Fantastic experience: I had a really brilliant experience getting my Invisalign treatment with Dr Muireann O’Donivan, a specialist orthodontist based in D6 Dental in Rathmines. From start to finish I knew I was in the best hands possible and had full confidence that I would be really happy with the end result. She was really clear at the start of the process about what could be improved In terms of the lines, shapes and angles of my teeth and the impact of this on my smile. For each of my checkup appointments, it was great to be able to see how I had progressed since my previous appointment and then when I got to the end It was really exciting to see the final results result and I am really happy overall. Fantastic experience: The whole team at D6 Dental are both professional and friendly. Two of my children attended Specialist Orthodontist Dr Muireann O’Donovan for treatment. One, in particular, had very challenging dental conditions and Muireann was brilliant at the timing and execution of his treatment. I don’t know how she did it, but she got a teenage boy to follow her instructions around brace maintenance and dental hygiene too. The results are fantastic. Both teenagers confidently show off their smiles. I couldn’t recommend D6 Dental enough.

Fantastic experience: I couldn't recommend Dr Muireann O Donovan, Specialist Orthodontist with D6 Dental enough! She did absolutely wonderful work on my teenage son's teeth. They were quite crooked with teeth growing above teeth higher up in his gums and no room for them to come down. He now has a beautiful set of aligned, straight teeth and with no extractions required. I don't know how she managed to do it, but my son is so thrilled with his teeth and even smiles a lot more now! Dr Muireann is such a friendly, personable yet highly professional specialist orthodontist. Fantastic experience: I made the best decision to go with D6 dental to improve the overall look of my teeth with adult braces and I’m delighted with the result! The great thing about D6 dental is that everything is done in-house by a team of specialists who truly care about their customers. To kick-off the process,I had a detailed consultation with Muireann (the Specialist Orthodontist), during which she carefully reviewed my extremely misaligned teeth and discussed various treatment options. Before attaching the braces, Jamie (Dentist) repaired some of my molars which were in dire need of attention! Muireann was fastidious in her approach, made the process painless, and before long, I noticed huge changes in both my smile, bite, and confidence. Throughout the process, I also made a few visits to Jillian, the in-house hygienist, to ensure the health of my gums. It's difficult to put into words, but I'm so happy that I chose the team at D6 to transform my smile!

Fantastic experience: What an incredible experience I have had with the team at D6 Dental over the last 2 years. I had always had pretty good teeth but in my 40s I definitely noticed them start to move and change. When I had 2 cracked and broken front teeth within 6 months of each other it was recommended that I see the Specialist Orthodontist, Muireann, to check my bite. Sure enough it was out of alignment and causing all kinds of issues. And so I began my journey with Invisalign. Muireann and her whole team were so good to work with. Explaining each step thoroughly and I was thrilled that they even had a monthly installment payment plan. Of course the bonus of fixing my bite and protecting my teeth was that they were nice and straight again, but what I had underestimated was how much this would also benefit my gum health. As part of the overall plan to improve my oral health I also saw Jullian the hygienist every 4 months. My gums had suffered from all that overlapping and overcrowding, making it challenging for me to clean in between. Jillian is so thorough and gave me so many tips and tricks to bring home with me. Muireann estimated it would take about 18 months and she was spot on. I’m delighted with all the benefits I have gotten as I was determined to never need to go down the road of dentures in my later years. The icing on the cake of this great dental practice though is the front desk. Aideen and her team are so good about getting you in for appointments based on your availability and they will have you in and out quickly and with no delay. From beginning to end this has been a seamless and stress free experience and I’d highly recommend Muireann and her team at D6 Dental.

