Fantastic experience: Great experience at this practice. I was extremely nervous as had to have work completed on numerous teeth. Felt very welcome at reception and Dr victory neo was amazing,very calm and reassuring. Will definitely return

Negative experience: Extremely rude reception staff. Such a pity as the dentist here has been lovely over the years, from a Laura to Victory. I tried to give reception a benefit of the doubt but every visit the last couple of times has been meet with a terrible attitude.

Fantastic experience: Can’t recommend Dr. Victory enough, he put me at ease straightaway as I was pretty nervous. I had a molar removed , his skill and calming nature made it bearable. I was in and out within a half hour. Excellent service and really nice people.

Fantastic experience: My son got his braces off last weekend and we are all delighted with the results. A beautiful and much more confident smile. He needed ongoing orthodontic work, which Rita talked him through at each visit. The technology in No.8 is the most up-to-date available so, combined with Rita's skills and experience, the entire experience was seamless. Our whole family are patients of No.8. I don't think 17-year old lads tend to write reviews but if they did, I have one who would undoubtedly give a 5 star rating and a big thank you to Rita, Sarah and the team.

Fantastic experience: I couldn't recommend No.8 or Victory Neo any more. I chipped half a front tooth this week and Victory got me in on the same day and did an amazing job. He is fast, explains things thoroughly and leaves the tooth in better condition than it was before it broke.

Negative experience: My husband and I turned to this clinic because everyone recommended it. We waited 2 weeks for our appointment. When we arrived, Victor welcomed us. My husband needed a tooth pulled, but Victor said he wouldn't do it. He said that he can make a referral to the hospital and there they can pull out the tooth for money, although we applied to dentistry on the Medical Card. Then he said he can make a filling and sometimes it helps. What does SOMETIMES mean? I have a toothache, I want to get rid of the pain. Then he offered a cleaning, but we already refused. When we left his office, we met a woman, she asked if the doctor helped us, we said no. Then she said that this doctor removed her nerve and has been treating it for 2 months and she was in despair. It's good that he at least prescribed painkillers. We left the clinic upset, because after waiting for 2 weeks, we did not receive help. Therefore, I do not recommend it!

Fantastic experience: Great service no pain I got a partial denture 4 teeth were taken out barely felt anything plus also got 3 more teeth in the denture that were previously taken out over my life my smile is great now I would recommend this service to anyone. Thanks No8 Sean O Connell

Fantastic experience: My son Jack had top & bottom braces fitted by Rita in Jan 2021. Can't recommend Rita and her staff enough. They really look after you with appointments, at times that suit you, payment plans and advice. Jack also plays rugby, Rita was good enough to supply him with a gum shield for braces, and also modified it to fit around the turbo attachments at the back of his top front 2 permanent teeth. Jack's braces came out in May of 2022 and we're delighted with the results. His teeth are perfectly straight and his over bite has been corrected. If you're looking for a dentist or orthodontist look no further than No. 8 The Clinic.

Fantastic experience: My mother and I were here today for a check up and scale and polish. Both of us needed 2 fillings which were done immediately and neither of us felt a single thing when getting the local anesthetic injection. Can't praise Victory enough. Fantastic experience: I was in severe pain and I could not find a dentist who would take an x-ray and pull my tooth the same day I phoned them early bout half 9 they had an opening for 2 which I pushed for earlier but obviously I doesn't work like that and went in got seen straight away the assistant and the dentist were very nice lady's and I was so impressed that I asked could I become a patient with this dental practice and I rated my former dentist to be the best in town not anymore, but I would recommend anybody to pick this dental clinic between the receptionists and all staff were very nice and welcoming and I will always stick with them

Negative experience: Do NOT recommend. I tried this clinic as I could not get a last minute appointment in my usual dentist. The dentist was clearly incompetent, what she was saying made no sense as she kept changing her mind and in the end was actually going to give me a numbing injection and do some work. There was no way I was letting her near me so I politely told her I would think about it. I then asked at reception could I get another dentist to look at the gum that was bothering me, I was told to wait a half an hour which I did, one hour later still no one could see me. I had already taken all morning off work so I could not wait any longer and asked the receptionist to get the manager (who was meant to look at my gum) to call me. I received no phone call and rang again myself at the end of the day. I was told she was too busy to contact me. Shocking customer service! I rang my usual dentist to tell them what happened who were appalled and fit me in right away for an emergency appointment that evening. They gave me completely different advice and treatment which did not involve anything major such as injections, filling etc and my gum was perfect 3 days later. I am not one to complain but I am horrified that I was nearly given unnecessary treatment by a medical professional and the customer service I received afterwards. If someone would like to contact me to explain I would appreciate it rather than ignoring me like I have been since my appointment!

Positive experience: I'm knocking a star , because they were so busy iv to do a deep clean in two appointments but got a great deal on them + teeth whiting . 400+ small price to pay for healthy teeth

I was terrified at the thought of a tooth extraction and I was so pleasantly surprised by the positive experience I had. Joe’s warm approach put me at ease and I would highly recommend his services.
