Fantastic experience: I went in really nervous having not been to the dentist in over a decade. The staff are incredibly patient and friendly. They helped me get through the needle bit and aswell it wasn't half as bad as I thought it would be, The relaxed environment also meant I relaxed more once my procedure started, I could listen to music and chill out and my partner was also allowed into the room for support which I really appreciated. As someone with autism who thought I would need sedation I am quite surprised 5/5

Fantastic experience: I attended Dr Michael O’Halloran this morning, who was courteous, friendly, professional and extremely reassuring. He has fantastic hands and I couldn’t fault the visit. His assistant Frederica introduced herself in the waiting room and her easy-going and friendly manner set a relaxed tone which was the theme visit. Top marks all round.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely fantastic! I was in for a very long overdue extraction of one of those really bloody awkward back teeth. This was clean, efficient and pain free, really cannot recommend highly enough. The dentist was lovely, took the time to talk afterwards and go through aftercare. Nothing rushed or hurried, my comfort level was constantly checked throughout. Brilliant!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Wei Shyan is an absolute superstar! Having had a bad experience with a dentist as a teenager I had incredibly bad anxiety about the dentist and neglected going for 15 years. I booked in with Dr. Wei Shyan last year to try get over my anxiety and get my teeth ready for my wedding. I explained my anxiety to her and she was so empathetic, checked in constantly throughout my appointment making sure I was okay or if I needed to stop. She explained everything before she did it, broke down the costs for me for each appointment I’d need so I didn’t get any surprises at the reception desk after my appointment. I’ve had several appointments with her and can honestly say my anxiety around the dentist is almost gone along with my dental issues! Honestly I cannot thanks Dr. Wei Shyan enough for helping make my teeth healthy again but also for helping me look forward to my dentist appointments!

Fantastic experience: Ive had an excellent experience in Truly on my two occasions there. I specifically asked for the staff names as I felt they all deserve an excellent review. From arrival you are freat by really professional and friendly receptionists, Gift was the lady on last week and she was really helpful and polite. Il do review for dentist next as i need to find their names. When leaving I met with Vincent who is bery professional, he really knows the business & is very prompt and official. I find over all the staff are incredible. Im not a good patient in the dentist but they made this journey and experience very warm and welcoming and i highly recommend Truly. Negative experience: I've had a really great experience here, and the dentist was really professional. The reason I'm giving 2 is because the clinic told me on the phone that I won't have to pay full price with VHI insurance, and will pay only excess that's not covered. That wasn't the case

The reception staff greeted me with warm smiles, which immediately helped ease my nerves. What truly stood out to me was the kindness of the dentist who attended to me. They took the time to explain every step of the procedure in a gentle and reassuring manner, always checking to make sure I was comfortable. Their patience and calm tone made me feel genuinely cared for, not just like another appointment on a busy schedule. Even though going to the dentist can sometimes be a stressful experience, this visit was quite the opposite. I left Truly Dental feeling grateful, not just for the professional care, but for the compassion and warmth I received throughout the appointment. Negative experience: Had an unpleasant experience with an extraction last year and six months later it is still a problem. Had a different dentist look at it shortly after extraction and they were not impressed. They also got my prescription wrong at that time. Severely disappointed and still in pain.

Fantastic experience: I found my sons Dental checkup, followed by his dental treatement excellent. The dentist made us feel very comfortable and she constantly reassured my son who is 14. She went through everything on both appointments, and was friendly, and very professional, and also the dental assistant, was very friendly, professional and just made my son relaxed and feel in good hands. We will be going back soon to continue my sons treatment and he actually is looking forward to his treatments and has no fear of going to the dentist, which is a good sign

Fantastic experience: Today was my first ever visit to Truly Dental and I can say for certain I will be back. I didn't get their names but the dentist and her assistant that did an extraction for me were absolutely lovely. I have past trauma with dentists and at times I may have been difficult in my visit but they reassured me a lot and were very patient, one of them even let me hold her hand during the entire process. These are the kind of dentists that we need more of in the world. Thank you very much!!

Fantastic experience: I always felt ashamed of my teeth due to how dentists have treated me in the past. Dr Wei Shyan Tan has changed that. She’s been super supportive and professional educating on teeth hygiene while creating a clear treatment plans and discussing all my options. I’ve never felt this taken care of leaving a praxis. Fantastic experience: I was looking for a new dentist since moving house, I’ve never had a regular dentist and have had a lot of bad experiences in them over the years but went with Truly after getting lots of recommendations from people. I’ve never received better care in a dental practice than I did from Dr Aida and Federica yesterday during my wisdom tooth removal. I had a little moment of panic after the local anaesthetic and they were both just amazing with how they dealt with it and gave me all the time I needed to calm down and get my bearings. Once they started the extraction I really didn’t feel a thing. I’ve had my other wisdom teeth removed elsewhere and the days after were the worst but I’m shocked at how good I feel today. I cannot recommend Truly enough, everyone working there is great and genuinely want the best for their patients ♥️

