Fantastic experience: Dr Susie and her team looked after me during orthodontic treatment throughout 2024 and they were all fantastic. From ease of booking appointments, flexibility on payments to the warmth and sound advice from all the staff I couldn't be happier with my experience (and most importantly the end result of the treatment is fantastic!). Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Dr Marie O’Neil and her team enough for their expertise and care. From pre-op reassurance to post op advice, Dr O’Neil’s team provide an unparalleled end to end service. I don’t often write reviews but I genuinely have never had such a positive experience with a healthcare practitioner. Dr O’Neil’s confident and expert manner coupled with her ability to listen and give her patients ample time makes her practice an elite experience.

Today at 13 she finally got her braces off after finishing her treatment and has a brand new smile!! Fantastic experience: I've waited a couple of months before writing this review. I completed my 2 year Invisalign plan with ISCD and my only regret was not getting it done sooner. * Orthodontics * Dr Susie and her team are honestly phenomenal. The level of detail, time and effort they put into your smile is next level. Dr Susie is a perfectionist and will most likely fix issues with your smile you didn't even know you had. Even though the process was quite long, there are no short cuts when doing something the right way. I cant thank them enough. * Surgeon * As part of my plan it was recommended to remove a wisdom tooth to create more space to align my bite. This was carried out by Dr Marie. The extraction took seconds and I felt no pain what so ever. * Hygienist * I've been to many hygienists over the years, Catherine in the ISCD is easily the best one i've been to. Highly recommended for people with sensitive teeth.

Fantastic experience: I have just completed my Invisalign with Susie, it was such an easy journey. Susie did an amazing job and was such a joy to go through the process with. She’s a perfectionist and I am delighted.

Negative experience: I had my wisdom teeth removed from Marie I had to go back and have an additional extraction to remove the root of my wisdom tooth. I had a review 4 months after this surgery I sat in the chair for literally 3 minutes Marie took one look at my teeth and said everything was fine and I was charged €50 for sitting in the chair for 3 minutes also doesn’t mention on the website that you will be charged for a review appointment. I paid for all the extractions out of my own pocket as I don’t have insurance very disappointed in the greedy service. Won’t be back or would recommend.

Fantastic experience: One of the best decisions I’ve made. I never had braces as a kid and felt self conscious about my teeth all the way through adulthood. Yet I decided to take the plunge anyway and get Invisalign in my late 20s. I’m so happy I came here for it. All of the staff is so kind and responsive. Fantastic experience: I cannot rate IS+CD enough. I'm a week and a half post procedure and had three wisdom teeth removed at the clinic. Dr O'Neill put me at ease from initial consultation, went through all the risks and answered all my queries. I was keen to get the procedure over with but had limited availability due to my own schedule and the clinic kindly put me on a cancellation list and rang me every time a spot became available. On their third attempt I accepted an early appointment. The staff at the clinic were just so amazing from the moment I arrived, special mention to Joyce and Sarah who looked after me so well pre and post op. They are so thorough and go through everything with your designated person bringing you home. Sarah rang me within 36 hours of the procedure to check in. These things are never enjoyable to have to do but the clinic made the entire process seamless, and as painless as possible. Well done guys, see you in a few years for my dentures!

Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure to be Dr Aisling Donnelly’s patient at the ISCD. I can only say that I was impressed by her professionalism from every possible point of view. Dr Donnelly’s skill in handling my teeth was indeed outstanding: I felt no pain whatsoever throughout the whole process (root canal treatment) and her work solved my issue in the most satisfying and long-lasting way possible. I was equally impressed by Dr Donnelly’s thoughtfulness in weighting all possible treatment options, explaining them with absolute clarity, while also listening to and answering my questions with great patience and insight. I cannot recommend Dr Donnelly highly enough. The same goes for the whole staff at the ISCD, from the receptionist to the dental hygienist - all incredibly empathetic and professional.

Fantastic experience: Feeling very fortunate to have stumbled across Dr Susie and her team on instagram! Dr Susie and the girls always provided detailed, friendly and seamless care and were super accommodating to me as I travelled up to Dublin from the midlands while working full time. I had a really negative experience with an orthodontist at home and I had the opposite experience in the ISCD. A friend recommended me to visit Docklands Dental & ISCD and I met Greg & Susie where we discussed what I wanted to achieve. Both Greg and Susie explained all the different options also outlined what the expectations would be given how complex my requirements were. We commenced treatment in July 2020 and today I got my braces off. The results have blown me away! Susie and her team are incredibly talented at what they do. The whole process was seamless and Susie has far exceeded my expectations and I can’t thank them all enough for delivering the smile I’ve always wanted.

After 28 months of fixed braces on 16th of June I was able finally to have a big and nice smile. I cannot stop to recommend to pay her a visit to get an assessment (be aware of waiting list because she is the best) and you will be satisfied. Negative experience: Complete lack of customer service! Charging ridiculous fines for unconfirmed appointments. Its bad enough being charge extortionate prices with month long wait times for appointments without adding excess charges on top. Take your business elsewhere.
