several times throughout the appointment without warning or consent. The corner of my lip was split, my front teeth mashed against my lips while she used considerable force to try to extract the back tooth. I had to ask to stop twice from the pain of the force she was using on the areas of my mouth that were not involved. Being told to breathe through it was definitely not helpful. I specifically asked for the pain relief that works for me to be prescribed but it was completely ignored. The assistant had to use several wipes to clean the blood from my face. The whole experience felt more like an assault than treatment.

Negative experience: Had a very disappointing experience today at Smile Hub Skerries. I had a implant consultation at 8am with a Ms Laura Fee. I found her rude and condescending. As we walked into the surgery, before I sat down. She proceeded to shout the prices of the implants. "3k per implant that's 12k for implants".I have never witnessed anything like it in a dental surgery in my life. 100 %Not recommend Ms Fee!!!
