Fantastic experience: Went to Dr Dmytro Yermolaiev for a cleaning and wisdom teeth removal and he is hands down the best dentist I have been to. Very patient and kind, puts your comfort above everything else. Very clean and quick tooth removal with no pain. Also has a high standard of cleanliness with proper care taken to maintain a sterile environment such as changing gloves to avoid contamination.

Fantastic experience: Great dentist, very friendly, and puts you at ease. Definitely recommend this if you are very nervous.

Fantastic experience: As one who does not like dentists I can say that my first visit there was very good. No lectures or being spoken down to, just plain and simple, "what's the problem now lets figure out how to fix it". Very pleasant atmosphere in the clinic. I'm not going to say I'm looking forward to going back but I'm not stressing like I usually would about my visits. Would happily recommend them to anyone.

Negative experience: (Shannon Street branch) i went there for a simple night mouth guard, and Dentist Victory failed twice to make it right. When I tried to contact the manager, the receptionist Svitlana went bananas over the phone when I just asked for the manager's name. Seriously, she is not a professional receptionist who has no idea how to deal with patients. Her English was not clear as well. Kiara, the manager, refused to help me and didn't apologise for the bad receptionist behaviour nor the bad work of her dentist. I will not recommend this place to anyone. Their work and attitude speak for themselves.

Fantastic experience: I had been looking at the possibility of getting orthodontic treatment for sometime. An Orthodontist was recommended to me and I had a consultation in which I was charged €170 and then to be told that there was basically nothing that could be done short of jaw surgery and that my issues were quite complex with misalignment etc. They really had no interest as it wouldn’t be a straightforward job. They made me feel quite upset with their attitude. Rita O’Dowd was then recommended to me and I can honestly say that going to meet Rita in the No 8 Clinic was one of the best decisions I ever made. Not once did Rita make me feel like I was a complex case and in truth looking back now I was. I wasn’t surprised when I saw that Rita had won Colgate dentist of the year for showing compassion and kindness to a cancer sufferer with oral issues. Sarah was so nice and facilitated me with early morning appointments and I was pleasantly greeted from the Reception desk to the dentist!s chair. I had a wisdom tooth removed by Eva who was so nice and the whole procedure was painless. I am at the end of my orthodontic journey now after 2 years and numerous appointments but I am going to continue dealing with No 8 for the regular dental work. I can unreservedly recommend this clinic.

Positive experience: I’m a long standing customer of the dentist who started this practice but unfortunately in recent years I feel that the standard for cleaning and descaling has gone down. Today I was in and out in less than half an hour, including a waiting time of about ten minutes and having X-rays done. When I got home I realised that the back of my teeth still had staining which used to be removed. If this is the new norm we’ll all be lining up for false teeth in a few years time. Update: after another visit - this time with Deirdre- I was very happy with my treatment. The care and attention were what I had been used to receiving over the last 28 years. Thanks for giving me the call back and arranging it for me.

Negative experience: Greatest waste of time plus money. Nearly 250 less in my pocket and still the same pain in my mouth. Should have realised after my 1st visit 2 hours to do 1 filling and i still in pain leaving not to go back but was in such pain had no choice. Second experience was small bit better but would u believe it i still have the pain cannot afford 3rd trip back and would advise people not make same mistakes i did...... money is hard enough earned without wasting it like this..