Fantastic experience: I really cannot recommend Truly enough. My colleagues are sick of me harping on about how amazing my experience has been start to finish. I was one to avoid the dentist completely because of bad past experiences and the embarrassment of anyone seeing my teeth. From my very first consultation with Truly, I was made feel comfortable and reassured. The receptionists are absolutely amazing and so welcoming. I had my first appointment with Dr Michael O’Halloran last year, it was an extraction and I was extremely anxious about it. I can’t stress enough how easy the process was. Dr O’Halloran is extremely friendly and my fears of being scolded or judged for the work I needed done were immediately put to rest. He is very attentive and explains the process well every time, and the finished results are always impeccable. The dental assistants with him are always lovely and interactive which makes the procedures so much less intimidating and scaring. I’m no longer avoiding dentist visits or fearful or embarrassed of the procedures I need.

Fantastic experience: My experience with Truly dental was great. I went there with extreme pain, gum infection, and a broken tooth. Booking for the next day was extremely easy- all reception staff were so friendly- didn’t wait even a minute longer than my appointment time. And finally Dr.Wei (is the wei to go! ) was so quick, friendly- understanding. She immediately listed a treatment plan, based on the urgency and priority, and most importantly considered all my concerns regarding budget and time. First She cured my “dentist anxiety”, then my teeth and gums. I got my filling yesterday- all infections cleared, and i feel great eating finally… Thank you Dr Wei, you are a great dentist

Fantastic experience: The dental nurse Clara (who held my hand during procedure ) and Dr Aida are absolutely brilliant! I am always incredibly anxious to go to the dentist as I had few scary experiences as a child, but they couldn't have been more wonderful. Dr Aida explained everything to me and was very gentle and kind and so was Ciara! While normally tooth extraction is terrifying, this experience definitely makes me less scared for any future treatments I will need :)

Fantastic experience: I got a scale and polish treatment with Dr Wei Shyan Tan, she was so informative and skilled. She was very gentle when working on my teeth and she was so aware of any sensitive areas and often checked on me and reassured me. All staff were very friendly; I had a great time

Fantastic experience: First time patient today in Truly Dental Baggot Street. I wanted a second opinion on a possible root canal diagnosis from my current dentist, it’s closer to my new work place too so I decided to book with Truly. Mooney at reception was so lovely to deal with! She anlso offered coffee and water upon arrival while waiting for my appointment which was really nice to see. Apologies, I never got the names of the dentists (appointment at 5pm). I was nervous at first but the dentists made me feel super comfortable and at ease. They did a quick examination and even carried out an X-ray while being sat in the chair which I’ve never experienced. Luckily I don’t need a root canal but got some good advice on up keeping my smile and booked an appointment for a check up in 6 months. Overall very satisfied with my appointment. Fantastic experience: What an amazing practice! I was treated by Dr Mohammed who took me through each step of the process carefully, informing me of my options and how they work. I felt so welcomed and above all, very well cared for. The Dental nurse was very comforting, ensuring I was I was okay throughout the appointment. The building itself is very refreshing, in stark contrast to any old fashioned dentistry practices I am used to seeing. I couldnt recommend this practice more :)

Fantastic experience: First off, as a medical card user, it's impossible to find a dentist that will not only accept it, but will actually give you proper care & consideration. Aida has been the best dentist I've ever had the pleasure to visit. She saved my tooth when I thought it needed an exctraction & has been incredibly sweet every time we've seen each other. The clinic itself is the cleanest, calmest, & friendliest I've ever come across, & I've been to more dental clinics than I've got fingers. Couldn't recommend more.

Fantastic experience: I was potentially going to miss my appointment due to a delayed flight and they went out of their way to make it work for me. When I did arrive I was greeted by the friendliest receptionist. I'm the most nervous patient and Dr.Michael O' Halloran and his dental nurse were the most compassionate, efficient and effective team. I felt so calm and reassured in their presence. They did a super fast and painfree tooth extraction. Highly recommend. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: I visited Truly Dental Baggot Street a few months ago to be fitted for a mouth guard and I was blown away by the customer care and treatment I received! Everyone was so warm and welcoming and put me at ease straight away (in particular the receptionists who greeted me when I arrived). Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Truly Dental for almost a year now. Everyone from front desk to the dental assistants are lovely to deal with, I’ve never had a bad experience. The office is lovely too with coffee options in the waiting room and centrally located for appointments during the day. Recommended!

Fantastic experience: Booked Truly Dental for an emergency appointment and I got seen to within 2 hours. Booking the appointment was such a smooth process, and the receptionists were very kind! My dentist was Doctor O’Halloran. He is the most professional dentist I’ve ever met. He’s so patient, knowledgeable and friendly.
