Fantastic experience: Where to start....Its the Sunday evening of the June Bank Holiday weekend. My 8 year old son has had himself a bad accident and made a mess of his mouth. Teeth broken, chipped, displaced etc. I have been a patient of Murphy Dental Care for several years so i put a call to their phoneline out of sheer panic not taking into account the day & time, just to look for some advice and i left a message on the answering service. As we were being seen in the A & E, Kevin called my phone. He spoke to the Maxillofacial Doctor who was assessing Jack and immediately & without hesitation he took over Jack's care. Kevin left his home & family at 10:30pm on the Sunday night of the June bank holiday weekend, opened his surgery and worked on my little boy for over 2 hours. The result is Jack's teeth are like new when just hours before it was an absolute mess. Not all heroes wear capes but this one wears scrubs and a face mask My wife & i will be forever grateful to Kevin. The absolute panic we felt yesterday evening was calmed instantly by Kevin with his warmth, reassurance, humour and the end result as a result of his mastery is absolutely incredible. Thank you so much for this unbelievable act of kindness and for the specialist care i've gotten myself from Kevin & Evelyn the past few years.

Fantastic experience: I needed some emergency dental work a year ago and a few months of follow up. Kevin made me feel comfortable, confident and reassured with his manor and communication telling me what was next in my treatment. I recomend Murphy dental pracice for all you dental needs.

Fantastic experience: I had a hygiene appointment yesterday at Murphy Dental Care and brought along my 4-year-old daughter just so she could observe the process. Evelyn was absolutely wonderful with her—warm, kind, and incredibly reassuring. Lauryn was thrilled to get a cool pair of heart-shaped glasses and even got a little polish, which made her feel like part of the experience. Evelyn went above and beyond, and thanks to her, Lauryn is already asking when she can go back! We also received great advice about the right toothbrushes and toothpaste to use. It was an all-around positive and welcoming visit. I couldn’t recommend Murphy Dental Care enough—especially for families with young kids.

Fantastic experience: Had an appointment today in Murphy Dental care, first time seeing a new dentist since Denis Kerrisk retired so was nervous but felt at ease the second i got in the door,all staff from reception to nurses and dentist/hygienist were very professional, i dealt with Joan the Dentist and Evelyn the Hygienist today, i got a Deep clean (100% pain free) no injection needed!!, could not recommend Murphy Dental Care enough, Thank you.

Fantastic experience: My dental journey with Murphy Dental Care started about 18 months ago. A piercing pain on the left hand side of my mouth led me to Kevin. He found time to see me quickly and made the quick diagnosis that I had a cracked tooth. Immediately Kevin was able to take away the pain and then he explained in a very unpatronizing and easy to understand way, what my options going forward were. I placed my trust in Kevin and to be honest this was an easy thing to do because I knew I was dealing with an empathetic professional who knew his stuff. He mapped out what lay ahead and he got to work and long story short I had a great experience dealing with Kevin and his terrific staff . And whenever I'd have a scheduled appointment with Kevin over the past 18 months, I'd sleep very well the night before which was quite the change from someone who didn't have great experiences dealing with dentist's when I was younger. Anyway, I can't speak highly enough of Kevin and his team and I'm very grateful that I have them as my dentist. Liam Croke

Fantastic experience: I have been with Kevin and Evelyn since they came to O'Connell Avenue. I was anxious about a new dentist as I was very happy with Denis who I've been with since moving to Limerick. Kevin and Evelyn have been so friendly, helpful, and more importantly for me, they put me at ease (bad childhood experiences). I've had several treatments: frequent cleanings, a filling and just this week a molar extraction which I was dreading but Kevin was superb. I didn't even need a painkiller later that night or since which I was sure I would. I highly recommend this practice to anyone who needs a great dental experience. Growing up I didn't know that existed! Thanks to Evelyn, Kevin and the whole team.

Fantastic experience: Could not recommend Kevin more at Murphy Dental Care. He did an absolute amazing job at helping me to straighten my teeth with Invisalign. Fantastic experience: I hadn’t been to a dentist for many, many years. I was very embarrassed by the state of my teeth, but Kevin, and the entire crew, were so kind and understanding. He was very gentle, explained everything thoroughly, and couldn’t have made me feel more at ease. I had so much work to be done, but after that first appointment, I no longer dreaded needing fillings or extractions. A trip to the dentist is no longer one of embarrassment or fear thanks to Kevin and all the team. Orla in reception is so helpful, kind, friendly and understanding so the minute you walk in you feel at ease. 5 ⭐️

Fantastic experience: Kevin opened his practice on a Sunday evening to save my teenage son’s front tooth , my son had a long journey with his injury and Kevin was with him every step of the way . We could not recommend this practice enough particularly for difficult cases. Kevin and his team treat their patients with the upmost care and respect.

