Negative experience: Shittiest denist place ive been to. Made my appointment at 5:20, they close at 6:30. Ive been waiting to be taken in for a whole hour. 6:15 and still havent been taken in. Walked out with no appointment and bad toothache. Dont come here unless you want to waste your time

I had a tooth removed today and on recent visits I had two fillings and a root canal procedure. Every procedure was carried out with no discomfort - I just can't rate Patrick highly enough. I will be recommending him to my family and friends.

They were great to deal with during the book stage, Dr Stuart was really informative on the day and the procedure went really well. We also had car trouble on the way and they accommodated pushing our appointment out an hour! Great service.

Negative experience: My wife and children went for a checkup and filling a while ago. They all left with their mouths torn, especially on the edges of their lips - it took several days to heal. My daughter's gums bled in several places.

Negative experience: Extreamely poor customer service, charged for different fillings that fell out within 1 week to 6 months. I waited well over a week for an appointment to get a filling replaced and then I was charged again. I have emailed Frazers on two occasions asked for a call back and no response on the latest filling that fell out within a week. I would not recommend Frazers Dental.

Negative experience: A mistake was made on my teeth here two years ago and I made a follow up appointment to have it corrected at the time. I was told there would be no long term implications of the mistake and no solution to the problem was offered. Fast forward and having approached the practice several times for help to rectify the matter they have left me with no choice but to find another dental practice to try fix the damage caused at frazer dental. The problem was left to become much worse over time and there has been a complete lack of care shown from Frazer dental.

They are the sweetest and kindness dentist staff I've met and the reassurance it gave me really helped me to go back again and again. Eoin, is an amazing dentist, and works at my pace, allowing me breaks and telling me throughout what is happening, which I very much appreciate. Fantastic experience: If your a nervous patient, DR Eoghan is fantastic. He is an excellent dentist and he makes you feel so relaxed and calm and explains everything to you. I highly recommend Dr Eoghan. The receptionists need to smile more and could be a bit more friendly especially if your a nervous patient.

Fantastic experience: Had to have 2 upper wisdom teeth removed today. I was very nervous and dreading this. Dr Stuart was very reassuring from the get go and is amazing at his job as I barely felt getting the anaesthetic injections or any pressure when removing the teeth. I would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I had my tooth repaired today by a wonderful dentist and his dental assistant, they were very professional, as well as very caring. I was so scared and overwhelmed cause I didn’t know what to expect since it was my first root canal, but him reassuring me and talking with me throughout the process calmed my nerves.

Negative experience: Very disappointed with your front desk. They seem to be quite confused and quite unpleasant about our appointments and most of all charges. Both myself and my husband had an issue about this in numerous occasions My dentist and hygienist are both excellent and do really good job but today I felt extremely unwell after my treatment, ended up sitting in the waiting room for almost 20minutes unable to get up, crying with pain, when I eventually got up and told lady on front desk there was no reaction other than trying to over charge me yet again, also been told there has been extra €85 charge on my account for last week when they have cancelled on my arrival as there was no electricity in the whole town of Kingscourt I would like some responsible to call me and sort this out With kind regards Veronika Power

Fantastic experience: I arrived from a flight this morning from USA having chipped a tooth on the way. I was able to go online at 7am, see that Frazer Dental take emergency patients, find an appointment for today, book and pay for the appointment before the office even opened. This meant so much to me as I thought I would have to wait until the office opened and then ring and hope they could see me straight away. My appt was for 2 , by 2:30 I had my tooth repaired by a wonderful dentist, he was so kind and caring and very professional. I was overwhelmed by how accommodating and professional this practice was.

Fantastic experience: My 8 year old son needed to get a tooth extracted to make way for a new tooth. It was his first time getting a tooth removed. James looked after him. He was absolutely top class, he remembered him from a previous visit, talked about football, has a lovely easy going way about him. He explained what he had to do in simple manner and put my son at ease. It was a large back tooth which had to be removed and it took some time but the whole process was pleasant and without any undue pain. I was nervous going in as i thought it was going to be difficult for my son but i left absolutely delighted. No tears and no bad memories for him. Noting but compliments for James. So happy i came across this practice.

Negative experience: I recommend Frazer Dental to my partner because I had a good experience getting a filling recently. However, my partner had a really bad experience. My partner didn't need emergency treatment as described in her review response. She needed a filling, and they ran out of filling material, and the hole in her tooth was already drilled. She was told she had to wait for 2 weeks and that she could only have a silver filling. The entire process was distressing and very unprofessional. Please don't lie in your response to this review. Sometimes, you have to hold your hand up and take responsibility for your actions. We went to another dental practice and got every sorted in an efficient and professional manner.

Negative experience: Unfortunately, I had an extremely bad experience at Frazer dental with Dr.Rachel. The material they were supposed to use to fill my back tooth cavity had run out, and they only realised this when they had drilled the hole in my tooth!! They then made a decided to put a cheaper fill material instead. I found this extremely frustrating and very UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I wouldn't ever recommend getting a filling in frazer Dental.

Fantastic experience: Rachel was amazing for a one that would give birth quicker than going to a dentist She put me at ease told me to let her know if I needed to stop at any stage but due to her care I didn’t need too.The hygienist was amazing I asked for some numbing gel which really helped.

I had broken a tooth and Brian had it repaired and filled in no time I would highly recommend anyone who's looking for a good dentist to visit Frazer dental. I was a nervous patient for many years after a bad experience in my youth. Brian Mclornan is such a good dentist I travel from Dublin to Cavan. Visiting the dentist is no longer a stressful situation for me.

Negative experience: After my initial visit, which was successful, I was told I would need a further 3 fillings. I specifically asked that these fillings be done one at a time to spread the costs. This was agreed upon and confirmed over email. Unfortunately, after my follow-up visit, I was handed a bill of 345 euro and told I had been given 3 fillings at once. Maybe 200 euro is nothing to a dentist, but it was an unexpected and unnecessary surprise I didn't want/need. A payment plan wasn't even suggested, just a sorry. Good dentist, poor customer care.

Fantastic experience: My partner is absolutely terrified of the dentist and has to be forced to the dentist! He said he couldn’t of felt more welcome and safe then he was. He was given breaks when needed, he was given the best care he could’ve gotten and has said he never would’ve expected such a positive experience!! Dr. Joshua is an amazing dentist and has been a great support to Jack. The receptionist has been so kind over the phone to deal with too. I can’t speak highly enough of this clinic, highly recommended with amazing staff with excellent skills.

Positive experience: This was my first visit to frazer dental, and have to say best experience with a dental surgeon. I'm nearly a qualified surgeon now after listening to Stewart he went into great detail on what he was doing and the tooth was out before I knew it. Very welcoming staff all round.

Negative experience: I do not recommend this dental practice to anyone. A routine filling was completed incorrectly leaving a hole in my tooth which caused a lot of swelling and discomfort. I did not receive an apology from the dentist while repairing his own work.
