WhatClinic: Reviews
Negative experience: Incredibly disappointed with the complete lack of service offered. My company has not received a single submitted refund for the entirety of 2024 so far! I have reached out via chat bot on the platform- no reply at all. Same with reaching out to sales emails and customer service emails provided by what clinic on the platform. This platform is a complete scam. I honestly don’t even think people work here anymore. As a service provider I must caution other providers and say DO NOT USE WHATCLINIC. And as for you, what clinic if you are in fact real PLEASE SEND THE REFUNDS THAT MY TEAM HAS BEEN REQUESTING FOR MONTHS. I’d also suggest you reconsider your business practices because frankly, this service is abysmal and I am thoroughly disappointed and disgusted.

Negative experience: Apsolute waste of time, complete scam. tried 3 times to write a review about a clinic where the operation went completetly wrong. Choose this clinic bases on what clinic reviews. Horrible experience. Only got as far a verification call. They won't post negative reviews regardless of how you write it. they would rather stay on good terms with the clinics.

Positive experience: In 2019, the utility of whatclinic services was great and we had many patients and make profit on Whatclinic. But in 2020 and 2021 mostly clinics had lose many on whatclinic.com because of covid-19 and international trip limitations (especially in Turkey). We are looking forward to more support from Whatclinic. With last 200 enquiries, we got just 3 patients and this was far below expectations.

We see many clinics following up with patients who sent an enquiry months ago, and these patients finally booked. If you haven't done it already, I suggest you give it a try and see if that brings results. Fantastic experience: Extremely useful online service to find clinics around the world for affordable and transparent prices. You can check prices ahead and even ask for quotes online. Negative experience: I never managed to get as far as posting a clinic review. I had attempted to contact a couple of Madrid (central city) dental clinics via their "ContactUs" pages. No responses. Eventually received an 'auto' email from What Clinic asking if I had received a reply from clinic xxx ... only then began to realise that I was corresponding with an 'agency'. Subsequently received a phone call from What Clinic and then realized that I appeared to be in contact with your standard Indian call centre. No thanks. Contacted the dental clinics by phone, both claimed no knowledge of my contact attempts. Am now in receipt of 'direct contact' addresses for the clinics of interest and will hopefully be able to progress my enquiries.