Fantastic experience: Looked around for a dentist appointment to do a filling as my dentist was away. Fair play to Murphy's Dental Care, they were so nice and obliging. Did a fantastic painless job

Fantastic experience: I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. The entire team are amazing! The practice is conveniently located and has a nice setting. Services aren't overpriced and I love how accommodating they are and explain everything before, during, and after your appointment. I spent years in Kerry and as soon as I could I returned to Dennis and his team. I highly recommend. Please note they no longer accept new medical card holders and wait times are very long (c.3-4 months) so advanced planning is necessary. I haven't had to visit as an emergency case thankfully so can't speak to how quickly you will be seen in such a situation although I've heard from others it can be up to 2 weeks but presumably that depends on the nature of the emergency.

Fantastic experience: Dr Kerrisk is the best, so gentle and encouraging no matter how bad the state of your teeth! Never have to worry when attending for treatment.

Fantastic experience: Just finished an appointment with dentist Ophelia. What a lovely person ! It was my first time in with her today. Very attentive to detail and was extremely patient and kind with me. It is as clear as day how skilled she is at her job. She checked all my teeth thoroughly and carried out two X-rays. She answered any query I had, she repeated everything to me so I could write it down on my phone to remember. She waited patiently for me to find my photo of my teeth on my phone to show her as reference, she listened and noted everything about my medical history (and let me tell you there’s a lot haha) and referred me onto oral medicine. she was really compassionate and empathetic to my financial issues as a student supporting myself and I genuinely am so touched by her kindness towards me today. I don’t think I’ll ever forget that thank you and the dental nurse who was also a very sweet empathetic person for my appointment today. not even five stars could commend yere work ethic 10/10

Honestly can’t thank you enough for what you did today for my mam, to be seen so fast and sort her absess, and ease her pain. Fantastic experience: If you are looking for a good dental hygienist, then look no further. Evelyn is extremely gentle, friendly and professional. In the past I would have to be numbed before getting my teeth cleaned, today Evelyn carried out the treatment without any local anaesthetic. The practise itself is lovely, very bright and beautifully decorated. Rachel on reception was very welcoming and efficient. Thank you Evelyn for making me first experience to your practise an excellent one. For the first time in my life I can say…I look forward to the next cleaning.

Fantastic experience: Got extensive work done by Kevin over a 12 month period. Had previously used Shields who were absolutely terrible. Kevin was excellent. Put a full plan in place and we followed that to a tee. I could not be happier with the end result.

Positive experience: Went to Denis before got work done in 2003. Then went again years later. Didn't get work done. Denis is always a professional and never insulting. Receptionist needs more people skills in my honest opinion.

Fantastic experience: I was a patient at Denis Kerrisk for a period of time. I received multiply of treatment by Denis which were fillings/R.C treatment and also extractions, he was always polite/caring and very gentle and professional. I am at present getting a new smile make-over with many different procedures ranging from dental implants/crowns/bridge work etc by another different clinic who are doing an absolute terrific job. I will always be grateful to this day for the work that got carried out by Denis while attending him for many years! I would recommend Denis for nervous patients and for general dental treatment.

Fantastic experience: Once again Dentist Kerris and his lovely staff came to my rescue was up all night with terrible toothache and knew it was going to be difficult as it was my big back tooth anyway rang and was seen straight away , I am always nervous and scared over bad experiences over the years but I've been with Dentist Kerris for years now and I will say he always calms me down and he's the nicest kindest man ever I really can't praise him a d his Staff enough so once again 10 stars from me PS I'm back again for another tooth out and not 1 bit scared all due to Dentist Kerris and his professionalism

Fantastic experience: Great dentist, first time going to a dentist after 35 years was so nervous but Dr Denis and his staff were amazing and so kind, my family recommended me to go to Dr Denis saying he knows what he is doing and is very gentle. He is professional at his work no doubt in that and of course a gentleman. Finally I don't feel nervous going to a dentist had a great experience, will be going back there again best dentistry in Limerick.

Negative experience: Appointment for 11.15....I was not late ....waiting 30 minutes so far....this is a working day... my boss will not be pleased..... it's now 11.50 but treatment very good

Fantastic experience: My whole family attends Dennis Kerrist Dentists and we find him amazing. He even went out of his way to assist my grandfather in the nursing home a few years back. His prices are very fair and there is no hidden charges like some other practices. Would highly reccommend, and he is also a gentleman, 5 stars

Fantastic experience: Dr Kerrisk is one of the best dentists in the city. All my experiences with him are positive and all my family use him for years. He is also fair with prices and will not try do unneeded work or get you back for multiple visits saving you money and time unlike other dishonest dentists in the city. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: The best dentist in the city by far. I am a nervous patient and would highly recommend Dennis. He made me feel comfortable so I had two wisdom teeth removed. I was delighted to get them removed with Dennis instead of being put under anesthetic in hospital. He is a genuine, nice man and the only dentist I would go to.

Negative experience: Was a patient of this dentistry over a period of 2 years. Currently in London and have since been told by multiple dentists over here that the work done by this dentistry was some of the worst they have ever seen. Needed to get every filling replaced that I ever had here.
