Fantastic experience: Darragh Fagan and his team are absolutely wonderful. We have seen Darragh & Orla and are both fantastic at what they do but they also speak to you so lovely no matter how bad your teeth are, everyone leaves in better form. The other reviews that complain about waiting room being too small or that people are called before them need to take in the obvious. There is an emergency clinic until 11am there so 1 dentist is doing emergency visits which one day you most likely will need too and then will be thankful for, the others are doing appointments. One of very few dentist in Dublin who take a medical card so they are in extreme demand and each dentist gives the time, care and patience to every patient no matter what. Last week when I was there every single person in the waiting room from loads of different background and age group from 16- in their late 70s had the most wonderful conversations. Some of us had long waits so it was nice to pass the time and listen to people's life stories etc.. and not be sitting on phones. The receptionist phone was ringing non stop and she was constantly on the phone between patients standing at her desk, she really did answer every call she could. They really are all working so hard to accommodate and treat everyone.

Fantastic experience: My past few dental experiences were enough to keep me away from clinics, but over the Christmas I realised I needed to see someone, and after asking around and checking online I found myself contacting the Daragh Fagan surgery. Due to their reputation I had to wait for an appointment, and I'm so glad I did. One check up and two consultations later I'm all sorted, and the service was amazing. A big thank you to Zoe and her assistants for their professionalism and for making me feel so relaxed, and for making the whole experience pain and stress free. Would definitely recommend the surgery to friends and foe with dental requirements. 5 stars is not enough for this service.

Fantastic experience: Went to the emergency walk in and was seen by Daragh. He's lovely and genuine. It's nice to actually have a dentist who is down to earth and isn't telling you to get 20 things done. He explained everything I needed to get done and which was the best course of action. The blonde lady on reception is also lovely and really nice to be greeted with someone so friendly.

Fantastic experience: absolutely lovely staff and an invaluable service! this practice is definitely run down and always crowded but also it’s the only place that takes medical card and offers emergency appointments in the area. You might be waiting a bit for your appointments but with the number of patients they have it’s very understandable and the service more than makes up for it! Dr Darragh takes emergency appointments and is lovely, easy to speak to and efficient. I went in with horrible pain and out the door in 20 minutes with a prescription for some antibiotics and a follow up appointment. The other dentists take regular appointments and are very thorough and quick to put you at ease. They are all very understanding and accommodating to nervous patients. The receptionists are friendly and make it easy to get an appointment. Would recommend!

I was in for a scale and polish, Zoe and her colleague did a great job. Even asked her a couple questions after and she explained in detail. Displaying excellent customer service and knowledge in her field.

Fantastic experience: Usually I’m terrified of dentists, but everyone in here gives beyond 5 stars. I was in and out in no time. Felt no pain. The anaesthesia worked in minutes, didn’t even feel a pinch. If you’re like me, and scared of dentists, I’d recommend this one. Make you feel so comfortable and calm your nerves.

Daragh done an extraction on me about 4 years ago when I was 9 months pregnant and in agony and no other dentist would go near me untill I came across daragh..I had to get an emergency extraction recently and again daragh accomadated me as fast as he could.. Now today I was in with Mark he fixed the fill in on my front tooth that had been cracked for a few weeks and hanging on by a thread.. I'm honestly so happy with it I have my smile and confidence back and I can't recommend them both enough thank you mark and daragh

Fantastic experience: Called in without an appointment for an abcess and was out the door in 45mins. Dentist explained everything he was doing and what steps I should take after in a friendly manner. Would recommend.

Fantastic experience: Run down small surgery but I'm telling you now I have never in my life met a more capable professional kind calming dentist who genuinely cares about his patients and new patients I went their today and have never been before and got my upper left wisdom tooth taken out within 10 minutes and have an appointment to return, If I could give more than 5 stars I would, I'm an extremely nervous patient and I was so well taken care of. Honestly the HSE should be ashamed of themselves for putting dentists in this position and I'm very grateful darragh is accepting new patients very professional caring dentist

Negative experience: Came to dentist this morning with appointment made over a week ago. Was left waiting in a small busy waiting room. After half an hour a patient with no appointment was seen before me so after altercation I left so annoyed as had taken time off work. Disgraceful treatment of a patient and no covid protocols in place!

Negative experience: Attended today with a friend. Smallest waiting room I have even been in, left waiting over hour after apt time. Was then told wrong apt was made and not enough time. The patient was very nervous and was pretty much told to stop and let the dentist do a filling. This is very unprofessional and unfair for a nervous patient. Would not reccomend this dentist to a regular patient never mind a worried nervous one.

Fantastic experience: I honestly can't recommend this dentist enough. I had a horrible experience with my previous dentist, but I have been here 3 times now. Once with dr. Fagan himself and he was brilliant! Twice with dr. Nick and he was also brilliant. All the reception staff are so kind, they are such lovely girls. This has to be the best dentist in dublin. I even got numbing get so i didn't feel the needle. 10/10. Thank you for such a great experience xxx
