Negative experience: DANGEROUS !!! Avoid this negligent con of a dentist they took off the enamel of 3 teeth and mistook it for plaque while getting my teeth cleaned then admitted it and said she would repair it or pay for repair with another dentist. Then lied. Do not go there at any cost !!! Should be closed down for good

Fantastic experience: Professional and friendly dental clinic!! The Korean hygienist is the best Thank you for amazing service :)

Negative experience: Even I don’t have to say anything bad about the doctors in this clinic I am forced to leave a very bad comment about the reception. I tried to contact this clinic due to emergency to fix my tooth only cause I been treated there before and doctor knows my case. So I tried to call them - no one pick up the phone all day long, next day I tried to communicate with them by messages, but the answers I got were shocking. Basically the person who is in charge of answering the messages had no interest to give me appointment , trying to convince me that I don’t know English, which I understand and talk very well, and they can’t communicate Russian or Ukranian - which I don’t speak at all . So after nearly a week of arguing I just need to put this clinic in a black list, it’s unreachable and rude, even few month ago that was completely different story. The disrespect for customers while you trying to contact this clinic is overloaded, and the job of receptionist is not required to be a genius - it’s just to look at the time table and put the name of a patient in some empty space. Even child could do it ! So I do not understand why you had to put someone who not willing to do appointments for the clients. For the proof I gonna put some screenshots of our conversation. Please note that some disrespectful comments where deleted by the sender, as they where over too much , so person understood that it can cause a problem - still it’s enough of proofs to understand with what I was dealing these days. I hope they gonna change this terrible person soon.

Negative experience: They don't take european health card, I had to pay 70€ for a dental check-up Attention ! Ils ne prennent pas la carte européenne d'assurance maladie, le prix est de 70€ pour un contrôle à avancer sur place !

I would like to thank Olena separately for the help of the translator and the doctor's assistant, for helping the whole family to get an examination quickly. Very satisfied with the visit.

Fantastic experience: Отличная клиника! Очень внимательный многонациональный персонал, говорят на многих языках, мне нравится, что понимают русский и украинский язык. Для нас это очень важно : понимать что говорят и толком обьяснить свои проблемы. Общением, диагностикой, лечением очень довольна. Нравится, что за один приём можно решить несколько проблем: и рентген (сразу, не вставая с кресла), и пломбировка нескольких зубов и удаление. Принимают по medical card, а если нужно больше и услуги не покрывают, то приемлимые цены. Если сложное удаление, то назначают дополнительное лечение, чтобы не было инфекции и быстрее зажила рана. Тут технологии значительно прогресивней Украины. Особенно нравиться, что сложное удаление зуба НЕ травмирует челюсть. Если мне нужно будет обратиться ещё раз, то я выберу только эту клинику: не больно, хорошее обслуживание, недорого, качественное лечение! Відмінна клініка! Дуже уважний багатонаціональний персонал, говорять багатьма мовами, мені подобається, що розуміють рос та українську мову. Для нас це дуже важливо: розуміти що говорять і нормально пояснити свої проблеми. Спілкуванням, діагностикою, лікуванням дуже задоволені. Подобається, що за один прийом можна вирішити кілька проблем: і рентгенодіагностика (відразу, не встаючи з крісла), і пломбування кількох зубів та видалення. Приймають по medical card, а якщо потрібно більше і послуги не покривають, то прийнятні ціни. Якщо складне видалення, то призначають додаткове лікування, щоб не було інфекції і швидше загоїлася рана. Тут технології значно прогресивніші за Україну. Особливо складне видалення зуба не травмує щелепу. Якщо мені потрібно буде звернутися ще раз, то я оберу тільки цю клініку: не боляче, гарне обслуговування, недорого, якісне лікування!

Fantastic experience: Amazing service. My daughter visited the clinic last week and the dentists were very friendly. She had a sore tooth and she is feeling way better now. Would definitely recommend this clinic!

Negative experience: Extremely disappointed by this dentist, who had no idea what my problem was though I was in a lot of pain, and charged me 120 euros for a 5 minute deep cleaning and a massive anesthesia, which obviously did not cure anything. Turns out the next dentist I saw quickly identified the problem and solved it. I feel like I've been ripped off.