Negative experience: Went for a follow appointment and was told I needed to get some fillings , Keep in mind I had no pain or sensitivity before hand. So after getting 2 fillings I was told it might be a bit sensitive for a few days. I was actually in severe pain and taking paracetamol , so I rang the dentist reception and conveyed my problem to them , and she said I will tell the dentist and ring you right back. They never rang back, never tried or left a voice mail or missed call , not even an appointment follow up text. Thats not good enough, the pain was real bad, I couldn't eat or drink and had difficulty sleeping along with headache. This is not good enough , I had no pain before hand and after it was a nightmare. Then when I looked at the filling it was an amalgam metal one , I previously paid to have all my metal filling replaced with white, I was not told this one was going to be done in amalgam metal, perhaps that was part of the problem. Please cancel me as a patient I couldn't go back seen as you were not bothered to follow up when I called in pain. IN REPLY TO YOUR RESPONSE .. The receptionist didn't advise me or make any comments , is that not for the dentist to say? she only said she would say it to the dentist Kilian and they would call me back, please dont take me for a fool I know what she said, I know al about the difference between sensitivity and Pain and I also understand clinical factors for fillings but normally a dentist will discuss why or why not it is best to go with Amalgam, He didn't. Its just not proper practice, in all my years of going to dentists they would always talk things through and explain the options. But not this time. I still didn't get a call back .

I have been receiving orthodontic treatment from Rita for the past 21 months and recently had my braces removed and the results are amazing!! The reception staff are always so polite and welcoming. Negative experience: Simply the worst dental clinic I have ever dealt with. In more detail from a patient's point of view: Cleanliness: The cup filter and glass spittoon are ALWAYS closed or wrapped even though I have been reviewing with them for a very long time - After they put on gloves, they don't mind touching anything like the computer or their hair and then working on your teeth. "Caring for germs transmission or sterilization is zero inside the treatment room." The Service: -Dealing with extreme rudeness or kindness depends entirely on their mood and they are not professional at all "their satisfaction first, then the patient's satisfaction" -They don't like you to be late, but it's okay if they make you wait for more than 20 minutes The Prices: - Approximately 4 thousand for the price of orthodontics, do you think that you will get a good service as a treatment, at least with it? Well personally, one time they took 20 euros more from me, did they return it? No, I asked them to add it to the value of the braces that I still pay, but imagine that I noticed the error after many months. If I had not noticed, they would have underestimated the amount unjustly. "Take the bills with you every time if you are going to deal with them." -Errors in treatment, for example, that the doctor puts the wrong orthodontic for you on his mood, this is normal with them finally: I do not advise anyone to get treatment here, two of my friends were looking for a place to do orthodontics, and of course I explained to them what this place looks like, despite their many mistakes. I wonder where the owner of the clinic is from them? How can they bother such a patient without compensation? I can't stand the moment I finish the treatment with them, I still REGRET that I chose them

Fantastic experience: All my life i have been afraid of going to the Dentist, i am 70 years old and still have teeth in my head, after some bad experience's i always broke into a sweat going to the Dentist, since i went to No8 at Windmill court i have been treated by a fantastic Dentist called Sorcha Trant, she put me at ease and explained what was happening, i had to have a tooth removed and when i seen the needle my fear came back, Sorcha assured me it was all Ok and gently removed the Tooth, i have faith again in the Dentist, when she put the tooth on the table i had felt NOTHING, she even gave me the tooth to take home, Thank you Sorcha for your confident way and professional work, . I would highly recommend No8 to anybody with or without fear. Thank you again.

Negative experience: I was in Tuesday 22.12.2020 with toothache. I hope I will be relieved before Christmas. Instead my filling was cracked in next day (left side) in 4 places, I got toothache in other my tooth in the right side, and as well awful jaws pain in right side. I can't eat anything, even soft things becase very bad toothache and painful jaws. I don't know, what Dr Clare have done, but feel much much worst then before dentist. As well my visit was very very short, which is not good sign either, my tooth before filling never was clean and as well after, my filling wasn't heating for make harder. Athmosfere in the dentist was not great either. Never back again. Really not recommended.

Fantastic experience: Went to Rita to get braces and found the whole process amazing, I got great results and found all the staff were always so friendly and willing to help. I couldn’t recommend Rita and the No.8 Clinic enough.

Fantastic experience: Had a great experience with hygienist Orla. I felt very comfortable throughout the treatment. I’m prone to gingivitis and haven’t had a flare up since the cleaning. Will definitely be returning to Orla.
