Fantastic experience: Had 2 great appointments with Harry Ropac in the last 2 months. He was very informative, explained each step of the procedure and why it was necessary. In both appointments, he repeatedly asked how I was doing and whether I was okay with what was happening. He is a natural conversationalist and immediately puts you at ease.

Fantastic experience: I had lost faith in medical care in Ireland but due to timing I had to book here. I can only say thank you to doctor Harry Hrvoje. He was clear with me at all times, introduced himself, asked me what I needed, explained step by step what he was doing to me - you know when doctors talk technical and you don't know what they are doing to you and what they are going to do to you? Not the case - He explained to me how the process worked with my insurance company, the coverages I had and his recommendations. I 100% recommend coming here and 200% recommend Dr Harry Hrvoje. Fantastic experience: After seeking help with numerous Dentists in Cork after treatment in Turkey, which none would even take me for an examination. My Husband posted on a Facebook group, Croatian people in Cork. Dr Harry Hrvoje Ropac agreed to see me with no hesitation or questions asked, and reassured he would help me anyway he could. The time and patience he showed was exceptional, nothing was an issue for him and he helped and assured me by adjusting my temporary Dentures to make sure they would fit as best they could. He explained more to me today than any dentist in Turkey and reassured me that I was ok. I was always nervous even entering a Dental surgery, but I was made feel so comfortable by him. He has now given us the name of another Dentist who will see me and advise in which next steps I can take. Thank you so much for reassuring me that all Dentists are not the same. I could not recommend Dr Harry Hrvoje Ropac any higher

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience with Paddy! Not only was my dental cleaning done with great care, but I also had to bring my 2-year-old son along. I sat him in a chair, and both Paddy and his assistant were incredibly kind and attentive to him. They handled my appointment with such care and patience, never once getting stressed by my son being there, even though he didn’t cause any disruption. They weren’t obligated to accommodate us like that, but they did, and it made all the difference! A huge thank you to the entire team, from reception to the treatment room. I will definitely be returning!

Fantastic experience: Excellent service. I could not fault Smiles in Cork City. I went for an assessment of 2 broken teeth which were unsightly at the front of my mouth. The dentist fixed them there and then without the necessity of a further appointment. 10/10 from me.

Fantastic experience: It was the only place which treated me when i was pregnant. I had emergency situation and tried number of other dentists but nobody wanted to help me except Dr Harry. He was very professional, gentle and explained each step of the procedure. I highly recommend Smiles Dental and Dr Harry. He is my number 1 dentist and i will be coming here regularly.

Fantastic experience: Smiles clinic is such a friendly and helpful clinic! You can always get an appointment relatively quickly, maximum two weeks away (I am used to countryside dentists who are booked six months in advance). Dr Harry is so friendly and attentive. I'm not a nervous patient but if you were, Dr Harry constantly checks in with you throughout your appointment!

Negative experience: High staff turnover so you never know if you’ll get a good dentist. My last experience was going for a cleaning. They did a terrible job, teeth are still stained. On top of that they tried to charge me for a service I never had. Won’t be returning.

Negative experience: This place scams people. Prices are three times other places’ prices and the quality of the work is regular. Please don’t ever go there! I was charged 234 euros for a small cavity, the dentist didn’t even last 20 mins with me. Absurd!

Fantastic experience: For anyone with bad memories of frightening or distressing dental experiences, Smiles works wonders right from the first visit. It doesn't look or feel like a typical dentist's, being bright, friendly, more like a beauty salon or hairdresser's, with friendly and welcoming staff. And the dental treatment received is absolutely excellent, with highly experienced practitioners who give all the advice and information you require in a reassuring manner, and carry out treatments gently and effectively. I for one am far more likely to care properly for my teeth now, and seek the advice and help of the team at Smiles on a regular basis, rather than avoid and find excuses, as I always did before!

I was very nervous as I had a complicated tooth extraction but Dr. Harry put me really at ease and was very caring in his approach and his follow up. For anyone nervous about going to the dentist, I would highly recommend Dr. Harry. He takes the time to explain procedures and I had excellent results. The other staff working in the practice were also very nice to deal with.

Negative experience: I went to ask about getting some stitches out of an extraction I did. This process is 5-10min. The price is 80e. I've been told by a lot of people, even other doctors, that they've tried to scam me. This price is exorbitant, double or more than other clinics. Draw your own conclusions. It's ridiculous. Please don't go here, there are better and cheaper clinics.