I went to see Muireann in order to straighten my teeth, which were quite crooked and overcrowded on both the top and bottom. I thought that, given the case, it would have taken a lot longer, but it only took 13 months in total to complete the treatment. The appointments themselves were so easy and not unpleasant at all - Muireann made sure I felt relaxed and at ease. She also made sure to fully explain everything she was doing during the appointments. During my treatment of Invisalign, she was always contactable if I needed anything between appointments. I couldn’t have imagined the results before the treatment - my teeth are completely straight and I am so happy with them. Fantastic experience: I have been a customer of D6 Dental since 2018, and they have been very nice and helpful to deal with. I have availed of their services from standard dental checks, to teeth-cleaning/hygiene appointments, to also getting braces applied. Muireann the orthdonist was very kind and helpful, and provided a great level of care, and guided me through over three years of when I had my braces on, and then also subsequently for the year after when the braces were removed, she was monitoring to make sure my teeth were still ok. Jillian the hygienist was always very helpful and thorough everytime I had an appointment with her. When getting the standard dental checks, Maria the dentist was always great to deal with. Fantastic experience: After much debating about my teeth for over 12 years I decided to book in some consultations and to get information gathered. I attended a consultation with Specialist Orthodontist Muireann O' Donovan at D6 Dental. Fantastic experience: I can't recommend the staff at D6 Dental enough! 7 years ago I had some trauma to my teeth due to a footballing accident and Dr. Jamie was immediately ready to assist in the work that I needed done. I went from potentially losing my teeth to saving them and getting a sense of normality back when I smiled! I then really wanted to improve my smile even further with a new found appreciation for having healthy teeth and so I went to see the specialist orthodontist at the practice, Dr. Muireann. Again as my teeth had previous trauma they tailored the process specifically for me and after a few years of both braces and invisalign I'm incredibly happy with the results. Dr. Jillian is also there as the hygiene specialist and does a wonderful job of holding me accountable for healthy gum habits! All three have such a lovely demeanour also and I've enjoyed seeing them over the years.

Dr Jamie Maguire is a truly great dentist and is clearly passionate about his practice (he also has very good taste in music, which really helps!). They really have a great team working here. Muireann is a specialist Orthodontist who I looked forward to seeing on my regular visits to adjust my braces. She made the whole journey so easy for me through her caring and highly skilled professionalism and I couldn't recommend her enough to anyone thinking of getting braces. The result is fantastic. She is an artist and has transformed me. I am absolutely delighted. Jamie, the dentist at D6 dental was also a pleasure to see and is guiding me through my next journey on having an implant inserted and getting my teeth whitened. As my situation was quite complex he took alot of time with me to go through all my options and to make sure I understood everything he had explained. He was so kind and patient with me. They both were and work so well as a team. I would also like to recommend Jillian, their hygienist who does such an excellent job when I visit her and all the girls at D6 dental who are always so friendly and helpful. My children also attend D6 dental. If you have children I would highly recommend they go there. My eldest daughter had a bad experience elsewhere but after bringing her to see Muireann and Jamie she is completely on board with all her treatment due to their patience and kindness with her and with having a natural 'way ' with children. Again, I couldn't recommend D6 dental, just go for it, you will not regret it!.....

Positive experience: Just completed Invisalign with Muireann (specialist orthodontist). It was an easy and quick process for me and I am delighted with the results. D6 dental provide a very professional and friendly service. They are very accommodating with appointment times and are always on time. I also attend Jamie (dentist) and Gillian (hygienist). Altogether an excellent practice that I would recommend to all.

Fantastic experience: Sadly we have to leave this amazing orthodontist because of our relocation to Spain. Dr Muireann and her team are so helpful, friendly and welcoming. Dr Muireann is extremely skilled at what she does and takes her time to ensure your end results are perfect and exactly what you want. She is very professional, attentive and highly dedicated to her work. My daughter felt eased and was always looking forward to her appointments. Fantastic experience: Yesterday marked my finish line with my Invisalign treatment with D6 Dental and I am absolutely thrilled with the results. I was very careful when selecting which practice to go with, as I know so many places are offering it, but not all have a Specialist Orthodontist. This was incredibly important to me, as this wasn't my first rodeo with braces (I had them as a teen) but I did want it to be my last! From the initial consultation with Muireann, I knew that I had found the right person and had complete trust and confidence in her. The entire team are incredibly personable, professional and accommodating. I actually looked forward to attending my appointments and will miss catching up with Adrianne the Receptionist, Muireann and her lovely Assistant Chelio. Muireann is so warm and genuinely cares about each of her patience's and that is evident in my results and the amazing experience I have had under her care over the last number of months. Jillian, the Hygienist is excellent too and even though I have moved west, I will continue to go to her, as after your appointment - you feel like you have a new set of teeth, she is so thorough and miles ahead of any other I have been to. I have recommended the practice to friends and family, if you are thinking about changing Dentist or wanting to do Invisalign, do it, you won't be disappointed. My sincere thanks to all the team! Fantastic experience: Thanks for a great service D6 Dental. I first saw Jamie the dentist who did a thorough check-up and reassured me about all my dental worries! He then referred me to Gillian the dental hygienist. I had a session a week over the course of 3 weeks and most definitely I have never had such a thorough clean and great care. I have had single sessions before elsewhere but they were definitely not as beneficial as the course with Gillian. Overall a really great experience and I will certainly attend this clinic going forward.

