Fantastic experience: I moved from Cork to Dublin nearly a year ago but continued travelling back for dental appointments, as I wasn't fully confident I'd find the right dentist here. After some careful research and hearing great recommendations from friends, I visited ''Dublin 18 Dental Rooms'' for the first time last Friday—and I'm genuinely delighted that I did. From the moment I arrived, the reception staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, making me feel right at home. Dr Joseph Griffin was exceptional—he was professional, reassuring, and took time to clearly explain every step of my check-up. Dental Hygienist Meaghan also looked after me wonderfully, providing gentle and attentive care. I'm truly grateful to have finally found a dental practice in Dublin that I trust and look forward to visiting again. I'd highly recommend Dublin 18 Dental Rooms to anyone looking for exceptional dental care in a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

Fantastic experience: Both my wife and I attended Dr Eddie Goggins for dental work this year. We were both delighted with his work. I had to get two implants and the process went very smoothly and I couldn’t be happier with it to be honest. Dr Goggins really is a super dentist and he’s very fair and reasonable price wise. The surgery is immaculate and his staff are incredibly nice and very professional. An absolutely top class service. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I found Dublin 18 by mistake really I had broken a crown and asked them to fix it. When I met Dr Eddie he explained to me the issues I had which we many and we agreed to try and find a solution which ended up with full dental implants top and bottom. Dr Eddie and his team are the most professional I have ever experienced and make a nervous patient very comfortable. Super friendly and I wish I had found them years earlier. Fantastic experience: I've had a great experience with this dental office over the years. I was with Dr. Eddie Goggins for a while and he took care of most of the difficult initial orthodontic work, including applying my braces. He was efficient and made the whole braces process as easy as possible. After that, I was referred to Dr. Renan Devita, who is now my favourite dentist, to finish off the remaining orthodontic work. He's incredibly nice, clearly skilled, and always takes the time to explain everything in detail and make sure I understood everything that was going on. I recently finished up my orthodontic treatment with him, and I'm delighted with the results. I highly recommend both Dr. Goggins and Dr. Devita for anyone looking for quality dental and orthodontic care.

Fantastic experience: I attended Dublin 18 Dental Rooms for a hygienist appointment. This was my first time using them. The team were very attentive and professional when booking me in on my arrival. The rooms were very clean and well equipped. Meaghan, the hygienist was very efficient and explained the procedure as she went along. I have no difficulty in recommending this practice and will definitely continue using them.

Eddie is a master at what he does, explaining everything and willing to take the time to ensure each patient is informed. 100 percent rating from me - absolutely.

I recently saw Dr. Camile Simioni and she is truly exceptional – she's not just a skilled dentist, but also an incredibly caring professional who really listens to her patients. Recently, I needed fillings after many years without any dental work. Despite my nerves, Dr. Camile put me completely at ease. Her gentle approach and calming demeanour made what could have been a stressful experience surprisingly comfortable. She takes the time to explain procedures and always ensures I'm relaxed throughout my visit. I've tried other local dentists closer to home, but none compare to the level of care and expertise I receive here. The hygienists here, especially Karen and Megan, are equally impressive. They're skilled, gentle, and friendly, adding to the practice's overall excellence. The quality of care, combined with the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the practice, makes every visit a positive experience. If you're looking for a dentist who combines exceptional skills with a genuinely caring attitude, I can't recommend this practice enough. It's worth the extra travel time for me, and that says it all!

Fantastic experience: If you are considering the snoring mouth guard, just do it! A few have been tried in desperation before this one fitted by Dr Eddie and I can only say it is truly life changing. Absolutely no more snoring. I mean not a peep after years of deafening noise. Such restful and deep sleep, waking so much more refreshed in the morning. Neat enough to bring travelling on holidays and easy to clean. This is just my perspective as a long suffering wife! But I can highly recommend it for my husband who can’t live without it now. If you value your sleep and your marriage then do yourself a favour and make an appointment. Thank you so much Eddie.

However, the clinic’s team addressed the issue promptly and provided free consultations to aid my recovery. Thanks to their attentive care, I healed within two weeks. I highly recommend Dublin 18 Dental Rooms for their excellent service and professional care.

Negative experience: I have used D18 Dental Rooms for many years ( they have changed their name a couple of times) and have found them always to be very professional , caring and sympathetic. Visits to the dentist are rarely an enjoyable experience, however Eddie and his team go out of their way to help you relax and to minimise pain. I needed some major work done early this year prior to having a knee replacement ( traumatic enough on it’s own!) and they carried out this work very efficiently and successfully. Also, if you have an urgent need for treatment and in pain, they usually accommodate you the same day or the next. I would recommend them to anyone, from children to older people . Reviewing July 2021…. After an absence of 7 months due to illness, I was delighted to be able to get my teeth cleaned …Karen is super efficient and has a brilliant new machine which makes the cleaning even better so you come out feeling great . Everything went very smoothly and I felt totally comfortable and safe . January 2024 … While Karen is on maternity leave , ( congratulations!) , Meghan is a delightful replacement , also thorough and efficient so hopefully the practice can keep them both !

Top tech on site as well. 10/10 Update - September 2023. Due to grinding issues in my sleep, I needed a solution. The staff went through a list of options available to me and we decided on treatments to suit me. To say I'm over the moon with the results is an under statement. Only regret is I didn't do it sooner. 11/10.

Fantastic experience: The courtesy and attention to detail was as usual first class, especially in these different and difficult times. Bearing in mind my mobility difficulties at present the attention and consideration shown to me by all members of the staff was second to none. For this I am extremely greatful Eoin Murnaghan I attended on Friday 23rd June and had a tooth extracted. All went well until some days later I broke out in an all over rash. This was due to a reaction from the anistetic. I find it disappointing that no earring or advise was given to me in this regard. Yes the rash is still significantly present, despite treatment. I had an awful toothache one day and there was no issue in booking an urgent appointment. I also had my 6 years old to have his first check up and dentist was very accommodating to make sure he won’t be scared of the dentist :)

Fantastic experience: Found this dental surgery online. The ability to book my own appointment online at a time that suited me was the initial selling point for me. On arrival the front of house staff were very friendly and efficient. The waiting room is very comfortable. Didn't really feel like I was sitting in a dental surgery. Had two fillings completed by Dr Clarkson. Excellent, professional and pain free service for a nervous patient! Everything was explained and shown to me throughout the visit so I felt very involved in relation to my own healthcare. Had a follow up visit with Karen yesterday and again very professional service, with everything clearly explained to me. High emphasis placed on educating patients which was great. Very reasonable pricing too. Overall, every element of the service here is professional and to a high standard. I would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: What with having ultra sensitive teeth have found traditional cold cleaning quite painful and hence over the years have put up with stained teeth. However, Dublin 18 Dental have a new cleaning and whitening system called Airflow which massages your teeth in warm water hence is not only pain free but quite enjoyable. Highly recommend. J