Fantastic experience: My family has attended D6 Dental for some years now and we're delighted with the care and attention to detail from all the staff there – Jamie, Muireann, Jillian, and Adrienne. I’m older and Jamie has carried out a lot of somewhat complex (to me) work on my teeth over the years – always explaining clearly what needed to be done and outlining options for treatment. Jamie is skilled and careful and I never experienced discomfort during all this work! Muireann is a specialist orthodontist and she has just completed a treatment to fix an overbite and straighten my daughter’s teeth. Any time a wire ‘popped out’ Muireann was always available to put it back and to move to the next tweak in the process. We’re delighted with the result – particularly my daughter who is still grinning to show her straight teeth and ‘new’ smile to everybody. All the team worked well together with Jamie doing the ‘regular’ checkups, Jillian working on our dental hygiene (very important during orthodontic work), Muireann carrying out the orthodontic work, and Adrienne making sure that all the appointments and paperwork went smoothly. The environment is relaxed, friendly, calm, and always professional. I highly recommend D6 Dental

Fantastic experience: Both of our sons attended Muireann O Donovan, Specialist Orthodontist at D6 Dental over the last 4 years! Muireann has been an absolute pleasure to work with. She showed an endless supply of patience, was extremely professional, empathetic and understanding throughout the whole process. The results are a testament to Muireann's skill - the boys teeth are absolutely fab and I could not recommend Muireann more highly !

Fantastic experience: I have nothing but praise for D6 Dental. For the past year or so, I've been going through the implants process for 2 teeth, and every step of the way, Dr Maguire and his team have been so caring, helpful and informative. It's a lengthy process and I had to have bone grafts (not easy!) but everything was explained to me in detail, and all possible measures were taken to minimise discomfort and pain. I recommend this clinic for its personal approach. You never feel like you're just a 'procedure' - you feel like a valued patient, and they take their time to make you feel comfortable before beginning any procedure. And getting to know the staff on a personal level makes you feel less nervous and that you are being well looked after. You are in safe hands at D6 Dental!

Fantastic experience: Before my first visit to D6 Dental I went out of my way to avoid the dentist at all cost and was very fearful of ever going and I only went to a dentist when pain got unbearable. I must say from my first consultation I was made feel completely calm by Adrienne at reception and also by Dr. Jamie Maguire and had to go back in for a second visit for a extraction. It was by far the most comfortable I have ever felt in a dentist and the procedure was so much more gentle and relaxing than I have ever had before. D6 Dental have changed my whole conception of visiting the dentist and I can not recommend them enough, especially if you are similar me and had fear of the dentist. Thank you Jamie, Adrienne and team for making this so easy for me.

Fantastic experience: My dad was in extremely severe pain over the weekend and we rang today (Sunday). Dentist Jim McCafferty contacted me and was so helpful more so than the dental hospital. He really went out of his way to accommodate us. He extracted the tooth and was so friendly and put my dad at ease. The nurse was also super! The cost was very reasonable. Absolutely fantastic service and amazing dentist! Can't thank them enough!

Fantastic experience: I just got my retainers after 2 years of treatment done by Muireann (Orthodontics specialist) and it was great! No pain (only discomfort first 2 days with elastics). No extractions needed. From day one I've been informed of all the process and choices (including colour ties , Muireann even corrected one of the nurses when she reached for the silver one's knowing my preferences ) It is also great to get dental check ups and other dentistry work done in the same practice with Jamie. They all are a fantastic team, from receptionist, nurses and Muireann and Jamie. So glad to come here to get my braces, and so delighted with the results. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: I was up all night with chronic pain. I left a message for an emergency appointment. Just after opening I was called and invited to pop in for a look. Met Jamie, he managed to squeeze me in despite a waiting room with clients already there. Jamie assessed, gave different options for my problem . Totally relaxed, friendly ( I'm the worst kind of nervous patient). I had an extraction with zero pain. I've made an appointment to return and get my teeth and oral hygiene under control. It's clear that Jamie and his team are there for the patients and that no request is any trouble. D6 is lucky to have this service. The people in the waiting room chatted amongst themselves with good humour unlike some of those silent waiting rooms we've all been to. I've finally found a dentist I can commit to. Thank You D6. Jamie got me sorted with an appointment immediately and within an hour my tooth was repaired. He also went a step beyond to help me source a local Dentist for a future appointment. Fantastic experience: At the age of 40, having not been happy with my teeth for most of my adult life I decided to look at getting some work done. I did some research and D6 dental came highly recommended to me. Like a lot of people I was nervous about attending the dentist but I have to say my fears were allayed following my first consultation with Dr Muireann.. Following her advice I decided to proceed with Invisaline. I couldn't be happier. From start to finish, every appointment was on time, with no complications. Every stage of the process was explained clearly and the end result was beyond my expectations. This is evident as I am now regularly getting compliments on my teeth which has given me confidence I never had before. If you are considering getting work done, I would look no further.

Appointment given to me for same afternoon. I was seen promptly by lovely staff, dentist and dental nurse. Cannot fault the service I received.

Fantastic experience: Had to take my 3 year old daughter to Jamie after she fell and loosened a tooth on Sunday. My phonecall was returned promptly and we were seen within the hour. Jamie was great with my daughter, who hadn't been to the dentist before, really calm and reassuring. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommended Jamie Maguire and his staff enough. If I could give them 10 stars I would. He completely turned around my dental health and more importantly helped me work through an awful phobia. I was absolutely petrified of the dentist after a really awful experience as a child. I hadn’t been to the dentist in 9 years before I visited Jamie. When I finally did I was in agony and also very embarrassed of my neglected teeth. The first appointment I went in for an assessment (this was even a really big step for me). Jamie explained to me the type of treatments that needed to be done, but he was really calming and assured me that everything was fixable and any treatment needed could be carried out calmly with IV Sedation or Oral Sedation. After 3 appointments with Sedation, I was actually able to start going to appointments without any sedation whatsoever. Before every appointment Jamie would explain what was going to happen in that appointment, which made me feel so at ease. I had 3 root canals with crowns as well as a few fillings and cleans. Jamie also replaced some really old metal fillings that I had got from a previous dentist many years ago. They were quite noticeable on my bottom jaw near the front, as well as another on a front tooth. Jamie changed these to lovely white ones that are the exact same colour as my natural teeth. The crowns were also immaculate, you literally can’t tell the difference between the crowns and my own teeth at all. Jamie was a complete perfectionist with matching colours and shaping crowns and fillings. The staff in the D6 Dental just have the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Pamela the dental nurse and Jeanette on reception were so friendly and helpful and they couldn’t do enough to help me. I would highly recommend Jamie to anyone with a phobia, for anyone that has neglected their teeth and are in pain, for any cosmetic work, or even for anyone that just needs routine treatment with a reliable dentist. My teeth really look and feel 10 times better. I wouldn’t dream of going to any other dentist.

Fantastic experience: I managed to get an emergency appointment on St Patrick's Bank Holiday Monday after having a glass knocked into me the night before, chipping one of my front teeth. I was quite anxious with it being a front tooth but was put to ease very quickly and I'm very happy with the result! Can't recommend Jamie enough!
